El Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery de Buenos Aires reducirá un 50% las operaciones regionales

El Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery reducirá su capacidad de vuelos regionales a partir de 3 Mayo 2018. El 50% de los vuelos regionales de Aeroparque se trasladarán al Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza, a excepción de las rutas a Uruguay.

La Resolución 183/2018 publicada hoy en el Boletín Oficial, le pone fecha definitiva a la resolución original E-476 del 6 de julio de 2017, que ponía como fecha inicial al primer traslado el 8 de abril de este año, pero debido a los trabajos que se están realizando en la pista principal del aeropuerto de Ezeiza, ese plazo se extendió hasta el 3 de mayo. En tanto, se mantiene el 1 de abril de 2019 como fecha para la concreción de la segunda etapa del traslado. De esta manera se da cumplimiento a una resolución de Julio 2017 que establecía el traslado de todos los vuelos regionales desde Aeroparque a Ezeiza en dos etapas, la primera en 2018 y la segunda en 2019. El 50% de los vuelos regionales que operan desde el Aeroparque Jorge Newbery se trasladarán al Aeropuerto de Ezeiza a partir del 3 de Mayo 2018, con excepción de los que tienen como destino u origen en Uruguay.

El titular de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), Tomás Insausti, dijo que la medida se adoptó «de acuerdo con el crecimiento proyectado de las operaciones aerocomerciales, producto de la aplicación del plan federal denominado la Revolución de los Aviones. La ANAC ha establecido un nuevo marco normativo con el objeto de implementar un proceso de reordenamiento de las operaciones aéreas en el Aeroparque Jorge Newbery. Entre los puntos más destacados se encuentra la desregionalización del Aeroparque: en abril de 2019 ya no se realizarán vuelos internacionales, con la excepción de los vuelos hacia o desde Uruguay desde este aeropuerto. Esta medida se llevará a cabo en dos etapas: la primera que mudará a Ezeiza el 50% de los vuelos internacionales actuales a partir del 3 de Mayo de 2018; y la segunda, que mudará el 50 % restante a partir del 1 de Abril de 2019», explicó Tomás Insausti. Por otro lado, puntualizó que «los servicios de transporte aéreo no regulares, dentro de los cuales se incluye la Aviación Ejecutiva, se ajustarán a nuevos controles y se limitará la permanencia de las naves en plataforma a un máximo de dos horas».

Además, la resolución prohíbe que «a partir de la fecha de la presente medida no podrán adicionarse nuevas bases de operaciones en el Aeroparque Jorge Newbery, ni tampoco amarres o pernoctes de aeronaves operadas por explotadores que no cuenten con su base de operaciones en el referido aeropuerto». Esto implica una limitación para las nuevas aerolíneas que decidan operar vuelos de cabotaje en nuestro país, ya que no podrán utilizar Aeroparque como base para sus operaciones, con excepción de los casos que ya han sido autorizados antes de la entrada en vigencia de la medida, tras las dos audiencias públicas realizadas. Al respecto, Insausti afirmó que «también se acordó que no se permitirán nuevas bases de operaciones en este aeropuerto; estas restricciones minimizarán la saturación en los servicios de tránsito aéreo, así como la ocupación de la plataforma industrial, permitiendo priorizar la aviación comercial regular».

El titular de la ANAC añadió que “la operación de Aeroparque actualmente tiene un promedio de 360 movimientos diarios, entre aterrizajes y despegues, de vuelos comerciales y un promedio de 50 movimientos diarios de vuelos privados. La cantidad de aeronaves que pernoctan en la plataforma comercial son 31, más 20 aeronaves en la plataforma industrial. Aeroparque cuenta con 15 hangares ocupados por líneas aéreas, uno ocupado por el Servicio de Salvamento y Extinción de Incendios (SSEI) y otro por Intercargo”, remarcó.

Esta medida tiene un efecto directo sobre vuelos de Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral Líneas Aéreas, Latam Airlines, GOL Linhas Aéreas y Amaszonas Línea Aérea, aunque ésta última aerolínea deberá mudar al Aeropuerto de Ezeiza uno de sus dos vuelos diarios a Asunción. En el caso de Aerolíneas y Austral, desde la empresa informaron que los vuelos que se trasladarán a Ezeiza son los que tienen como destino Porto Alegre, Río de Janeiro, Salvador Bahía y Santa Cruz de la Sierra. En tanto, permanecerán un año más en Aeroparque los vuelos a Asunción, Curitiba, San Pablo y Santiago de Chile, aunque aclararon que algunas frecuencias hacia estos destinos ya operan desde el Aeropuerto de Ezeiza debido a la implementación de esta estación aérea como uno de los hub de la compañía. Paralelamente, la medida afecta a Latam Airlines en tres vuelos con destino a San Pablo y uno a Santiago de Chile; y Gol Linhas Aéreas hará una reducción rotativa de sus tres vuelos diarios a San Pablo.

El Nuevo Aeropuerto de Estambul será el más grande del mundo

El Nuevo Aeropuerto de Estambul (İstanbul Yeni Havalimanı) es un aeropuerto internacional en construcción en el Distrito de Arnavutköy en el lado europeo de Estambul, Turquía.

Gobierno financiará la reconstrucción del Aeropuerto de la Región de Murmansk

Un proyecto de ampliación de infraestructura para el Aeropuerto de Murmashi en la Región de Murmansk recibirá más de 3.5 mil millones de rublos en fondos federales, dijo a los periodistas el ministro de Transporte ruso, Maxim Sokolov.

El 30 de marzo, la gobernadora de la Región de Murmansk Marina Kovtun y Maxim Sokolov discutieron el proyecto de expansión de la infraestructura del aeropuerto. Según Kovtun, el aeropuerto y su pista deben ser actualizados.

El Ministerio de Transporte está elaborando un plan de infraestructura de transporte de larga distancia, y el documento incluirá al aeropuerto de Murmashi entre los proyectos de expansión de infraestructura de alta prioridad, señaló Sokolov.

Tesoros prehispánico hallado en zona edificación del nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México

Las obras del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional Ciudad de México (NAICM) desentierra un mundo prehispánico azteca. En los terrenos donde hoy se edifica el Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México expertos han encontrado reliquias de tesoros arqueológicos con piezas datadas con más de 1.800 años de antigüedad.

Las obras se ejecutan donde antes estuvo el Lago de Texcoco, en el Estado de México, donde hubo asentamientos humanos. Esculturas dedicadas a dioses aztecas, ofrendas, ollas, flautas, braseros prehispánicos, así como utensilios de la época virreinal son algunos de los artículos recolectados por arqueólogos del Instituto Nacional de Antropología e Historia (INAH) desde el 2012. Expertos están restaurando 170 objetos de diversos materiales que permanecen en resguardo del INAH y fueron encontrados en la zona.

La empresa paraestatal de Aeropuertos y Servicios Auxiliares debe avisar al INAH sobre cualquier obra encaminada a la construcción del NAICM, debido a la zona arqueológica donde edifican la obra. En caso de algún hallazgo o accidente que ocurra a los monumentos arqueológicos con motivo de las actividades de construcción, aun sin la presencia de un arqueólogo, se deberán de interrumpir de inmediato los trabajos para dar aviso a la dirección con el fin de implementar las acciones pertinentes para salvaguardar estos materiales.

Fiscalización obras del NAICM

El Proyecto NAICM ha sido tema controversial durante la planificación y obras que se llevan a cabo. Ha provoca daños ambientales y sociales graves, el uso de combustible robado, devastación ambiental y destrucción de sitios arqueológicos.

El Diputado Rafael Hernández Soriano, Presidente de la Comisión Especial para dar seguimiento a la obra, sostuvo que existen dudas y preocupaciones sobre la realización del proyecto y la legalidad de los contratos millonarios que implica.

LAS OBRAS DEL NAIM AVANZAN A PESAR DE LOS OBSTÁCULOS QUE PRESENTA LA MEGAOBRA AEROPORTUARIA

Durante las reuniones con el Grupo Aeroportuario de la Ciudad de México, ha quedado en evidencia la ausencia de estudios de planeación, además de la opacidad en los procesos de gestión y financieros. El legislador sostuvo que existen omisiones en el plan maestro y en la planeación urbana, así como el ocultamiento de obras o el inicio de las mismas sin un plan de interconectividad. El costo de la obra ya rebasó con mucho lo planeado y lo mismo ocurrirá para su operación y mantenimiento porque se proyecta para una cantidad de usuarios sobredimensionado.

Hernández Soriano sostuvo que el proyecto y su ejecución están plagados de ilegalidades como muchos otros que tiene su cargo la Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT).

Las obras y contrataciones del NAICM podrían ser sometidos a una revisión en la próxima Administración Federal para evitar que la obra de convierta en beneficio a los intereses económicos vinculados a sectores particulares.

Arabia Saudita ha estado llevando a cabo un programa integral de expansión de aeropuertos

Saudi Arabia has been carrying out a comprehensive airport expansion program

The 27 airports in Saudi Arabia handled close to 92 million passengers in 2017, an increase of 7.7 percent compared to the previous year. The number of passengers handled by the five international airports of the kingdom grew at an even higher rate, registering an increase of 8.3 percent compared to the figure of 2016. According to the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA), 78 million passengers, or 85 percent of the total, flew through international airports in Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam, Medina and Taif. Movement of aircraft at all airports increased by 4.6 percent to reach 741,000 in 2017, the aviation regulator said.

The growth of Saudi Arabia’s aviation sector is dwarfed by the double-digit increase in Kuwait and Oman, where airports absorbed the intermediate traffic created since June of last year by closing airspaces in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Egypt and the United Arab Emirates to Qatar.

Saudi Arabia is pursuing a comprehensive airport expansion program in response to the rapid growth of passenger traffic and the Kingdom’s economic diversification strategy. The new passenger terminal at King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah will begin smooth operations in May, while a $ 2.1bn renovation project is underway at King Khalid International in Riyadh. A new terminal in Taif is being developed as a public-private partnership (PPP).

Last year, a tender document was published for the expansion of 10 airports and the development of two new airports, although the bidding process has stalled until the design works are completed. In addition to the Taif airport, three other airport PPP projects are ongoing in Yanbu, Al-Qassim and Hail.

The Royal Commission of Jubail & Yanbu (RCJY) is also planning a new airport to support the expansion of the Jubail industrial complex. GACA aims to privatize all airports in the kingdom between 2017 and 2020. It appointed Goldman Sachs, based in the United States, last year to advise on the minority sale of shares of Riyadh airport. However, Gaca canceled the operation and administration contract for 20 years with Changi Airports Saudi Arabia for the new Jeddah airport in February, 10 months after its award. La Audiencia Pública tratará las obras de modernización y ampliación del aeropuerto El Palomar para vuelos comerciales

Se realizará hoy la Audiencia Pública para el tratamiento del Aeropuerto El Palomar con la participación de funcionarios, especialistas en aeronavegación y vecinos de la zona. La reunión se concreta a partir de las 09:00 horas en la Biblioteca Popular Juan Manuel Giuffra de Morón, informó el Ministerio de Transporte.

El Aeropuerto El Palomar existe desde 1910 y en 1968 fue habilitado para el desarrollo de actividades aéreas de aviación general y comercial. En el 2010, en ocasión de las reformas en el Aeroparque, los vuelos se trasladaron allí por más de treinta días, lo que significó un total de 1.245 movimientos: 46 despegues y arribos por día.

A fines del año pasado y principios de 2018, el Gobierno, a través del Ministerio de Transporte, invirtió AR$209 millones para poner en valor la terminal existente, hacer obras fundamentales de seguridad y mejorar los accesos y el entorno del aeropuerto.

Fundamentalmente, la inversión se destinó al hormigonado, balizamiento, iluminación, cercado e instalación de sistema eléctrico en pista y rodajes; todas obras que hacen a la seguridad operacional del aeropuerto y que eran necesarias, incluso, si no llegasen a operar nuevas líneas aéreas.

Las operaciones se encuentran en este momento restringidas a tres despegues y aterrizajes por día, a raíz de una decisión judicial que hizo lugar parcialmente a un recurso de amparo interpuesto por vecinos de Morón y Hurlingham, quienes cuestionaron que esta estación aérea haya comenzado a albergar vuelos comerciales.

The Public Hearing will be held today for the treatment of El Palomar Airport with the participation of officials, air navigation specialists and residents of the area. The meeting will take place at 09:00 hours at the Juan Manuel Giuffra Popular Library in Morón, the Ministry of Transport reported.

El Palomar Airport exists since 1910 and in 1968 it was enabled for the development of general aviation and commercial aviation activities. In 2010, on the occasion of the reforms in the Aeroparque, the flights moved there for more than thirty days, which meant a total of 1,245 movements: 46 departures and arrivals per day.

At the end of last year and the beginning of 2018, the Government, through the Ministry of Transport, invested AR$ 209 million to value the existing terminal, make fundamental safety works and improve access and the airport environment.

Fundamentally, the investment was used for concreting, marking, lighting, fencing and installation of electric system on the track and taxiways; all works that make the airport operational and that were necessary, even if they did not operate new airlines.

The operations are currently restricted to three take-offs and landings per day, following a judicial decision that partially led to an appeal filed by residents of Morón and Hurlingham, who questioned whether this station had begun to host flights commercial. A \ W
