El martes se firmó el acta para la ampliación y refacción de la obra del aeropuerto General Mosconi y de esta forma continúan los trabajos de preparación y adecuación de la estación aérea para el próximo inicio de las obras de envergadura, a cargo de la empresa Constructora Sudamericana.

Se espera que en un año esté terminada la obra del aeropuerto General Mosconi, cuya ampliación y refacciones son necesarias desde hace décadas.

Como es de rigor con el nuevo Gobierno nacional, en el principio fue la red. Es que través de sus cuentas web el Ministerio de Transporte que conduce Gerardo Dietrich anunció una vez más el inicio de la tantas veces promocionada –y postergada- obra de ampliación y refacción del Aeropuerto General Mosconi. Desde Nación también se ocuparon de exhibir una maqueta de cómo quedaría la estación aérea tras la finalización de la obra que en algún momento debería empezar.

La noticia generó cautela en Comodoro Rivadavia, principalmente por la fecha de inicio de obra, ya que hay una larga historia de idas y vueltas en torno a los necesarios trabajos en la estación aérea más importante de la Patagonia Sur, la cual administra Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, de Eduardo Eurnekian. Es que el anterior gobierno la presupuestó y luego el gobierno neoliberal de Mauricio Macri decidió no realizarla. Sin embargo, tras los reclamos locales que en el verano incluyeron hasta la recolección de firmas, el gobernador Mario Das Neves decidió encabezar el pedido ante Nación y así fue como la obra volvió a figurar entre los planes de inversión y así lo hizo saber Dietrich el 28 de abril cuando pasó por Comodoro.

Poco después se abrirían las licitaciones y cuando todo indicaba que se la otorgarían a la empresa que cotizó más bajo –CPC-, hubo dilaciones de última hora y desde julio no se habló más del tema. Hasta este martes, cuando se la volvió a prometer una vez más.

Proyección un año
Fuentes extraoficiales consultadas por El Patagónico, que confinaron esta información, señalaron incluso que el martes Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 y la empresa Constructora Sudamericana firmaron el acta de iniciación de obra, lo cual permitirá que en los próximos meses se inicien las remodelaciones de mayor envergadura, que demandarían un año de trabajo, hasta octubre del año que viene.

Por su parte desde UOCRA, cuyos afiliados trabajarán en la obra, su secretario adjunto, Rubén Crespo, confirmó que en los próximos días pedirán formalmente el ingreso de obreros. “Primero van a ser cerca de 20, y luego en las distintas etapas de a 10 hasta llegar a 40”, explicó.

Mientras tanto en la estación aérea se realizarán tareas de adaptación, con modificaciones en el sistema de la cisterna de incendios, la preparación de suelo, la construcción de un nuevo camino para que circulen los camiones de la empresa proveedora del combustible de los aviones, y la ubicación de un obrador, con la instalación de dos contenedores administrativos en el interior de la estación aérea.

Lo cierto es que desde 1998 (Carlos Maestro gobernador y Marcelo Guinle intendente), al crearse el Bureau de Convenciones, se comenzó a solicitar la remodelación en la vieja estación aérea, teniendo en cuenta el tránsito de pasajeros que por ese entonces ya registraba la terminal, más allá de que la cotización del barril de petróleo estaba en baja.

Fue recién en 2002 cuando Aeropuertos Argentinas 2000 presentaría un máster plan para su ampliación, con un diagrama de trabajo que finalmente nunca se cumplió. Así, las gestiones continuaron y en 2015 la presidente Cristina Fernández de Kirchner y el gobernador Martín Buzzi anunciaron la realización de la obra.

Con el cambio de gobierno, el proyecto parecía quedar estancado una vez más. Sin embargo, luego de arduas gestiones, campañas de firmas y reuniones, el proyecto se reflotó.

Ahora se espera que dentro de un año Comodoro Rivadavia, ciudad que registra más de medio millón de pasajeros anuales, tenga un aeropuerto modelo con una superficie cubierta de 7000 m2 un diseño moderno, innovador y de calidad.

El mismo contará con un hall de arribos/partidas, hall de Check In, oficinas para líneas aéreas y organismos de control, áreas de control, salas de retiro de equipaje, locales comerciales y núcleos sanitarios en la planta baja. Mientras, en la planta alta incluirá sectores de control para las partidas, sectores operativos, sala de pre-embarque, sala VIP, confitería y sanitarios, además de dos puentes fijos con sus respectivas pasarelas telescópicas, lo que permitirá la operación de dos vuelos simultáneos en una estación que contará con un estacionamiento para 600 vehículos.

El 2016 ha sido un año trascendente para el Aeropuerto Internacional Islas Malvinas de Rosario, con la incoporración de frecuencias a Panamá, Lima y Salta, que se sumaron a los destinos ya existentes y generaron un tráfico de pasajeros no visto desde hace tiempo en la aeroestación loca. La novedad llega de la mano de un nuevo enlace de cabotaje: Mar del Plata.

«A partir de diciembre y durante toda la temporada de verano, Aerolíneas Argentinas tendrá disponible vuelos semanales a Mar del Plata, a un precio muy competitivo», confirmó Raúl Garo, presidente del directorio de la temrinal de Fisherton.

El titular del Islas Malvinas precisó que los vuelos estarán vigentes a partir del 9 de diciembre, con una frecuencia semanal de tres viajes. «Serán los martes, viernes y domingos los días apuntados, y con una duración de aproximadamente una hora y media», sostuvo.

Anuncian inversiones por $ 22.223 millones de pesos para mejorar los aeropuertos argentinos

Construirán más pistas y torres de control, y renovarán el equipamiento; las obras serán en Ezeiza, Aeroparque y terminales del interior

Con el fin de duplicar en cuatro años la cantidad de pasajeros en vuelos de cabotaje y desarrollar la carga aérea para la exportación de productos locales, el Ministerio de Transporte anunció ayer una inversión por $ 22.223 millones, hasta 2019, para potencial el sector aerocomercial.

En el aeropuerto de Trelew, el instrumental es el mismo de 1984», ejemplificó Dietrich. Sin embargo, aclaró que la seguridad de los vuelos nunca estuvo en riesgo.

De igual modo, desde el ministerio indicaron que parte del dinero estará destinado a mejorar el servicio de los pasajeros, donde construirán nuevas salas de embarque, más puestos de check in y cintas de equipaje, e implementarán wifi libre y gratuito en todos las terminales.

Dietrich informó que las obras en los aeropuertos tendrán también como objetivo potencial el transporte de carga para incrementar las exportaciones de las economías regionales. «La temporada en la que se cultiva arándanos en Tucumán genera para la Argentina una oportunidad de mercado y es necesario que llegue fresco en avión a los centros de consumo de Estados Unidos y Europa. Pero para eso tienen que salir rápido de la planta. El limitante eran las pistas de despegue, donde invertimos $ 450 millones y las obras se terminarán a fin de mes. De esto modo se va a duplicar la exportación de este producto, que genera 20.000 puestos de trabajo», detalló. El Gobierno además quiere hacer lo mismo con la producción de cerezas en Neuquén.

Las reformas en otros aeropuertos buscan impulsar el turismo, como en los casos de Puerto Iguazú, Jujuy y Bariloche.

Algunas obras ya están empezadas, como en el aeropuerto de Mendoza, que cerró hace 20 días sus operaciones y estará abierto nuevamente a principios de diciembre. Sin embargo, se estima que en las demás terminales no será necesario suspender la actividad.

Un 16 de septiembre de 1916 nacía uno de los aeropuertos más concurridos del mundo, el Aeropuerto Internacional de Schiphol, en Amsterdam, Países Bajos

Lo que comenzó como una tira de hierba humilde hace un siglo se ha convertido en un centro masivo de transporte que conecta toda Europa. Mira esta representación hermosa que visualiza la evolución del Aeropuerto Schiphol en Amsterdam durante sus cien años de historia.

El aeropuerto internacional situado en Holanda abrió exactamente hace 100 años el 16 de septiembre de 1916 como una base militar en apoyo de la primera guerra mundial. Cuando terminó la guerra, el aeropuerto comenzó a ver a tantas operaciones civiles que en el momento de la Segunda Guerra Mundial ya no era una instalación militar.

En 1940, el aeropuerto fue capturado por el ejército alemán. Hacia el final de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, el aeropuerto y sus cuatro pistas de aterrizaje fueron completamente destruidas por los bombardeos. En menos de diez años se reconstruyó y se le dio el nuevo nombre, el aeropuerto Schiphol de Amsterdam, y un objetivo de convertirse en el principal aeropuerto de los Países Bajos.

Con los años el aeropuerto ha visto una gran expansión y se ha convertido en el quinto aeropuerto más ocupado en Europa. La terminal de pasajeros se ha visto varias renovaciones y tiene una característica única para un gran aeropuerto como: Schiphol utiliza un concepto de un terminal en el que se encuentran todas las rampas de salida bajo un mismo techo que irradia de una plaza central. El aeropuerto también cuenta con una rampa de todo para la aviación general, un centro de museo, una biblioteca y un centro comercial.

Este largo del siglo transformación es bastante sorprendente para presenciar pero sólo podemos imaginar lo que vamos a ver en el siguiente vídeo de cien años a partir de hoy.

El gobierno provincial de Santa Fe no quiere esperar más a la nación y se hará cargo de los trabajos de balizamiento y obras sobre sobre la pista del Aeropuerto de Sauce Viejo. Así lo anunció hace dos meses atrás suscribiendo un convenio con la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional, para la confección de los pliegos para el posterior llamado a licitación de los trabajos en la aeroestación.

Así, la provincia terminará financiando las reparaciones en el aeropuerto. Respecto a los montos de la obra, si bien no se cuenta con los números finales hasta tanto no estén los pliegos, los trabajos rondarán los 100 millones de pesos de presupuesto para dos proyectos: el nuevo sistema de balizamiento, y el fresado, repavimentación y posterior pintura de la pista.

Larga espera que data de la “era Randazzo”

Desde hace más de cuatro años, la provincia de Santa Fe espera una resolución del Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (Orsna) para el llamado a licitación para reacondicionar la terminal aérea de Sauce Viejo. En 2014, el entonces ministro del Interior y Transporte, Florencio Randazzo, de visita por la ciudad anunció que la Nación iba a destinar cerca de 160 millones de pesos para las obras y que próximamente se iba a realizar la licitación, recordó el medio local Uno.

Cabe recordar que la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) sugiere no hacer vuelos comerciales nocturnos en el aeropuerto, que acaba de sumar un segundo vuelo diario por la tarde. Pero el principal reclamo es contar con un viaje por la noche; con las obras concluidas, las posibilidades de llegar a buen puerto son muy cercanas ya que Aerolíneas Argentinas se comprometería a rever la frecuencia nocturna.

La aerostación del sur de la Provincia de Mendoza comenzó a recibir los aviones derivados por el cierre del Plumerillo (Aeropuerto Internacional Mendoza). No se generaron inconvenientes ni demoras.

Por primera vez el Aeropuerto «Santiago Germanó» de San Rafael tuvo tres vuelos comerciales en un día. Es que este jueves comenzaron a operar las dos frecuencias adicionales (a Buenos Aires y a Rosario-Iguazú) que se trasladaron al sur provincial por el cierre de El Plumerillo para la reconstrucción de su pista.

Hasta el 7 de diciembre los martes, jueves y domingo coincidirán esas dos conexiones aéreas con el habitual viaje San Rafael – Buenos Aires. Los restantes días seguirá habiendo un solo vuelo.

En general la mayor actividad de la aerostación no generó inconvenientes, aunque viajaron casi vacíos los colectivos encargados del traslado de pasajeros desde y hacia la terminal de ómnibus de Mendoza, un servicio gratuito que dispuso el Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación.

Carolina Cancino, encargada del aeropuerto de San Rafael para la empresa Cata, dijo que este jueves «en tres vuelos que llegaron trasladamos sólo ocho pasajeros en total».

Consideró que esta situación se debió a «que la gente tiene poca información, muchos han comprado sus tickets con bastante anticipación y recién se están informando al respecto».

Por su parte, Adrián Favre, jefe de base de Aerolíneas Argentinas, dijo que «los tres vuelos se completaron y estamos con toda la expectativa que estos tres meses sean los mejores, porque es algo histórico para el departamento».

Recordó que los martes, jueves y domingo los aviones partirán hacia Aeroparque 14.45 y 17.10 y rumbo a Rosario-Iguazú a las 16.05.

Remarcó que los colectivos desde la capital arriban dos horas antes y pidió a los pasajeros que van por su cuenta al aeropuerto que estén al menos una hora antes para hacer el check-in.
