El Aeródromo Casarrubios podría modificarse para convertirse en segundo aeropuerto de Madrid para 2023

Air City Madrid Sur, una empresa privada del Aeródromo de Casarrubios del Monte, una localidad toledana podría escogerse para consolidar un segundo aeropuerto para el área Madrid, para dotar a la capital de España con una segunda infraestructura aeroportuaria. Los promotores de la iniciativa, integrados en una sociedad 100% privada, están en conversaciones con el Ministerio de Fomento, del que esperan obtener el visto bueno para así lanzar un servicio centrado en la aviación para ejecutivos y las aerolíneas de bajo coste.

La sociedad impulsora Air City Madrid Sur es una unión de empresas. Está presidida por Gregorio Marañón y Bertrán de Lis. En su accionariado aparecen tres compañías: European Flyers, dedicada a la formación de pilotos de aviación, GAMT, una compañía que dirige el proceso de ampliación del aeródromo, y Pasiphae, una consultora internacional centrada en la promoción de infraestructuras aeroportuarias.

Los terrenos elegidos están ubicados en Casarrubios del Monte, en Toledo. La infraestructura para el nuevo aeropuerto es ampliar el aeródromo actual en el que opera una escuela de pilotaje. El objetivo de los inversores que impulsan Air City Madrid Sur es mantener dicho centro de entrenamiento y ampliar las pistas y la terminal para consolidar una infraestructura capaz de manejar entre seis y siete millones de pasajeros cada año.

El Proyecto Segundo Aeropuerto de Madrid, buscaría potenciar la creación de 6.000 empleos de forma directa, a los que habría que sumar otros 13.000 puestos de trabajo en sectores que se beneficiarían indirectamente. El nuevo proyecto podría estar disponible para 2023 y sería capaz de gestionar 50.000 vuelos anuales para absorber el aumento de la demanda hacia Madrid.

Casarrubios se sitúa a 40 minutos de Madrid. Para llegar al futuro aeropuerto por carretera se puede recurrir a la E-5, la R-5, la A-5 o la Autovía de la Sagra. Desde la empresa pretenden potenciar la conexión por autobús entre el centro de Madrid y el nuevo aeropuerto.

Inversiones y estudio compatibilidad

La inversión prevista sería de € 148 millones de euros. El proyecto requerirá de los permisos urbanísticos pertinentes, licencias operativas, entre otros detalles. Desde Air City Madrid Sur sostienen que el proyecto es solvente para la región del Gran Madrid.

El Aeropuerto El Palomar de Argentina entra en categoría Internacional

A través de una resolución de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) publicada en el Boletín Oficial, el Gobierno de Argentina habilitó la terminal aérea de El Aeropuerto El Palomar fue clasificado en la categoría de Aeropuerto Internacional, para el otorgamiento de rutas al exterior solicitadas por aerolíneas de Argentina.

La ANAC Argentina efectuó la resolución: “Habilítese el Aeródromo Público El Palomar ubicado en la Ciudad de El Palomar, Partido de Morón, Provincia de Buenos Aires, como Aeropuerto Internacional destinado a la operación de aeronaves provenientes del o con destino al extranjero”. Los servicios de Aduana, Migraciones y Seguridad Aeroportuaria serán prestados por las autoridades competentes en coordinación con el concesionario Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, según lo dispuesto en la resolución.

El Aeropuerto El Palomar fue concesionado a Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 (AA2000) en Septiembre 2017 y se incorporó al Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos a través de un decreto, firmado el 22 Diciembre 2017, en el marco de la actual política de expansión del transporte aerocomercial y a los efectos de modernizar la infraestructura existente.

«La habilitación de El Palomar como aeropuertos internacional responde a las peticiones realizadas por los explotadores aéreos que han solicitado la operación de servicios regulares internacionales de transporte aéreo de pasajeros, carga y correo. De esta manera el aeropuerto se deberá adecuar la infraestructura y asegurar la prestación de los servicios necesarios para garantizar la seguridad operacional”, puntualizó el organismo de la ANAC. En este aeropuerto, hasta el momento, solo operan las líneas aéreas Flybondi y LADE.

Gobierno Países Bajos estudia opciones alternativas de mudar Aeropuerto Schiphol

El Aeropuerto Internacional Amsterdam–Schiphol está llegando al límite de sus capacidades en el Distrito de Haarlemmermeer. Un traslado en el mar frente a la costa de IJmuiden parece la única opción de crecimiento. Una reunión de cien residentes con el nuevo Jefe de Schiphol, Dick Benschop ha resultado en reclamos frente al continuo crecimiento de uno de los aeropuertos europeos más neurálgicos de Europa.

El crecimiento del Aeropuerto Schiphol es moderado y controlado en el Distrito Haarlemmermeer, que se espera sea entre un 1% a 1,5% por año, frente a un 3% a 4% de la demanda del mercado que ha sido frenada. La expansión hacia los alrededores del aeropuerto debe considerarse como infructuoso.

El principal aeropuerto de entrada de los Países Bajos continúa su crecimiento poniéndole más trabas al progreso por sus limitaciones de tráfico y franjas de slots para las aeronaves. Matt Poelmans, Representante del Consejo de Medio Ambiente de Schiphol expresó: «El crecimiento moderado sigue creciendo. Ya nadie quiere eso. Las principales aerolíneas de Camerún anunciarían suspensión de vuelos en Aeropuerto Yaundé

Las principales aerolíneas de todo el mundo amenazan con suspender los vuelos al Aeropuerto Yaoundé Nsimalen, la Embajada de los Estados Unidos en Camerún advirtió sobre las medidas que deben tomar. La Embajada de los Estados Unidos dice que la suspensión podría entrar en vigencia a partir del 15 Noviembre 2018 debido a que no se llegó a un acuerdo sobre los procedimientos de inspección de seguridad con la Autoridad de Aviación Civil de Camerún.

La Asociación de Líneas Aéreas de España (ALA) apoya la ampliación del Aeropuerto Tenerife Sur

La Asociación de Líneas Aéreas (ALA) apoyó la decisión de AENA de licitar la ampliación del Aeropuerto Tenerife Sur-Reina Sofía bajo los criterios, según afirmó, de calidad, eficiencia y racionalidad económica. En un comunicado remitido por la asociación que aglutina a más de setenta líneas aéreas, ALA asegura que la realización de mejoras funcionales en el aeródromo es una decisión estratégica acertada y que da una respuesta adecuada a las necesidades de capacidad para atender tanto la demanda actual como la prevista en un futuro próximo. «En los últimos días se han alzado voces contrarias a las actuaciones, pero hay que tener en cuenta que el plan de AENA va más allá de pensar en tener una terminal, más nueva y de diseño solo porque sí», señala Javier Gándara, Presidente de ALA.

El marco regulatorio en vigor, fijado en la Ley 18/2014 y desarrollado a través del DORA 2017-2021, establece la obligatoriedad de que todos los costes aeroportuarios sean eficientes, transparentes, no discriminatorios y objetivos. DE esta manera las compañías aéreas podrán apoyar el proyecto para las inversiones de la ampliación de Tenerife Sur.

El Proyecto Aeropuerto Metropolitano Santa Fe-Paraná fue cancelado

La construcción del nuevo Aeropuerto Metropolitano Santa Fe-Paraná en la Isla Berdúc localizada en territorio santafesino entre las islas del Río Paraná ha quedado cancelado por ser inviable según los organismos nacionales e internacionales que analizaron la posibilidad de construcción del nuevo Aeropuerto, concluyeron que no es factible.

El sueño del intendente José Corral no puede concretarse. Así lo confirmaron el Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (ORSNA) y la Organización de Aviación Civil Internacional (OACI), tras una exhaustiva evaluación sobre la posibilidad de construir un aeropuerto que concentrara los vuelos de la región entre el área de Santa Fe y Paraná.

El proyecto fue presentado en 2016. Pero un estudio de factibilidad ha dado marcha atrás al proyecto de montaje de un nuevo aeropuerto que unifique el área Santa Fe-Paraná. En la reunión concertada el Jueves, se dió a conocer la conclusión de las evaluaciones realizadas por los expertos internacionales respecto a infraestructura y proyecciones aeroportuarias. El estudio habría indicado adversidades en cuanto a la inversión y el impacto ambiental que significaría el emplazamiento.

El Proyecto Aeropuerto Metropolitano Santa Fe-Paraná queda cancelado, por lo que desde ambas provincias deberán revitalizar sus aeroestaciones para continuar coordinando esfuerzos en pro del progreso de la rica Región Litoral.

El nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de Pekín permitirá descongestionar el actual aeropuerto de la capital china

El nuevo Aeropuerto de Pekín toma forma. A menos de un año de su inauguración, el nuevo aeropuerto permitirá descongestionar el aumento de tráfico en el país. La espectacular terminal, que se convertirá en la más grande del mundo con 700.000 metros cuadrados de superficie, se habrá construido en apenas cinco años y está destinada a ser una infraestructura eficiente que ayude a descongestionar el actual aeródromo de la capital china, que pese a su expansión con motivo de los Juegos Olímpicos del año 2008 opera ya al límite de su capacidad.

Los trabajos de esta impresionante mega-obra de ingeniería avanzan a buen ritmo y los más de 40.000 operarios que trabajan en su interior y alrededores están centrados en la instalación eléctrica y comenzando a decorar el interior del edificio. Debido a su diseño hexagonal, la puerta de embarque más lejana estará relativamente cerca, a 600 metros del control de seguridad y ocho minutos andando. En los extremos de cada ala, junto a las puertas de embarque, habrá cinco grandes jardines al aire libre diseñados de acuerdo con la tradición china.

Las características del nuevo aeropuerto tendrá siete pisos: dos bajo tierra, en los que se ha construido una enorme estación intermodal en la que confluirán metro, trenes de cercanías, regionales y alta velocidad, y cinco hacia arriba. La infraestructura se alza a 46 kilómetros del centro de la ciudad dirección sur, una distancia mayor en comparación con la ubicación del aeropuerto actual.

El nuevo aeropuerto entrará en funcionamiento el 30 Septiembre 2019, justo antes del Día Nacional de China. En su primera fase, para el año 2025, tiene como objetivo albergar a 72 millones de pasajeros al año, dos millones de toneladas de carga y 620.000 operaciones en sus cuatro pistas. A largo plazo el número de pistas se ampliará hasta las siete y su capacidad máxima será de 100 millones de pasajeros por año. El coste del proyecto es de 80.000 millones de yuanes (11.500 millones de dólares, 10.100 millones de euros).

El Aeropuerto San Juan de Argentina comenzará obras de modernización

Las obras de mejoras para el Aeropuerto San Juan en Argentina demandarán más de AR$ 1.000 millones de pesos. El nuevo aeropuerto emplazado en el mismo lugar contará con una superficie total de 4900 m2, actualmente cuenta con 1706m2 que será demolida.

En el sector de Plataforma y Pista, se repavimentarán la pista y las calles de rodaje. La plataforma del aeropuerto será ampliada de 22.000 m2 a 42.000 m2, permitiendo ampliar los slots para aeronaves, disponiendo de seis posiciones para aeronaves del tipo Boeing 737.

Las obras de remodelación del Aeropuerto San Juan serán ejecutadas por medio del Gobierno de la República Popular China, a través del Export-Import Bank of China (Eximbank), como así también por parte del Gobierno de la Provincia de San Juan.
