El Aeropuerto de Neuquén será equipado con mangas telescópicas

El Aeropuerto de Neuquén Presidente Perón de Argentina estará equipado con mangas telescópicas para un mejor servicio a los pasajeros. Este aeropuerto que se encuentra ubicado en la Provincia de Neuquén, República argentina, en la Region Patagonia, es uno de los de mayor crecimiento en el país debido al factor petrolero y turístico. El Viernes, 2 Noviembre 2018 arribaron al Aeropuerto Neuquén los primeros componentes de las mangas telescópicas para la terminal aérea.

La Provincia de Neuquén ha anunciado un plan de ampliación y modernización de la terminal del Aeropuerto Neuquén que la coloca entre una de las más modernas del país. El tráfico de pasajeros del aeropuerto neuquino pasó en 2017 de menos de 300.000 pax/año a 900.000 en 2017.

Aeropuertos del Neuquén S.A. es una empresa que forma parte de Corporación América, que a su vez lo conforma el Grupo Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 (AA2000).

Actualmente recibe vuelos regulares de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Flybondi Líneas Aéreas, LASA Líneas Aéreas, Latam Airlines Argentina. La aerolínea LASA cuenta con su HUB Neuquén como su base principal. American Jet utiliza el Aeropuerto Neuquén con operaciones charters para la industria petrolera.

El Gobierno del Estado de Paraná está invirtiendo en sus aeropuerto

El Gobierno del Estado de Paraná, República de Brasil, viabilizó más de R$ 17 millones en inversiones en el sector aeroportuario para 2018. El gobierno ha avanzado con obras en los aeropuertos de Guarapuava, Ponta Grossa y Toledo. Están en marcha intervenciones en los aeródromos de Umuarama, Pato Branco y Unión de la Victoria.

El Aeropuerto Umuarama, Orlando de Carvalho, en el Noroeste del Estado de Paraná, fue contemplado con R$ 5,5 millones para pavimentación asfáltica, recapeamiento, drenaje, servicios complementarios (alambrado, gramo y pavimento en paver) y señalización horizontal. La obra fue iniciada en febrero con previsión de conclusión en Diciembre 2018. Se han concluido el terraplén, instalación de césped y alambrados. La recapacitación de la pista alcanzó el 50% de ejecución y la pavimentación se aproxima al 40% del cronograma.

El Aeropuerto de Guarapuava, en Mayo 2018 quedó lista la pavimentación asfáltica del patio de maniobras del Aeropuerto Tancredo Thomas de Faria, en Guarapuava, en la Región Central, con aporte de R$ 1,3 millón. Se están programando más R$ 920,9 mil para adquisición de equipos, prevista para Noviembre 2018. El próximo mes, el ayuntamiento planea concluir la reforma y ampliación de la terminal de pasajeros, en asociación con la iniciativa privada, al costo de R $ 2 millones. Después de la finalización de estas etapas se pleiteará la certificación de la Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) de Brasil para la reanudación de la aviación comercial. El Aeropuerto de Guarapuava tuvo el último vuelo regular en 2008.

El Aeropuerto de Pato Blanco, Juvenal Loureiro Cardoso, en el Sudoeste del Estado, está en marcha la pavimentación asfáltica, recapacitación y señalización horizontal. La inversión suma 2,7 millones de reales, con término previsto para diciembre. Después de la certificación de Anac el espacio estará apto para operar vuelos comerciales.

El Aeropuerto de Ponta Grossa Sant’Anna está operando comercialmente desde 2016, pasó por reforma y ampliación en Agosto 2018. Se destinaron R$ 4,2 millones para recape asfáltico, señalización horizontal, drenaje y ampliación de la pista. Estas mejoras permiten el aterrizaje de aeronaves más grandes.

El Aeropuerto de Toledo se ha concluido en Agosto 2018 el recapeamiento asfáltico del pavimento del patio de maniobras y de la pista de aterrizaje y despegue del Aeropuerto Luiz Dalcanale Filho, en Toledo, en el Oeste del Estado de Paraná. El monto invertido totaliza R$ 1,4 millón. El ayuntamiento espera la certificación de ANAC para reanudar vuelos regulares. El último vuelo ocurrió en 2011.

El Aeropuerto Unión da Victoria comenzó el 24 Octubre 2018 la obra de restauración y señalización de la pista, patio y acceso del Aeródromo José Cleto, en la Unión de la Victoria, en la Región Sur. Con un valor de R$ 997,1 mil, la estimativa es que la la obra termina en Noviembre 2018.

Los recursos son fruto de convenios firmados entre la Secretaría de Infraestructura y Logística y los ayuntamientos. La Gobernadora Cida Borghetti del Estado de Paraná expresó que «son obras importantes para las economías regionales. «Facilitan la consolidación de nuevas rutas áreas, crean oportunidades y estimulan nuevos negocios, además de aumentar la seguridad para el transporte médico y de órganos para trasplantes». «La cantidad que el Estado destinó a estas mejoras estructurales permitirá el inicio de la aviación comercial en algunos aeropuertos y la reanudación de la operación en ciudades que no tenían vuelos regulares hace diez años», afirma el secretario de Infraestructura y Logística, Abelardo Lupion.

O montante investido totaliza R$ 1,4 milhão. A cidade aguarda a certificação da ANAC para retomar os vôos regulares. O último voo ocorreu em 2011.

Dificultades operativas del Servicio de Salvamento del Aeropuerto de Santa Rosa, Argentina

La Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) de Argentina informó ayer que debió hacer una excepción en la extensión del Servicio de Salvamento y Extinción de Incendios para que Lasa Líneas Aéreas pudiera operar en Santa Rosa. El organismo nacional explicó que el aeropuerto de la capital de la Provincia de La Pampa cuenta con el Servicio de Salvamento y Extinción de Incendios (SSEI) provisto por este organismo.

La ANAC advirtió en un comunicado de prensa difundido ayer, en el que puntualizó que “para que Lasa pudiera operar ayer Jueves, la ANAC tuvo que extender el servicio del SSEI, como excepción, de forma tal que el aeródromo operara con las condiciones de seguridad requeridas durante los arribos y partidas de los vuelos». La ANAC está cubriendo los servicios del Aeropuerto de Santa Rosa con bomberos propios y ya planificó una capacitación a los bomberos de la Provincia de La Pampa para cubrir los horarios extraordinarios. “Oportunamente, esta autoridad aeronáutica informó a la empresa Lasa que la aprobación de su programación horaria, al igual que la de todas las líneas aéreas del país, estaba sujeta al cumplimiento de las normas vigentes que estipulan presencia de personal de bomberos durante un arribo y/o despegue”, señaló finalmente la ANAC.

La aclaración del organismo surgió como respuesta a los planteos formulados el jueves por las autoridades de Lasa Líneas Aéreas, que se quejaron por los contratiempos sufridos para cumplir con sus primeros vuelos a Santa Rosa. “La ANAC vela por el cumplimiento de la normativa para asegurar los estándares de seguridad operacional en todos los aeropuertos del país y tiene la potestad de retirar los permisos comerciales ante el incumplimiento de obligaciones sustanciales, como así también por faltar reiteradamente a obligaciones menores por parte de cualquier aerolínea”, advirtió finalmente la administración nacional.

Problemas con bomberos

El último jueves, la llegada del primer vuelo de Lasa Líneas Aéreas a Santa Rosa se vio envuelta por la indignación del responsable de la compañía, Juan Silenzi, quien calificó como una vergüenza la falta de infraestructura del aeropuerto local, al tiempo que aseguró que estuvo a punto de descartar a la capital pampeana por la falta de bomberos para el arribo de los aviones.

Lasa comenzó con una buena parte de sus vuelos hacia distintos puntos de la Patagonia. La empresa es una de las tantas que comenzaron a operar en la «Revolución de los Aviones». El CEO de la firma convocó a la prensa para hacer público su enojo por las carencias del aeropuerto local: “Es poco feliz que yo esté acá porque en realidad hasta hoy (por el jueves) teníamos problemas con los bomberos. Tuve que venir a solucionar un problema que es del Estado. La ANAC cubre a Aerolíneas Argentinas en las horas que tiene su vuelo y a nosotros no nos puede cubrir porque se le pasan de horas los bomberos. Tiene una dotación de cinco, distribuidos en la mañana y en la noche, para los vuelos de Aerolíneas, pero resulta que al mediodía el aeropuerto estaba cerrado. Es una locura”.

Gobierno de México confirma cancelación construcción del NAIM

El Gobierno de México cancelará la construcción del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México (NAIM). El Presidente de México, López Obrador, informó que esta decisión se basa en la consulta nacional que su equipo de transición organizó el fin de semana, en la que solo un 30% de los participantes apoyó la edificación del NAIM en Texcoco.

Por medio de un escrutinio oficializado en México el proyecto del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México fue rechazado. En la consulta el 69,95% votó por la construcción/remodelación de otro aeropuerto alternativo, enfocándose en la actual Base Militar de Santa Lucía, ubicada a unos 40 km al norte de Ciudad de México. Un total de 1.067.859 de votos fueron emitidos, lo que es poco más del 1% de la lista de electores. «La decisión es obedecer el mandato de los ciudadanos. De modo que se van a construir dos pistas en el aeropuerto militar de Santa Lucía», dijo López Obrador en una conferencia de prensa. Su proyecto también contempla un reacondicionamiento del actual Aeropuerto Internacional de Ciudad de México (AICM), así como la ampliación del Aeropuerto Internacional de Toluca, ubicado a 60 km de la capital mexicana.

Descartan impacto económico

El futuro presidente mexicano descartó que haya afectaciones económicas por la cancelación del NAIM, el cual tenía un avance estimado en 30%. Empresarios, analistas y funcionarios del gobierno actual habían cuestionado la propuesta de Santa Lucía. La crítica central es que cancelar el proyecto de Texcoco implicaría un alto costo a la economía del país y puede enviar una imagen negativa a los mercados internacionales.

Según sus cálculos, la cancelación del NAIM y la construcción de la terminal en Santa Lucía representará un ahorro de MX$ 100.000 millones de pesos,(US$5.000 millones). Diversos analistas de aviación han dicho que no existe un estudio integral que avale la compatibilidad aérea de Santa Lucía y el actual AICM.

Consultora francesa

La Presidencia de México comunicó que en días pasados recibió un estudio de una consultora de Francia, la cual no nombró, que avala la viabilidad de Santa Lucía. «Está demostrado que no existe ningún problema técnico, que pueden operar los dos aeropuertos. Era necesario saber, a ciencia cierta, si se podían operar los dos aeropuertos. Y le pedimos al gobierno francés que nos ayudara para que una empresa de prestigio nos presentara un dictamen sobre este asunto. Ellos nos entregaron un dictamen para reforzar la viabilidad de la operación de los dos aeropuertos, el de Santa Lucía y el de la Ciudad de México», expresó el Presidente de México.

Impacto político

Con el anuncio de la cancelación la construcción del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México empieza a cerrarse uno de los capítulos más polémicos de los últimos años en la política mexicana. Gustavo de Hoyos, presidente de la Confederación Patronal de la República Mexicana (Coparmex) dijo que los empresarios del país no respaldan la cancelación del NAIM. Algunos señalaron que el peso perdió valor frente al dólar por esta decisión. López Obrador dijo que fue una depreciación normal, pero que no necesariamente se vincula con la consulta.

En el fondo, dicen analistas, la decisión de mantener la consulta y acatar el resultado es en realidad un mensaje político hacia sus adversarios. El presidente electo pareció confirmarlo. El Aeropuerto Internacional Carrasco es el primero en Latinoamérica en incorporar identificación facial

Desarrollo tecnológico
