Se estima que los aeropuertos y aerolíneas gastarán cerca de U$D 33.000 millones en TI este año, según el SITA 2017 Air Transport IT Trends Insights publicado hoy. Están concentrando sus inversiones tecnológicas en prioridades similares

La parte superior de la agenda de los directores de IT de ambas líneas aéreas y aeropuertos son la inversión en seguridad cibernética y servicios en la nube. Además, están priorizando las inversiones en autoservicio de pasajeros.

La investigación de SITA de las aerolíneas y aeropuertos del mundo muestra que el gasto en IT sigue siendo fuerte. Los gastos aeroportuarios como un porcentaje de los ingresos se elevará a un estimado de 5% este año o U$D 8,43 mil millones. Para las aerolíneas, el aumento se espera que sea un 3,3% o $ 24,3 mil millones en 2017. Un simple abastecimiento de un avión en un aeropuerto es un procedimiento cotidiano. El director general del GAP, Fernando Bosque Mohíno, destacó que la suma de acciones, la promoción conjunta entre el Fideicomiso de Turismo Puerto Vallarta y la Oficina de Visitantes y Convenciones de la Riviera Nayarit, son clave en el éxito de este destino turístico.

Incremento de pasajeros
El Aeropuerto Internacional de Vallarta posee 416 operaciones de salida semanales a 47 destinos en Estados Unidos, Canadá y Europa. En 2015 el aeropuerto logró llegar a los 4 millones 63 mil 300 pasajeros transportados, de ellos 2 millones 759 mil 500 fueron internacionales y el resto nacionales. En el 2016 el total de usuarios superó la cifra en 12.90%. Con respecto a este 2017, destacó que las cifras reflejan que el crecimiento turístico avanza a paso de nuevo récord, ya que hasta julio han llegado a Puerto Vallarta por vía aérea dos millones 880 mil 901 pasajeros, de ellos un millón 820 mil 86 son internacionales y el resto del país. La tendencia de crecimiento es positiva para este 2017.

El flujo de pasajeros internacionales son provenientes de Estados Unidos, Canadá, mientras en el caso de Europa el más importante es Inglaterra con dos vuelos semanales. De México las principales ciudades de origen fueron: Ciudad de México con 783 mil 943; Monterrey con 188 mil 222; Tijuana con 93 mil 598; Toluca con 79 mil 637 y Guadalajara con 71 mil 150 pasajeros, Bajío, Querétaro, Aguascalientes, San Luis Potosí y Chihuahua.

Las aerolíneas que más pasajeros movilizaron hacia Puerto Vallarta fueron United Airlines, American Airlines, Alaska Airlines, Aeroméxico e Interjet. En el periodo 2016-2017 destaca la apertura de las rutas de Southwest a Los Ángeles y Denver; American Airlines a Los Ángeles; Aeroméxico a Monterrey; Aeromar y Calafia a Guadalajara. El Aeropuerto Benjamín Matienzo de Tucumán es reinaugurado este 1 de septiembre

La reapertura del Aeropuerto Benjamín Matienzo de la Provincia de Tucumán, Argentina vuelve a operar a partir de las 6 a.m. El primer vuelo arriba a las 07:45 hs. El Presidente de Argentina,Mauricio Macri, encabeza el acto inaugural.

Luego de tres meses de obras de remodelación de la pista de aterrizaje, el aeropuerto Teniente Benjamín Matienzo reabrirá sus puertas mañana a las 6. El vuelo que inaugurará la pista será el AR1472 de Aerolíneas Argentinas, proveniente de Aeroparque, que tiene horario de arribo previsto para las 07:45 hs. El mismo avión (vuelo AR1473) partirá 45 minutos después rumbo a Buenos Aires.

El presidente Mauricio Macri encabezará el acto inaugural, del que participará el gobernador Juan Manzur. También participarán de la ceremonia el jefe de Gabinete, Marcos Peña, y los ministros Guillermo Dietrich (Transporte) y Rogelio Frigerio (Interior). Según trascendió, el jefe de Estado arribaría a Tucumán cerca del mediodía.

El jefe del aeropuerto tucumano, Marcelo Persia, precisó que desde la mañana la actividad en la estación será la habitual hasta antes de las obras. Es decir que la estadía en la playa de estacionamiento volverá a ser paga. Además, indicó que un avión de Aerolíneas Argentinas pernoctará mañana en Tucumán para brindar nuevamente desde el sábado el servicio que parte a las 06:10 hs rumbo a Buenos Aires.

La nueva pista permitirá a Tucumán tener nuevamente vuelos internacionales. El primer servicio arribará desde Lima el sábado a las 05:00 hs. y retornará una hora después. El Aeropuerto de Villa María, Argentina, continúa sin servicios aéreos que la conecten regionalmente

Desde su flamante inauguración, la terminal aérea solo funciona con vuelos privados. La parálisis del Aeropuerto Néstor Kirchner obedece a cuestiones vinculadas con la empresa Avianca. Hace cinco meses que no opera ninguna aerolínea en rutas aerocomerciales que la unan con otras ciudades.

La Municipalida de Villa María todavía no ha logrado formalizar el acuerdo con Avianca, supuestamente por razones internas de la firma, cuyo titular anunció meses atrás que en julio comenzarían las operaciones en el país con un vuelo a Reconquista, Provincia de Santa Fe, para luego hacerlo de manera “progresiva” a diversas localidades, entre las que se incluyó Villa María en la Provincia de Córdoba.

El jefe de Gabinete de Villa María, Héctor Muñoz, expresó que la meta del municipio es que el aeropuerto sea autosustentable. La idea es subsidiar una parte del boleto en el primer trimestre. Hasta abril, cuando se paralizó la terminal, siempre el municipio subsidió al menos la mitad de cada pasaje. La Justicia Argentina iniciará una investigación para determinar si la aviación comercial soporta la expansión del mercado aéreo

Un juez pidió informes a varios organismos estatales y a las empresas privadas con actividad en los aeropuertos para evaluar la capacidad de soporte del sistema de gestión de la seguridad aérea en Argentina.

Los informes recibidos provenientes de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), según confirmaron fuentes judiciales, indican que los aeropuertos Ezeiza y Aeroparque están trabajando al límite de su capacidad. Es por ello que algunos vuelos regionales que antes operaban desde y hacia Aeroparque serán derivados a Ezeiza. A la situación actual de funcionamiento se suma la expansión del mercado anunciada por el gobierno nacional a partir del inicio de la operaciones de otorgamientos de rutas aéreas y más aerolíneas, incrementando una demanda mucho mayor en la red aérea de Argentina. La Terminal Presidencial y un nuevo hangar está proyectado en Aeroparque donde será sometido a mantenimiento el avión que comprará el Ejecutivo, pudiendo congestionar algunas operaciones.

El escrito del juez señaló que, «en ajustada síntesis, la documentación recabada hasta el momento no sólo es ilustrativa en cuanto al arribo de las denominadas ‘low cost’ al país, sino también respecto de los distintos extremos que ya venían generando el colapso de las operaciones aéreas, particularmente en el Aeroparque ‘Jorge Newbery’, y que derivaran en la restricción antes mencionada que conllevará el traslado paulatino de casi la totalidad de los vuelos al Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza. A ello, deben sumarse los eventuales trabajos de refacción y acondicionamiento del nuevo hangar presidencial, siendo que el ingreso de personal y vehículos afectados a tales menesteres necesariamente generará un mayor tránsito en la zona. Frente a este panorama, teniendo en cuenta la incorporación de nuevos operadores y rutas aéreas, el incremento de operaciones que ocurrirá a partir del 2018 en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza y aquellos eventos que podrían implicar un movimiento adicional de personas y maquinarias; entiendo pertinente requerir al señor Ministro de Transporte de la Nación, al Administrador Nacional de Aviación Civil; y al presidente del Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos –a través de la/las gerencia/s que estime pertinente/s-; la elaboración de un informe pormenorizado, relativo a las gestiones que se han concretado, se encuentran en curso o que en lo sucesivo se implementarán, tendientes a garantizar la seguridad del tráfico aéreo y el uso racional del espacio. En definitiva, teniendo en cuenta la incidencia que los sucesos mencionados tendrán en el tráfico aéreo de la República Argentina y a nivel mundial, deberán poner en conocimiento del tribunal si se encuentran dadas las condiciones de seguridad, tanto en términos operacionales como en efectividad del sistema, en el marco de las actividades propias de aeronavegación a nivel nacional e internacional en todas las estaciones aéreas y, en particular, aquellas que se desarrollan en el Aeroparque ‘Jorge Newbery’ y en el Aeropuerto Internacional ‘Ministro Pistarini’ de Ezeiza».

En el ámbito estatal, Torres envió hace dos semanas oficios al ministro de Transporte, Guillermo Dietrich, al administrador nacional de Aviación Civil, Juan Irigoin, y al presidente del Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (ORSNA), Patricio Di Stéfano. También dirigió oficios similares a las empresas Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 y a London Supply, que tienen a su cargo la explotación de las aeroestaciones y del free shop respectivamente.

El juez solicitó un informe pormenorizado a cada uno de los entes estatales en el que debe detallarse «lo relativa las gestiones que se han concretado, se encuentran en curso o que en lo sucesivo se implementarán, tendientes a garantizar la seguridad del tráfico aéreo y el uso racional del espacio». Y además a las empresas privadas que tienen la explotación de los aeropuertos y el free shop les pidió que detallen «las inversiones destinadas y/o que a futuro se pretenden efectuar en infraestructura, instalaciones, modernización tecnológica o cualquier otra mejora en las estaciones aeroespaciales que administran». Inversión por $38,8 millones destinados a la ampliación de los estacionamientos y la reconstrucción de los accesos

El alcance de la obra incluye una nueva edificación unificada para las tareas administrativas y de apoyo, la estación de puestos de acceso y control para la entrada y salida de autos con sus correspondientes instalaciones para el cobro del estacionamiento y unos 250 nuevos puestos para vehículos, actualmente existe una demanda de 400 disponibles. “Nosotros presentamos el plan de obra, el presupuesto está asignado, esperamos la autorización del ORSNA”, dicen de las oficinas del concesionario, Aeropuertos Argentina 2000.

Al cabo de los próximos 120 días y tras haberse concretado tres audiencias para la solicitud de rutas (la primera se hizo en diciembre 2016, la segunda será el próximo 6 de septiembre y una tercera habría a fin de este año) las compañías aéreas estarán habilitadas para salir al ruedo. Ya son al menos 14 las que están calentando motores.

“Estamos trabajando en forma conjunta con el Ministerio de Transporte y Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 para que se aceleren esas obras y poder brindar mejor todos los servicios; no hay que olvidar que el objetivo es duplicar el tráfico de pasajeros para el 2019”, recordó Santos. El Ambrosio Taravella registró el año pasado 2,2 millones de pasajeros (más de 6.000 diarios), de los cuales 66% son domésticos, 30% internacionales y 4% en tránsito.
