La aerolínea Azul Linhas Aéreas conectará vuelo directo Recife-Manaus

A partir del segundo semestre de 2018, Azul Linhas Aéreas incorpora un nuevo vuelo directo desde Recife hacia la ciudad amazónica de Manaus. La ruta tendrá una frecuencia diaria que iniciará el 2 de Julio 2018. Los tickets están a la venta en el sitio de Azul Linhas Aéreas y las agencias de viaje.

Los vuelos se efectuarán con aeronaves Airbus A320NEO, con capacidad para hasta 174 pax. El Aeropuerto Internacional Recife Guararapes conectará el Aeropuerto Internacional de Manaus, brindando más opciones a los usuarios del centro del Amazonas.

El director de planificación de Azul, Daniel Tkacz, expresó que la expectativa con el nuevo destino es crear una conexión inédita y aún será posible crear nuevas experiencias para el manauara en la región Nordeste. «Nuestro objetivo es continuar desarrollando nuestra malla en la región Norte. Spirit Airlines estrena nueva ruta a las Islas Vírgenes de EEUU

La aerolínea española Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas anuncia la ampliación de sus destinos en América Latina con la apertura de operaciones regulares a Venezuela

Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas conectará con vuelos regulares la ruta Madrid-Caracas y Tenerife Norte-Caracas. Plus Ultra operará estas rutas con aviones A340-300 transportando 303 pasajeros en dos clases: Preferente y Turista.

Plus Ultra comenzará con vuelos regulares a Caracas desde Madrid a partir del 22 de Mayo 2018, y desde Tenerife Norte, el 1 de Julio 2018. Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas iniciará las nuevas rutas transatlánticas apostando por el destino Venezuela, después de que varias aerolíneas cancelaran el destino en ese país.

El objetivo de Plus Ultra es aumentar la conectividad entre España y Venezuela posicionándose como un referente en el mercado, ya que actualmente residen en España unos 300.000 venezolanos. Según Julio Martínez, vicepresidente de Plus Ultra Líneas Aéreas, “el lanzamiento de esta conexión forma parte de nuestro plan estratégico y responde a la necesidad de cubrir la creciente demanda del público venezolano, en busca de vuelos directos a precios muy competitivos”.

Nuevas rutas transatlánticas

La nueva ruta estará basada en vuelo directo entre Madrid y Caracas, con dos frecuencias semanales, los martes y sábados, disponibles a partir del 22 de Mayo 2018. La duración del trayecto Madrid-Caracas será de nueve horas y media, mientras que la de Caracas-Madrid será de ocho horas y media. La ruta estará operada por Airbus A340-300 con capacidad para 303 pasajeros que se distribuirán en dos clases: Economy (285 asientos) y Business (18 asientos). Ambas ponen a disposición de los viajeros servicios de alta calidad y el mayor confort a bordo, como variedad de menús y sistema de entretenimiento, entre otros. Las 94.500 plazas anuales que se incluyen en estas rutas se pusieron a la venta hoy 20 Febrero 2018 y pueden ser adquiridas en agencias de viaje o en http://www.plusultra.com, después de que el gobierno venezolano haya autorizado a la aerolínea a operar estos vuelos. El precio del boleto en clase turista ronda actualmente los € 661,78 euros y se permite una maleta de 23 kilos por pasajero.

Como parte de este plan, Plus Ultra también conectará Venezuela con Islas Canarias, a través de un vuelo directo regular entre Tenerife Norte y Caracas a partir del 1 de Julio 2018. Esta ruta se encuentra en fase final de aprobación gubernamental.

La aerolínea ecuatoriana iniciará rutas a Madrid y Buenos Aires

Norwegian Air ha reportado pérdidas en la expansión del mercado transatlántico

Norwegian inaugura primer vuelo Londres-Buenos Aires hoy 15 de Febrero 2018

El primer vuelo de Norwegian Air Shuttle de la compañía matriz noruega tiene estimado arribar al Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza proveniente del Reino Unido a las 08:15 hs de la mañana y partir hacia el Aeropuerto Gatwick en Londres a las 13:00 hs.

El avión que inaugurará la ruta es un Boeing 787-9 con la imagen del artista Joan Miró en la deriva, al estilo Norwegian.

Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA tiene una flota compuesta por más de 150 aviones y tiene un pedido de más de 250 aeronaves. La edad promedio de cada avión es de 3,6 años.

Andes Líneas Aéreas anuncia vuelo Córdoba-Maceió

La empresa argentina Andes Líneas Aéreas comienza el próximo 7 Marzo 2018 vuelo chárter entre Córdoba (Argentina) y Maceió (Brasil). El nuevo vuelo tendrá una frecuencia semanal, los sábados, y resulta de una asociación entre el Gobierno del Estado de Alagoas y diversos operadores turísticos que consolidan el transporte aéreo.

Las autoridades del Estado de Alagoas ha mostrado gran interés en la consolidación de esta conexión aérea, ya que va a soportar la operación hotelera en aquella región del Nordeste Brasileño, muy conocida y buscada por los turistas argentinos para vacaciones en la playa. Con esta actitud el Gobierno de Alagoas pretende recibir en la temporada turística 2017/2018 más 500 vuelos con turistas.

Actualmente hay tres vuelos semanales de Buenos Aires a Maceió, que son realizados por la compañía brasileña GOL Líneas Aéreas Inteligentes.

Andes Líneas Aéreas fue fundada en 2005 en la Provincia de Salta. Tiene una segunda base operacional en Buenos Aires, en el Aeroparque Jorge Newbery. Andes Airlines announces Córdoba-Maceió flight

Norwegian Air Shuttle iniciará vuelos este jueves, 15 de Febrero 2018 a la Argentina

La compañía low cost noruega Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA comenzará este jueves 15 de Febrero 2018 a volar a la Argentina con aeronaves Boeing 787-8. El vuelo inaugural non-stop Londres-Buenos Aires será el primero de cuatro vuelos semanales que tendrán un valor desde U$S 420 por tramo.

Norwegian Air Shuttle es la tercera low cost en tamaño de Europa, con 9.000 empleados, 500 rutas y 150 destinos de Europa, África, Oriente Medio, Tailandia, el Caribe, EEUU y Sudamérica.

El CEO Bjorn Kjos de Norwegian Air proyectó que el 30% de las rutas globales de Norwegian se centrarán en Argentina en un lapso de cinco a diez años, generando trabajo para unos cuatro mil argentinos y una inversión total de U$S 4.300 millones de dólares, 72 destinos de cabotaje y 80 rutas internacionales, de un total de 152 destinos.

El nuevo proyecto de volar hacia Sudaméria, según analistas e inversores, requerirá una fuerte inversión, que a la hora de competir, otras low-cost siguen consolidándose para alcanzar ventajas. Los competidores de Norwegian se encuentran en una situación mucho más saneada de deuda que les permitiría más agresividad a la hora de sumar flota como para bajar precios ante una mayor subida del combustible, y consideran que la estrategia de Norwegian tiene varios puntos positivos, aunque su fuerte aplicación en los negocios en Argentina puede ser demasiado arriesgada para un proyecto no tan consolidado como otros.

Start-up Norwegian Air Argentina

La start-up Norwegian Air Argentina, filial de la matriz noruega, estará lista para iniciar sus operaciones. inicialmente estaba proyectada para Julio 2018, pero fuentes de la ocmpañía estipulan uncorrimiento de la apertura en Argentina para Octubre o Noviembre 2018, desplazándose unos meses de lo estipulado.

Aerolíneas Argentinas estrena ruta a Brasil con Boeing 737-8 MAX

El primer Boeing 737-8 MAX de Latinoamérica y Argentina como cliente inaugural Aerolíneas Argentinas realizó el primer vuelo internacional de la aeronave, el miércoles 7 al Aeropuerto de Guarulhos procedente de Aeroparque, aterrizando en Sao Paulo a las 10:25 hs, hora local.

«Estamos orgullosos de cruzar la frontera con el Max y poder servir de manera más eficiente y con más comodidad a una ruta clave para nuestros pasajeros de negocios y turismo como es la ruta entre Buenos Aires y Sao Paulo», dijo Mario Dell’Acqua, presidente de la aerolínea argentina.

El primer 737 MAX 8 de Aerolíneas fue recibida en diciembre y marcó el debut de la modelo en el continente sudamericano. Se configura para 170 asientos, siendo ocho puestos en la clase Club Economy (dispuestos en la configuración 2-2) y 162 en la económica tradicional. Actualmente, la compañía posee tres unidades del jet de Boeing, pero los planes son de terminar el año con 12 aeronaves del tipo en su flota.

La gran ventaja del 737 MAX con respecto al 737 NG está en la eficiencia operativa. Con un consumo de combustible 20% inferior, es capaz de volar por distancias de unos 6.500 km, lo que permite operarlo en rutas antes imposibles como vuelos transatlánticos. Pero, a pesar del estreno, el 737 MAX 8 no asumió la ruta entre Sao Paulo y Buenos Aires, por ahora. La compañía aún evalúa la viabilidad de introducirlo en definitiva en los próximos meses.

La primera aerolínea de la región en pedir el Boeing 737 MAX fue la brasileña Gol en Octubre 2012. En la ocasión, la empresa entró a la historia al realizar el mayor negocio del tipo en América del Sur de cerca de U$S 6 mil millones de dólares por 60 unidades del jet. Una de las mayores operadoras del 737 en el mundo, Gol acabó postergando la entrega de la aeronave para el segundo semestre de 2018 debido a la crisis económica en Brasil.

El 737-8 MAX  será utilizado en los vuelos nacionales, sino también la reanudación de los destinos de los Estados Unidos, tales como Gol anunció recientemente.
