Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 administrará el Aeropuerto de El Palomar de Argentina

El Ministerio de Transporte de Argentina incorporó al Contrato de Concesión suscripto entre el Estado nacional y el consorcio Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 (AA2000), para la administración, explotación y funcionamiento del Grupo A de Aeropuertos del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (SNA), los espacios del Aeropuerto El Palomar de la Provincia de Buenos Aires.

El Gobierno de la República Argentina por Resolución Nº 849 del Ministerio de Transporte en Boletín Oficial, otorgó este martes al concesionario de aeropuertos en Argentina, Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 la administración de su aeropuerto número 34 sólo en la Argentina, el Aeropuerto El Palomar, en la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Este nuevo aeropuerto para uso civil y comercial entró en operaciones en Febrero 2018 con una estructura edilicia renovada y accesos de carreteras y conexión por tren hacia el aeropuerto. Además, se autorizó al Organismo Regulador del Sistema Nacional de Aeropuertos (ORSNA) a que, en ejercicio de sus competencias técnicas, apruebe la realización de las obras previstas en dicho aeropuerto.

AA2000 opera en estos momentos más de 50 aeropuertos en todo el mundo. El año pasado, la firma obtuvo de Guillermo Dietrich, titular de la cartera de Transporte, la confirmación de que continuaría al frente de sus concesiones en el mercado aerocomercial tras los rumores de cortocircuitos con el macrismo.

El Aeropuerto El Palomar incorporará cambio sustanciales para el desarrollo de la actividad aeronáutica civil en la Etapa 1. La Etapa 2 constituirá la construcción de una nueva terminal de pasajeros y plataforma civil al oeste de la pista del Aeropuerto. Por dicho Convenio, el Ministerio de Defensa cedió al Ministerio de Transporte el uso de los espacios a ocupar durante la Etapa 0 y la etapa 1 y autorizó al Ministerio a realizar las obras y demoliciones detalladas en el proyecto descrito en los anexos al referido Convenio.

El Aeropuerto Internacional de Kuwait ha ampliado el plazo de licitación para construcción nuevo aeropuerto internacional

El Ministerio de Obras Públicas de Kuwait extendió el plazo para ofertar por la entrega de consultoría de gestión de programas para la construcción de su nuevo aeropuerto internacional. El plazo de presentación para las ofertas de consultoría de gestión de programas se ha ampliado un mes. La fecha de presentación de ofertas para la construcción del proyecto del aeropuerto internacional de Kuwait se extendió hasta el 24 de octubre de 2018, en lugar del 24 de septiembre, según la oficina de obras públicas.

El Aeropuerto de Pakyong, ubicado a 33 km de la capital del estado, Gangtok, es el primer aeropuerto del estado montañoso de la India

El primer ministro Narendra Modi inauguró el Aeropuerto de Pakyong en Sikkim el 24 de septiembre, nueve años después de la colocación de la primera piedra. El aeropuerto es el primer y único aeropuerto del estado montañoso. La inauguración del aeropuerto el 23 Septiembre 2018 , el primer ministro había dicho que mejorará la conectividad y beneficiará a la gente de Sikkim.

Actualmente, el aeropuerto más cercano para la gente de Sikkim está a 124 kilómetros (km) de distancia en Bagdogra, Bengala Occidental. El aeropuerto se encuentra a unos 60 km de la frontera de Indochina. El aeropuerto se extiende en 201 acres. Se encuentra en la cima de una colina a unos dos kilómetros por encima de la aldea Pakyong a 4.500 pies sobre el nivel del mar.

Avanza el Programa Aeropuerto Binacional Concordia-Salto

Ambas ciudades localizadas en la frontera entre Argentina y Uruguay permiten compartir similitudes de identidad histórica y económica que enriquecen un acuerdo binacional. La integración de desarrollos productivos puestos en marcha por el Ente Binacional Concordia-Salto está fortaleciendo muchos sectores productivos, entre ellos el fortalecimiento de un aeropuerto de carácter binacional.

El Gobernador Gustavo Bordet expresó: «Estamos trabajando en un proyecto binacional entre Concordia y Salto. El nuevo aeropuerto en una primera etapa va a operar con pasajeros y en una segunda etapa con carga».

El ente binacional viene trabajando en diversas reuniones con el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) para el fortalecimiento de los proyectos integradores entre ambas ciudades fronterizas bajo el Programa de Integración Regional. El proyecto incluye una nueva terminal aérea, torre de control, oficinas para organismos gubernamentales y del sector de aviación y lo referente al avance tecnológico de equipamiento e instrumental necesarios para las operaciones aerocomerciales.

Este Programa de Integración Regional amplifica la integración productiva y logística permitiendo activar las diferentes áreas industriales y comerciales. Por otro lado la planificación de obras en común generará un fuerte polo de desarrollo en el campo turístico y agropecuario. El nuevo aeropuerto regional permitirá colocar a la región en una situación muy favorable para la integración binacional.

Un 60% de las pistas del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México están construidas

Las pistas del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México (NAIM) están construidas en 60%, en conjunto, de acuerdo a un informe que presentó la presidencia del país norteamericano sobre la obra. La pista dos lleva un avance de 63% y la pista 3 un poco menos: 52%. Es lo que se desprende del documento presentado por el saliente presidente Enrique Peña Nieto. Además se indica que el edificio terminal de pasajeros, tiene un avance de 70% en cimentación y 4 % en la estructura; y la torre de control, 21%.

Ya fueron concluidas las etapas de planeación, estudios y proyectos, así como las obras preliminares para el desarrollo de la infraestructura aeroportuaria. En su primera fase de funcionamiento, el NAIM podrá atender a 70 millones de pasajeros en un año y 125 millones de usuarios cuando esté a su máxima capacidad. En contraste con la actual terminal, que atendió en 2017 44,7 millones de pasajeros. La obra tiene un avance general de 32% en Texcoco y se han invertido 5.233 millones de dólares, del total de US$ 13.000 millones de dólares que costará.

Las autoridades de México han indicado que el esquema de financiamiento del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México (NAIM) prevé una alta rentabilidad en favor del Estado Mexicano.

Controversia Santa Lucía vs NAIM

La construcción del Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de México (NAIM) debe continuar, dado que se trata de un proyecto indispensable y con rentabilidad social y viabilidad económica, mientras que la alternativa de Santa Lucía es un “falso dilema político”, aseguró Juan Pardinas, Director del Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO). La mejor alternativa es Texcoco y precisó que “la consulta que se va a realizar pareciera, en cierto sentido, un falso dilema, porque no hay una alternativa que ofrezca las opciones de seguridad y viabilidad económica, más la inversión que ya se hizo en el aeropuerto”. Advirtió que la saturación de la terminal actual no sólo es un tema de atención de pasajeros y económico sino, sobre todo, de seguridad.

Cancelar el nuevo aeropuerto costaría 120,000 mdp, estima Instituto Mexicano para la Competitividad (IMCO). El costo de la cancelación incluye 58,000 millones ya pagados, penas y gastos no recuperables que se generarían por los contratos ya comprometidos y la liquidación de trabajadores.

El Nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de la Ciudad de México es un proyecto catalogado a nivel mundial como uno de los más innovadores, tanto en sus técnicas de construcción como de operación. Es la obra de infraestructura más importante de las últimas décadas en México. Infraero Brasil estima conclusión obras para 4Q2019

Infraero prevé entregar nuevo Aeropuerto de Macapá en 2019 tras 15 años en obras. En diciembre de este año debe entregarse la terminal de pasajeros. Después de numerosas paralizaciones, la empresa constructora asegura que el nuevo calendario está al día.

Las proyecciones par la conclusiones de obras a finales de 2019 es el nuevo plazo fijado por la Empresa Brasileña de Infraestructura Aeroportuaria (Infraero) para la realización del nuevo Aeropuerto Internacional de Macapá , que cumplirá 15 años en las obras. Después de varias interrupciones , la empresa garantiza que el servicio de planificación se está cumpliendo a tiempo.

El valor total de la estructura aeropuerto fue presupuestado en R$ 163 millones de reales. Las obras se están realizando en dos etapas. La primera es la construcción de la nueva terminal de pasajeros y estacionamiento de vehículos, cuya previsión para terminar es para diciembre de este año. La segunda etapa es la ampliación del patio de aeronaves, donde actualmente funciona la terminal de pasajeros. En ese espacio, los servicios deben comenzar en julio de 2019. «Sólo cuando la nueva terminal de pasajeros comienza a operar en diciembre, será posible demoler el antiguo y hacer la obra de ampliación del patio nuevo», informó la empresa.

Infraero plans to deliver new Macapá Airport in 2019 after 15 years of work. In December of this year, the passenger terminal must be delivered. After numerous stoppages, the construction company ensures that the new calendar is up to date.

The projections for the conclusion of works at the end of 2019 is the new deadline set by the Brazilian Company of Airport Infrastructure (Infraero) for the realization of the new Macapá International Airport, which will be 15 years old in the works. After several interruptions, the company guarantees that the planning service is being fulfilled on time.

The total value of the airport structure was budgeted at R $ 163 million. The works are being carried out in two stages. The first is the construction of the new passenger terminal and parking of vehicles, whose forecast to finish is for December of this year. The second stage is the expansion of the aircraft yard, where the passenger terminal currently operates. AA2000 ampliará unos de los aeropuertos más concurridos por los turistas en Argentina

La inversión para la ampliación de Aeropuerto de Bariloche será de AR$ 2.200 millones en dos etapas para triplicar la capacidad de recepción de los vuelos domésticos y los internacionales. El anuncio ya había sido adelantado el año pasado, aunque se desconocían los detalles de la obra. El edificio actual es de 1999 y posee unos 9000 metros cuadrados, en dos plantas, con dos mangas y tres cintas. Se proyecta que las mangas lleguen a seis, que los metros cuadrados sean 16.000 y que se pase de 385 cocheras a casi 800. Hoy ningún aeropuerto del interior del país tienen estas características, por lo que el de esta ciudad pasará a ser el tercero más importante, después de Ezeiza y Aeroparque.

La ampliación del Aeropuerto de Bariloche y la decisión del Gobierno de Argentina de levantar los aranceles del 35% para la importación de insumos, permitirá incrementar el número de tráfico de pasajeros proyectados para la próxima temporada estival.

Desde la cartera del Ministerio de Transporte expresaron la necesidad de invertir en la ampliación del aeropuerto en un contexto de crecimiento de la conectividad aérea de la ciudad. El destino Bariloche tuvo una temporada récord de 216.000 personas que pasaron por este aeropuerto en Julio 2018 que representa un aumento de un 30% más que el año pasado. Las proyecciones para el 2019 se esperan más frecuencias de vuelos de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Flybondi Líneas Aéreas, Latam Argentina Airlines, como así nuevas aerolíneas que llegarán directo a esta ciudad como Norwegian Air Argentina y JetSmart Argentina. Las aerolíneas internacionales también participarán de este destino predilecto. «Es un esfuerzo muy importante el que estamos haciendo junto a Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 y el gobierno nacional, una de las inversiones más grandes que va a haber en la Argentina», advirtió el Ministro de Transporte de Argentina, Guillermo Dietrich. La Ministra de Turismo de la Provincia de Río Negro, Arabela Carreras, indicó que «los datos ponen por encima de la media nacional» a Bariloche con un crecimiento del 85% en conectividad aérea en relación al año pasado.
