Gobierno estudia flexibilizar cepo viajes en cuotas al exterior

El Ministro de Seguridad de la Nación, Aníbal Fernández, reconoció que el Gobierno de Argentina estudia realizar modificaciones a la cuestionada disposición del Banco Central de la República Argentina que prohibe a las emisoras de tarjetas de crédito vender pasajes al exterior en cuotas. «Creo que hay quienes están estudiando en este momento como suplir la decisión de esta característica, que es absolutamente antipática y encontrar alternativas que sean supletorias de lo que venía sucediendo hasta este momento. No puede ser que todo el pueblo argentino pague o subvencione este tipo de compras en contra del resto. No está bien que así suceda. De todos modos, consideró que se podía haber tomado otra medida», manifestó el mandatario Aníbal Fernández. En ese sentido Aníbal Fernández explicó de qué otra manera se podría haber resuelto la disposición del BCRA. El ministro aclaró de antemano que es su visión no representa al Gobierno, y sostuvo que podría haberse dejado el mismo sistema, pagando con intereses, entonces no sería el pueblo argentino el que subvencione los pagos para aquellos que necesiten viajar. «Se resolvería de una forma más corta, aplicando una tasa de interés es una forma de resolver la situación en la que nos encontramos y no es tan agresiva para con los que necesitan para poder viajar. Yo no soy agresivo con el que quiere viajar; si quiere viajar y lo puede hacer, y había una forma acomodada para poder comprarlo, tonto sería que no lo hiciera».

La portavoz de la Presidencia de la Nación, Gabriela Cerruti, aseguró que la decisión del Banco Central (BCRA) de limitar el financiamiento de las compras en cuotas con tarjetas de crédito de pasajes y servicios de turismo al exterior, es una medida puntual y momentánea que viene a cuidar el rumbo de la economía. El Banco Central limitó el Jueves 25/11 el financiamiento de las compras en cuotas con tarjetas de crédito de pasajes y servicios de turismo al exterior como alojamientos, excursiones y alquiler de transporte, entre otras, tanto en forma directa o abonadas a través de agencias de viajes, plataformas web u otros intermediarios. La iniciativa fue adoptada a través de la Comunicación A7407, y entró en vigencia el Viernes 26/11. Pero fuentes oficiales confirmaron que se estaba analizando algunas modificaciones a la norma por el fuerte impacto que tuvo en los mercados tanto internacionales como domésticos.

Desde la Presidencia de la Nación apuntan a que el anterior Presidente ha dejado comprometida a varias generaciones de argentinos, y que al Gobierno del Frente de Todos le toca hacer un esfuerzo más de superar este obstáculo, que tiene que ver específicamente con que los viajes al exterior no van a poder ser pagados en cuotas.

Repudio generalizado

Esta medida generó fuertes reacciones adversas en el sector de la aviación y el turismo duramente castigados por los efectos de las crisis económica y sanitaria de la pandemia. El Diputado Nacional electo Javier Milei opinó sobre el anuncio del Banco Central de prohibir el pago en cuotas en la compra de pasajes, hoteles y otros servicios de turismo al exterior: «Lo que muestra es la falta de Dólares del Banco Central. Las reservas internacionales de libre disponibilidad, las netas, están en un terreno casi ya perforando lo negativo. En el fondo, es un devaluación sin tocar el tipo de cambio», expresó el político argentino. Para el legislador electo de Derecha, es consecuencia del «modelo de déficit fiscal, financiado con emisión monetaria. Eso alimenta más el exceso de demanda de divisivas; y el Gobierno, para tratar de limitarlo, mete más controles, pero eso no es gratis. El mayor exceso de demanda que se genera en el mercado de divisivas tiene consecuencias en otras partes de la economía. Vas a tener exceso de oferta por todos lados, y en el mercado de bonos esto significa alta tasa de interés. Por eso, el riesgo país en promedio está arriba de 1.700 y en la punta corta arriba de 2.000. Para adelante se va a destruir la inversión y se van a fugar capitales. Se te va a penalizar sobre la actividad económica».

La falta de previsibilidad del presente Gobierno permite demostrar que los parches en la economía continúan siendo moneda corriente, mientras que se necesitan restaurar un modelo de confianza en los mercados para que las restricciones impuestas a la economía argentina no continúen atropellando los derechos de los ciudadanos. «La única salida posible es hacer un programa de ajuste y poner las cuentas fiscales en orden, pero cuando caresés de reputación, el programa no es creíble y termina siendo recesivo. La única forma para que no sea recesiva, o que sea lo menos doloroso posible en un contexto dado por un Presidente al que no le cree nadie, es que el ajuste recaiga sobre el sector público, que es lo que no quiere hacer el Gobierno», sentenció Javier Milei.

La aerolínea de la República de Vanuatu, localizada en el Pacífico, Air Vanuatu ha ordenado oficialmente dos A220-300 (2). A finales de Febrero de 2019, Airbus Group anunciaba que tenía un nuevo cliente A220 en forma de la aerolínea de las islas del Pacífico Air Vanuatu. En ese momento, la aerolínea había firmado dos A220-100 (2) y dos A220-300 (2), la aerolínea ahora solo tomará dos ejemplares de la variante más larga. Sindicato Nacional de Aeronáuticos ejercerá huelga 29/11

El Sindicato Nacional de Aeronáuticos (SNA) de la República de Brasil emitió una nota al público confirmando que los comandantes, copilotos y comisionados de las compañías regulares de pasajeros y carga aéreas han decidido hacer huelga y asesorar al público sobre cómo proceder. El movimiento obtuvo el apoyo de varias entidades. El cierre de la tripulación será parcial y tendrá lugar a partir de las 0h hora de Brasilia del 29 de Noviembre de 2021, en todos los aeropuertos del país.

La acción se mantendrá en los días siguientes, indefinidamente, hasta que haya una respuesta positiva de las aerolíneas en la negociación de la renovación del Convenio Colectivo. Desde el inicio de la pandemia, la categoría nunca ha dejado de funcionar, enfrentando el riesgo de contaminación, y ha contribuido a la lucha contra el Covid-19 mediante el transporte de vacunas, insumos y equipos. Además, ha colaborado con la recuperación de las empresas aceptando reducciones salariales que persisten hasta el día de hoy y reclama en esta negociación solo la recomposición de pérdidas inflacionarias. En nombre de los aeronautas, la unión gremial subraya que la principal preocupación es el respeto de los pasajeros y la seguridad de todos. La SNA cuenta con el apoyo de la sociedad y el sentido común de las aerolíneas para que se eviten inconvenientes.

La Ifalpa (Federación Internacional de Asociaciones de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas) publicó una carta, firmada por su Presidente, el Comandante Jack Netskar, expresando pleno apoyo al SNA y a todos los tripulantes brasileños debido a la huelga aprobada por la categoría que comenzará el 29/11. «En nombre de la comunidad de pilotos de todo el mundo, Ifalpa simpatiza con los colegas de SNA». El texto continúa expresando que también condena cualquier posible represalia y actitud antisindical contra los tripulantes que ejercen su derecho de huelga, además de ofrecer todo su apoyo. La ITF (Federación Internacional de los Trabajadores del Transporte) envió una carta al SCN en apoyo del movimiento huelguista aprobado por la tripulación brasileña programada para el inicio del 29 de Noviembre. La ITF dice que se solidariza con sus colegas en Brasil y brinda apoyo «para permanecer firmes en su misión de luchar por la garantía de sus derechos». La APLA (Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas de Argentina) envió el miércoles (24) al SNA una carta expresando su apoyo al movimiento huelguista aprobado por la tripulación brasileña para comenzar el 29 de Noviembre de 2021. O movimento obteve o apoio de várias entidades. O encerramento da tripulação será parcial e ocorrerá a partir das 0h, horário de Brasília, do dia 29 de Novembro de 2021, em todos os aeroportos do país.

A ação será mantida nos dias subseqüentes, por tempo indeterminado, até que haja uma resposta positiva das empresas aéreas na negociação da renovação do Acordo Coletivo. Desde o início da pandemia, a categoria nunca parou de funcionar, correndo o risco de contaminação, e tem contribuído para o combate à Covid-19 com o transporte de vacinas, insumos e equipamentos. Além disso, tem colaborado com a recuperação das empresas ao aceitar reduções salariais que persistem até hoje e reivindica nessa negociação apenas a recomposição das perdas inflacionárias. Em nome dos aeronautas, o sindicato destaca que a principal preocupação é o respeito aos passageiros e a segurança de todos. CMA CGM Group became the second company to commit to the new Airbus A350-900F freighter. Airbus has secured another commitment for its future A350F freighter, this time a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) from shipping and logistics company CMA CGM Group covering the purchase of four of the new Air cargo planes. The order, still subject to completion in the coming weeks, will increase CMA CGM’s Airbus fleet size to nine units, including five A330-200Gs (5). CMA CGM Air Cargo, the group’s recently launched air cargo division, will operate the new aircraft.

The deal with CMA CGM closely follows the announcement of a highly anticipated launch order from Air Lease Corporation for seven A350Fs during the Dubai Airshow as part of a giant deal that included A220-300 (25), A321NEO (55), A321XLR (20) and A330-990NEO (4). As a launch customer for the A350 freighter, Udvar-Hazy noted that seven aircraft was a good place to start and that he hoped to add more. The aircraft offers a range of almost 5,000 nm with a full payload of 109 tonnes and, more importantly, represents the only aircraft that can meet the target noise and emissions figures scheduled to go into effect in 2027.

ALC has entered into discussions with five potential customers for the A350F, which will be delivered from 2026. By then, Airbus believes that the operators of many of the currently converted airliner-type freighters, such as the Boeing 747 and MD- 11, they will have started the process of removing them from service. The Governor of the Virgin Islands of the United States, Albert Bryan Jr., during a visit to the new headquarters of American Airlines in Dallas, Texas, last week thanked the American airline for its strong commitment to the island territory during the pandemic.
