Nuevos cronogramas de vuelos internacionales

En el día 02/02 la Decisión Administrativa 44/2021 reglamenta la adecuación de los arribos/salidas de los vuelos al exterior en la República Argentina en sintonía con las nuevas medidas sanitarias necesarias para el cuidado de la población.

Tras la decisión del Gobierno de Argentina de reducir las frecuencias de los vuelos internacionales hacia y desde Brasil, Estados Unidos, México y Europa, las compañías aéreas que operan en la Argentina ya están presentando sus nuevos cronogramas de vuelos que contemplan recortes entre el 30% y 50%. Las líneas aéreas establecieron un nuevo cronograma de vuelos teniendo en cuenta además la caída de la demanda y las restricciones para el ingreso impuestas por diferentes países, lo que conlleva una notable reducción en la oferta de asientos y en los márgenes de rentabilidad ya severamente afectados desde el año pasado.

América

Aerolíneas Argentinas ha establecido una nueva programación para Febrero 2021 que incluye la siguiente programación: cuatro vuelos semanales a Miami (4Frq/S); un vuelo semanal a Madrid (1Frq/S); y dos vuelos semanales a Cancún (2Frq/S), que volverá a tres en la última semana de este mes. Respecto a los vuelos a Brasil, Aerolíneas Argentinas irá reduciendo las frecuencias semanales en forma progresiva: de ocho viajes a Río de Janeiro y San Pablo se pasará a seis en la primera semana y a cinco en la segunda, aunque para la ciudad paulista volverá a subir a seis en la tercera semana de Febrero 2021. Por el contrario, en otros destinos subirán las frecuencias, ya que no están alcanzados por la nueva disposición del Gobierno. Santa Cruz (Bolivia) pasa de dos a cuatro vuelos semanales (4Frq/S); Lima, de dos a tres (3Frq/S); Bogotá, de uno y dos vuelos semanales pasa a tres la primera semana y dos las semanas siguientes.

American Airlines ha confirmado que a partir de Febrero 2021 reduce sus operaciones en Buenos Aires: mantendrá su servicio diario a Miami (1Frq/D) y tendrá tres vuelos semanales a Dallas (3Frq/S). “Trabajaremos para reacomodar a nuestros clientes impactados”, señalan desde la compañía.

Europa

KLM Airlines y Alitalia habían anunciado anticipadamente una suspensión temporaria de sus vuelos a la Argentina por restricciones de los gobiernos de Países Bajos e Italia. En el caso de KLM la suspensión es por un mes, mientras que Alitalia no tendría vuelos en Febrero ni en Marzo. Air France ha comunicado que tendrá dos vuelos semanales, más un vuelo exclusivo de carga, entre Buenos Aires y París. Air Europa, que contaba con tres frecuencias semanales (3Frq/S), informará los cambios en el transcurso de esta semana. En tanto, desde Lufthansa indicaron que durante Febrero 2021 operarán dos veces por semana a Frankfurt los Lunes y Sábados (2Frq/S) y una vez por semana a Zurich (Viernes), está última servida por la subsidiaria Swiss International Airlines. El resto de las empresas está aún definiendo sus nuevos cronogramas para los próximos días. En general, los pasajeros de los vuelos cancelados son reubicados en otros vuelos o pueden solicitar la reprogramación de sus viajes.

Agencias de turismo

Desde las agencias de turismo señalaron que son las más afectadas por los cambios y reprogramaciones porque les demanda un trabajo de gestión extra. “Desde la reapertura, las empresas aéreas nunca volvieron a las frecuencias anteriores a la pandemia y fueron manejando la oferta de acuerdo a la demanda, por eso los pocos vuelos que hay van más o menos llenos. Las agencias ahora tienen el trabajo interno de realinear los vuelos”, explicaron desde Avantrip. En cuanto a la demanda de viajes internacionales, señalan que a pesar de las restricciones algunos destinos se mantienen con una demanda estable, como Miami y el Caribe. Mientras que Brasil no levantó y las ventas no estuvieron de acuerdo a las expectativas previas. “Los clientes no toman la reprogramación como un castigo y muchos buscan reprogramar por su cuenta, porque no quieren viajar ahora”, señalaron. En el caso de la suspensión de los vuelos, no hay muchas más opciones que reprogramar, según explicaron desde las principales agencias de turismo. La recomendación para todas las personas que tengan tickets aéreos para febrero es que deben confirmar su vuelo con sus aerolíneas antes de ir al aeropuerto.

On the contrary, in other destinations the frequencies will go up, since they are not reached by the new government provision. Santa Cruz (Bolivia) goes from two to four weekly flights (4Frq / S); Lima, from two to three (3Frq/S); Bogotá, from one and two weekly flights, goes to three the first week and two the following weeks.

American Airlines has confirmed that as of February 2021 it reduces its operations in Buenos Aires: it will maintain its daily service to Miami (1Frq/D) and will have three weekly flights to Dallas (3Frq/S). «We will work to re-accommodate our impacted clients», they point out from the company.

Europe

KLM Airlines and Alitalia had announced in advance a temporary suspension of their flights to Argentina due to restrictions from the governments of the Netherlands and Italy. In the case of KLM, the suspension is for one month, while Alitalia would not have flights in February or March. Air France has announced that it will have two weekly flights, plus an exclusive cargo flight, between Buenos Aires and Paris. Air Europa, which had three weekly frequencies (3Frq/S), will report the changes in the course of this week. Meanwhile, from Lufthansa they indicated that during February 2021 they will operate twice a week to Frankfurt on Mondays and Saturdays (2Frq/S) and once a week to Zurich (Friday), the latter being served by the subsidiary Swiss International Airlines. Tourism agencies

Azul Conecta realiza vuelos regulares a Angra, Paraty y Búzios

Azul Conecta, la aerolínea regional de Azul Linhas Aéreas continúa avanzando con su desarrollo de red en Brasil. En la temporada presente de verano austral del 14 de Diciembre de 2020 al 31 de Enero de 2021 ha efectuado 1.175 vuelos. La red de servicios de Porto Alegre, Santos Dumont, Congonhas, Belo Horizonte y Fortaleza, permiten a los pasajeros llegar en vuelos comerciales a Canela (RS), Torres (RS), Itanhaém (SP), Ubatuba (SP), Paraty (RJ), Angra dos Reis (RJ), Búzios (RJ), Guarapari (ES) y Jericoacoara (CE). En Río de Janeiro, el Gobierno del Estado anticipó y aseguró la continuidad de los vuelos de Azul Conecta de forma regular incluso después del final de la temporada alta de verano. Con el acuerdo vigente, Río seguirá siendo atendido por vuelos de Azul Conecta que estarán destinados a Angra, Paraty y Búzios. Habrá 12 vuelos semanales que tendrán una operación intercalada entre el Aeropuerto Santos Dumont/SDU y el Aeropuerto Congonhas/CGH.

«La reducción fiscal sobre el queroseno de aviación es fundamental para el desarrollo de la aviación regional y el estado de Río lo entendió. El combustible de aviación es uno de los principales costos que tienen las aerolíneas y representa hasta el 50% del costo de operación. La consecuencia directa de la política de reducción del ICMS, como lo hizo el estado de Río de Janeiro, es el aumento de la capacidad en los mercados existentes, la creación de nuevos vínculos entre las ciudades y la apertura de nuevas bases.
