El Gobierno de Malvinas ha elegido una aerolínea para hacer escala en el continente manteniendo en el anonimato su identificación

El Consejo Ejecutivo de las Islas Malvinas (Islas Falklands) comunicó la apertura de un segundo vuelo desde territorio argentino hacia la zona insular. En la actualidad, sólo hay un vuelo desde Chile con una escala al mes en Río Gallegos servido por la compañía Latam Airlines. El consejo ejecutivo de Malvinas informó anoche que ya eligió una aerolínea para sumar un segundo vuelo desde el Continente Americano hacia las Malvinas. Este sigue los acuerdos firmados por los gobiernos de partes: Argentina, Mauricio Macri y del Reino Unido, Theresa May, y conlleva una escala en Argentina.

Cancillerías de argentina y británica guardan todavía en secreto cuál es la operadora y cuál la ciudad destino y la ciudad escala, lo que se sabrá en días. Hasta ahora se han negado reiteradamente a qué Buenos Aires sea esa escala. El vuelo que opera desde 1999 es el de Latam Airlines todo los sábados.

El vuelo de Latam Airlines de Punta Arenas (Chile) a Mount Pleasant (Malvinas) hace al mes una escala de ida y otra de vuelta en Río Gallegos. De acuerdo al comunicado emitido por el gobierno de Malvinas este iniciará negociaciones y no revela detalles por razones comerciales. La decisión final la tomarán la Asamblea Legislativa y el Consejo Ejecutivo en los próximos meses pero no antes de Agosto 2018, arroga el comunicado. El consejero Barry Elsby reconoció la necesidad que tienen las islas de este segundo lazo con el Continente que será en “beneficio de las Islas Falklands y de su gente”.

Cubana de Aviación ha comunicado oficialmente sobre sus ajustes en los horarios y frecuencias de los vuelos nacionales programados

El organigrama de vuelos domésticos Habana–Gerona–Habana se mantienen en dos frecuencias diarias, en los horarios habituales, ajustándose los mismos los días martes, con salida del primer vuelo a las 09:40 am y miércoles, con salidas 07:05 am y 11:40 am. Fueron modificados los vuelos Habana–Santiago–Habana y Habana–Holguín–Habana a una frecuencia diaria en el horario de la tarde, excepto los sábados que no se realizarán vuelos a estos destinos. Los vuelos Habana–Baracoa–Habana tendrán una operación semanal los martes en el horario habitual.

Fueron cancelados los vuelos con destinos a Camagüey, Moa, Manzanillo, Bayamo y Guantánamo. A los pasajeros con espacio reservado que por cancelación de vuelos no pueden efectuar su viaje, se les realizará el reembolso del valor del boleto aéreo en las Oficinas de Ventas, disponiendo para ello de hasta un año a partir de la fecha de adquisición.

La Aerolínea informará oportunamente sobre posibles restablecimientos de vuelos y rutas. Cubana de Aviación S.A. ofrece disculpas por las molestias ocasionadas y pone a disposición de la población sus oficinas de venta para cualquier aclaración adicional.

Avianca ha inaugurado la nueva ruta Aeroparque-Santa Fe

La aerolínea Avianca Argentina inauguró este miércoles por la mañana el primer vuelo Buenos Aires-Santa Fe empleando aeronaves ATR 72-600. Avianca aterrizó por primera vez en el Aeropuerto de Sauce Viejo. Con el arribo de la aeronave ATR 72-600 —con capacidad para 70 pasajeros— quedó oficialmente habilitada la nueva conexión con la Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires y Mar del Plata.

“Con estos vuelos el viajero puede ir y volver en el mismo día. Muchas veces una persona de negocio necesita hacer el viaje en el mismo día, algo que ahora podrá hacerlo junto a Avianca”, indicó Hugo Díaz, Gerente Comercial de Avianca.

Incremento vuelos en Sauce Viejo

El Aeropuerto de Sauce Viejo dispondrá de cuatro frecuencias diarias, sumadas a las dos frecuencias que ofrece Aerolíneas Argentinas. A la llegada del primer avión de Avianca, le sucedió el acto inaugural que contó con la presencia de Carlos Fascendini, Vicegobernador de la Provincia de Santa Fe, Santiago Amézaga, interventor del Aeropuerto de Sauce Viejo, entre otros funcionarios provinciales.

Las expectativas de la línea aérea es que más frecuencias deberían existir en una ciudad como Santa Fe, con un conurbano de mas del millón de habitantes, donde el aeropuerto sufría de la escacéz de vuelos, sobre todo por la tarde.

Avianca se expande

La próxima ruta a incorporar será Córdoba. La aerolínea Avianca con la incorporación de Sauce Viejo a la ruta de vuelos, cuenta con dos de los tres destinos santafesinos en los que tenía previsto operar, ya que desde el 17 Julio 2018 también llegará a Reconquista. “Unir el norte con el sur de la provincia era un gran anhelo para los santafesinos y lo vamos a cumplir con el vuelo Aeroparque-Rosario-Reconquista”, informó el Gerente Comercial. La intención para los próximos meses es conectar Santa Fe con Córdoba, un aeropuerto clave, ya que desde allí despegan muchas aerolíneas hacia el exterior, entre ellas Avianca.
Además, desde la empresa tienen la intención, luego de establecer la ruta a la capital cordobesa, de unirla con provincias turísticas como Mendoza, Salta y Tucumán.

Vuelos a Sauce Viejo

Avianca ofrece dos vuelos diarios de lunes a viernes y uno los sábados y domingos, los cuales, además, permitirán conexiones inmediatas hacia Mar del Plata sin descender del avión. Entre semana, la aerolínea colombiana despegará de la aeroestación local a las 9:30 hs y el horario nocturno será a las 20:15 hs.

Los sábados, el único vuelo que arribará a Sauce Viejo será a las 8:45 hs y partirá 9:15 hs hacia Buenos Aires. La novedad es la frecuencia dominical, algo nuevo para los santafesinos que hasta entonces no tenían servicios para esta jornada. Para este día, el servicio saldrá desde la aeroestación local a las 20:15 hs. El vuelo hasta Buenos Aires tiene prevista una duración de 1 hora y 15 minutos y a Mar del Plata llega en poco más de 3 horas.

En relación al precio y servicios de esta empresa, hay que destacar que no es de características lowcost, debido a que el precio del pasaje —menor a AR$ 1.000 desde Sauce Viejo a Buenos Aires y viceversa—, incluye equipaje en bodega y servicio de catering a bordo. “No ser lowcost no es un impedimento para ofrecer tarifas promocionales de AR$ 647 hacia Buenos Aires”, resaltó el gerente comercial.

Aerolíneas Argentinas comenzará a volar desde Rosario a Río de Janeiro a partir de Octubre 2018

Aerolíneas Argentinas iniciará vuelos directos desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Rosario hacia Rio de Janeiro. Conterá con tres frecuencias semanales los días viernes, sábados y domingos a partir del 5 Octubre 2018.

El vuelo partirá desde la terminal de Fisherton a las 22 y aterrizará en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Galeao a las 0:50 hs. Singapore Airlines prepara el vuelo más largo del mundo

Singapore Airlines propondrá en octubre un vuelo sin escalas entre Singapur y Nueva York en cerca de 19 horas, es decir el vuelo comercial más largo del mundo, anunció este miércoles la propia compañía aérea.

El avión, que despegará del aeropuerto Singapur-Changi y aterrizará en el de Newark, cubrirá los 16.700 kilómetros que separan ambas ciudades en 18 horas y 45 minutos, agregó la aerolínea del archipiélago del sureste asiático en un comunicado.

El vuelo comercial más largo del mundo es actualmente el de la compañía Qatar Airways entre la capital catarí, Doha, y la ciudad neozelandesa de Auckland, que dura 17 horas y 40 minutos.

Para su futuro vuelo récord, Singapore Airlines utilizará un Airbus A350-900 Ultra Long Range con un gran radio de acción, que será configurado para llevar 161 pasajeros, 67 en clase preferente y 94 en turista premium, según la compañía.

Este aparato capaz de volar casi 18.000 kilómetros de un tirón, es decir más de 20 horas, efectuó su primer viaje de prueba a finales de Abril 2018.

Wingo Airlines, Latam Airlines y Avianca solicitaron a la Aerocivil de Colombia permiso para aumentar frecuencias a Argentina

Las solicitadas por las aerolíneas para sumar a su oferta nuevos destinos alberga las peticiones de las aerolíneas colombianas para la ampliación de frecuencias y nuevas rutas aéreas. Wingo, Avianca y Latam Airlines hicieron solicitudes para sumar frecuencias y crear nuevas rutas con destino a Argentina.

En el caso de la línea aérea de bajo costo Wingo, solicitó permiso para operar vuelos de carga y de pasajeros en la ruta Bogotá-Panamá-Buenos Aires. El trayecto tendría siete frecuencias semanales, es decir, un vuelo diario. Según el documento, este vuelo será sservido con aeronaves Embraer 190 y de la familia del Boeing 737. Si la solicitud es aprobada, la ruta sería un paso importante para la aerolínea, que, en el caso de Wingo, solo viaja a destinos de centroamérica y algunos de Suramérica.

Otra de las compañías aéreas en pedir un permiso para viajar a Argentina fue Avianca. La aerolínea hizo tres solicitudes de rutas. Una de ellas es Bogotá-Córdoba, con siete frecuencias semanales, que serían voladas en un Airbus A319.

La segunda es una que cubriría el trayecto Bogotá-Buenos Aires y/o Santiago de Chile y/o Sao Paulo y regreso. En ese caso, Avianca solicitó 17 frecuencias semanales. En tercer lugar, la línea aérea pidió el aval para volar entre Medellín y/o Cartagena hacia Buenos Aires en siete frecuencias semanales, lo que equivale, de nuevo, a un vuelo diario. El recorrido lo harían en Airbus A319, A320, A330 y Boeing 787.

Por último Latam Airlines, también hizo la solicitud para volar siete veces a la semana entre Bogotá y Buenos Aires y de regreso. El trayecto lo harían con aviones Airbus A320 y Boeing 767-300.

La aerolínea libanesa Middle East Airlines retornará con vuelos non-stop a España

Middle East Ailines (MEA) la compañía nacional de la República del Líbano volverá a operar vuelos directos entre el Aeropuerto Internacional Rafic Hariri de Beirut y Madrid-Barajas, a partir del próximo 16 Junio 2018, después de dos décadas de suspensión.

La nueva ruta Beirut-Madrid contará con tres frecuencias semanales, los días martes, jueves y sábado. El agregado comercial de España en el Líbano, Miguel Ballesteros López, confirmó la reanudación de los vuelos directos y señaló que espera que el enlace directo entre Beirut y Madrid «sea provechoso para que las empresas españolas puedan incrementar sus relaciones con el Líbano, e indirectamente con los países latinoamericanos, árabes y africanos donde los libaneses están bien asentados».

MEA suspendió sus vuelos directos a Madrid en la década de los años 90, en el marco de un proceso de reestructuración. Hace seis años ingresó en la alianza aérea Sky Team convirtiéndose en la segunda aerolínea de Oriente Medio que ingresa en SkyTeam.

Middle East Ailines (MEA) the national company of the Republic of Lebanon will operate direct flights between the Rafic Hariri International Airport in Beirut and Madrid-Barajas, starting next June 16, 2018, after two decades of suspension.

The new Beirut-Madrid route will have three weekly frequencies, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. The commercial attaché of Spain in Lebanon, Miguel Ballesteros López, confirmed the resumption of direct flights and said he expects the direct link between Beirut and Madrid «to be profitable for Spanish companies to increase their relations with Lebanon, and indirectly with the Latin American, Arab and African countries where the Lebanese are well settled».

MEA suspended its direct flights to Madrid in the decade of the 90s, within the framework of a restructuring process. Six years ago he joined the Sky Team airline alliance becoming the second Middle East airline to join SkyTeam. A \ W
