Azul Linhas Aéreas ha anunciado la expansión de sus rutas aéreas en Brasil y Sudamérica

Azul Líneas Aéreas anunció el lunes la intención de operar en 35 nuevas ciudades en los próximos años. El plan de expansión incluye ciudades de diferentes estados brasileños y también del exterior.

Azul Líneas Aéreas planea aumentar su número de operaciones al incluir más de 35 ciudades en sus rutas en los próximos años. El objetivo es estimular la economía local, con la visión de que la llegada de nuevos vuelos a las ciudades llama la atención de comerciantes y empresarios, además del aumento de la demanda de viajes de ocio y trabajo.

El pasado sábado (24), la compañía inició operaciones en dos ciudades argentinas: Rosario y Córdoba. La lista de ciudades a ser atendidas en el futuro por Azul reúne lugares como Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Caruaru, Mossoró, Serra Talhada, Guarapuava, Toledo, Umuarama, Pato Branco, entre otras.

«Azul es una compañía aérea con foco en el desarrollo y crecimiento del mercado de aviación en todas las regiones de Brasil, llevando servicio a lugares que no tienen servicio aéreo. Estamos trabajando de cerca con las alcaldías de esas localidades para viabilizar las condiciones necesarias para operar «, afirmó el Vicepresidente de Recetas de Azul, Abhi Shah.

El buen ejemplo de expansión que la compañía lleva es en la ciudad de Jaguaruna, en Santa Catarina. El destino es atendido por Azul desde el final de 2016 y ya ha transportado a 90 mil clientes en poco más de un año.

El vuelo QF9 aterrizó en Londres-Heathrow a las 05:02 am del domingo después de un viaje de 14,498 kilómetros desde Perth, ciudad australiana occidental. La ruta marca el primer servicio de pasajeros sin escalas entre los continentes.

Qantas Airways establece un hito en la aviación con el vuelo directo de Perth a Londres. Latam Airlines ha inaugurado una nueva ruta uniendo Sao Paulo-Mendoza

Latam Airlines estrenó la ruta Sau Paulo-Mendoza con el vuelo JJ8140 parte desde San Pablo/Guarulhos a las 07:25 hs para arribar con escala en Mendoza a las 11:35 hs con una duración del vuelo de 4 horas 10 minutos de vuelo. A las 12:15 hs la aeronave continúa hacia Santiago de Chile, a donde aterriza a las 13:15 hs.

Latam Airlines operará tres veces por semana entre ambas ciudades, los martes, viernes y domingos. El vuelo a su vez continúa hasta Santiago de Chile reemplazando esos días una de las tres frecuencias que venía siendo operada por Latam Airlines (Chile).

El mismo fue operado por el Airbus A320-200 matrícula PR-THY con la antigua librea de TAM Linhas Aéreas, transportando 133 pasajeros, representando un factor de ocupación del 79%.

El vuelo de regreso tiene dos variantes horarias. Los martes y viernes despega desde la capital chilena a las 14:55 hs para llegar a Mendoza a las 16:00 hs. A las 16:48 hs parte desde el aeropuerto “Francisco Gabrielli”, arribando a San Pablo a las 20:30 hs. Los domingos parte desde Santiago a las 15:40, arribando a Mendoza a las 16:45 hs. Desde allí despega a las 17:33 hs para llegar a San Pablo a las 21:15 hs.

Latam Brasil entró de esta manera a competir contra Gol Linhas Aéreas en la ruta entre Mendoza y San Pablo, compañía que opera dos vuelos semanales, los martes y domingos. Tal y como había sido anunciado en noviembre, la siguiente ciudad del interior argentino en tener vuelos a San Pablo será Tucumán a partir de junio.

La aerolínea de bajo coste Norwegian Air abrirá a partir del domingo una base operativa en el Aeropuerto de Los Rodeos

Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA operará con Boeing 737-800, con capacidad para 186 pasajeros, a partir del 25 Marzo 2018, en coincidencia con el inicio de la temporada de verano. La nueva Base en Tenerife servirá para operar vuelos nacionales y mejorará el producto de Norwegian Air en Tenerife al permitir salidas a primera hora de la mañana hacia Madrid y Barcelona.

Norwegian Air contará para la temporada estival con ocho Boeing 737-800 basados en las Islas Canarias: cuatro en Gran Canaria, tres en Tenerife Sur y uno en Tenerife Norte, lo que representa dos aviones más que en el verano anterior. Este verano, Norwegian ofrecerá un total de 560.000 plazas entre las ocho rutas que ofrece entre Canarias y la Península, un 16 pro ciento más que en el verano de 2017. Norwegian opera en un total de cinco aeropuertos canarios, además de las tres bases antes citadas, en los aeropuertos de Lanzarote y Fuerteventura. En total, Norwegian ofrece 48 frecuencias semanales (es decir un total de 96 vuelos) entre Canarias y la Península.

El mayor crecimiento se producirá en las rutas con Málaga, que pasan de dos a tres frecuencias semanales en el caso de Tenerife Sur y de dos a cuatro frecuencias semanales en el caso de Gran Canaria. Avianca Argentina iniciará operaciones sen el Aeropuerto Sauce Viejo, Santa Fe

Esta semana, autoridades de la aerolínea Avianca Argentina recorrieron las instalaciones e informaron que prevén iniciar operaciones el próximo 2 de Mayo 2018.

El aeropuerto del áerea de la capital santafesina duplicará su oferta actual de dos viajes diarios. Avianca Argentina iniciará vuelos al Aeropuerto Sauce Viejo, con dos frecuencias diarias Buenos Aires-Sauce Viejo.

Avianca competirá directamente con Aerolíneas Argentinas, al menos en la franja horaria matinal. En la actualidad los aviones despegan a diario de Buenos Aires a las 07:55 hs y a las 12:20 hs, y salen de Santa Fe a las 09:35 y a las 14:00 hs. La nueva empresa planea incorporar una nave en el mismo horario matinal y sumar otra alrededor de las 19:30 hs, lo cual es una insistente demanda de los pasajeros frecuentes por la imposibilidad que implica en la actualidad viajar al final de la jornada. Seguirá siendo un déficit ampliar la oferta hacia otros destinos del país. El vuelo de Aerolíneas que sale a las 9:35 hs tiene una ocupación promedio del 90% de su capacidad.

La compañía panameña Copa Airlines estudia la posibilidad de operaraciones a Tucumán, Argentina

La aerolínea con sede en la República de Panamá, Copa Airlines, estudia la nueva ruta directa Panamá-Tucumán (Argentina). La compañía estudia su quinto destino en el «País de los cinco continentes».

Representantes de la aerolínea panameña visitaron la Provincia de Tucumán para explorar sus potencialidades como destino turístico. El gobernador Juan Manzur recibió en audiencia a directivos de la aerolínea panameña Copa Airlines, una de las principales compañías del continente y que vuela a 78 destinos en todo el mundo.

De la reunión participó el titular del Ente Tucumán Turismo, Sebastian Giobellina, quien declaró que la visita fue exploratoria para conocer las potencialidades de las provincias del Norte Argentino. “A partir de este estudio se verá la posibilidad de que esta compañía pueda operar desde alguna de estas provincias, entre ellas está Tucumán, por supuesto”.

Sobre los beneficios de esta posible ruta aérea, Giobellina explicó que “sería un complemento perfecto para la provincia, ya que Copa Airlines distribuye a destinos internacionales diferentes a los operados por Latam Airlines».

El titular del Ente de Turismo provincial expresó el agrado del gobernador Manzur con esta visita. “Está contento de que la compañía nos tenga en cuenta para ser una posible plaza. Él les explicó a los directivos las potencialidades de la provincia desde lo industrial, lo comercial y lo turístico”, cerró Giobellina.

Representatives of the Panamanian airline visited the Province of Tucumán to explore its potential as a tourist destination. Governor Juan Manzur received in audience directors of the Panamanian airline Copa Airlines, one of the main companies of the continent and that flies to 78 destinations around the world.

The meeting was attended by the owner of the Ente Tucumán Turismo, Sebastian Giobellina, who declared that the visit was exploratory to know the potentialities of the provinces of the North of Argentina. «From this study will see the possibility that this company can operate from any of these provinces, including Tucuman, of course».

On the benefits of this possible air route, Giobellina explained that «it would be a perfect complement for the province, since Copa Airlines distributes to international destinations different from those operated by Latam Airlines».

The holder of the Provincial Tourism Entity expressed the pleasure of Governor Manzur with this visit. «He is happy that the company takes us into account to be a possible place. He explained to the directors the potentialities of the province from the industrial, the commercial and the tourist», concluded Giobellina.

Copa Airlines has a network of services with 13 destinations on the west coast of the United States, which would benefit Muco to the Northwest Region of Argentina (NOA). A\W

Southwest Airlines aumenta nuevas frecuencias a Puerto Vallarta y Cabo San Lucas

Southwest Airlines ha lanzado oficialmente nuevos vuelos directos desde San José y Sacramento, California, hasta Cabo San Lucas/Los Cabos y entre San Diego y Puerto Vallarta.

El nuevo servicio a Cabo San Lucas operará semanalmente los sábados, según un comunicado de Southwest Airlines. Sin embargo, el nuevo servicio de San Diego-Puerto Vallarta funcionará todos los días.

Southwest Airlines continúa desarrollando el sistema de rutas en gran medida de ocio mexicano y caribeño que heredó de la fusión con AirTran en 2011.

Southwest Airlines has officially launched new direct flights from San Jose and Sacramento, California, to Cabo San Lucas / Los Cabos and between San Diego and Puerto Vallarta.

The new service to Cabo San Lucas will operate weekly on Saturdays, according to a Southwest Airlines statement. However, the new San Diego-Puerto Vallarta service will operate every day.

Southwest Airlines continues to develop the largely Mexican and Caribbean leisure route system that it inherited from the AirTran merger in 2011. A \ W

Wingo Airlines incrementa frecuencias a rutas al Caribe

La filial de Copa Airlines, la lowcost Wingo suma frecuencias desde Bogotá a Punta Cana, La Habana, Aruba y Quito, incrementando sus vuelos entre los meses de Mayo a Agosto 2018.

De esa forma, la ruta entre Bogotá y Punta Cana pasará de 2 a 4 vuelos semanales. Se incrementará una frecuencia en las conexiones con La Habana, con 4 frecuencias semanales; Aruba con 3 frecuencias; y Quito con 4 vuelos durante Julio-Agosto.

The subsidiary of Copa Airlines, the low-cost Wingo adds frequencies from Bogota to Punta Cana, Havana, Aruba and Quito, increasing its flights between the months of May to August 2018.
