 Azul confirma vuelos directos desde Viracopos a Bariloche en julio y agosto

Según la compañía, la ruta se llevará a cabo semanalmente los sábados durante el período de invierno. La venta de entradas está todavía pendiente de la aprobación de las autoridades.

Blue Airlines anunció el jueves (23), los vuelos directos desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de Viracopos en Campinas (SP), a Bariloche, Argentina, una de las principales rutas turísticas del país, conocido principalmente por las estaciones de esquí. Según la compañía, los partidos siempre se realizan los sábados con la aeronave A320neo, con capacidad para 174 personas.

Siempre según la compañía, la ruta Campinas-Bariloche ocurrirá durante el período de invierno entre el 1 de julio y 12 de agosto. Los vuelos en el modo de alquiler (charter), serán los que en Brasil para volar a la ciudad. La salida de Viracopos será a las 9 de la mañana los sábados y los alrededores de Bariloche se llevará a cabo a las 14:30 horas, los sábados.

La compañía está esperando la aprobación de las autoridades de Brasil y Argentina para empezar a vender entradas. En total, 18 ciudades brasileñas pasajeros pueden llevar en relación aeropuerto de Viracopos. Ainda segundo a empresa, a rota Campinas-Bariloche vai acontecer durante o período de inverno, entre 1º de julho e 12 de agosto. Os voos, no modo charter (fretados), serão os únicos do Brasil a voar para a cidade. A partida de Viracopos será às 9h aos sábados e a volta de Bariloche acontecerá às 14h30, também aos sábados.

A companhia aguarda a aprovação das autoridades brasileiras e argentinas para começar a vender as passagens. Ao todo, passageiros de 18 cidades brasileiras podem realizar conexão no Aeroporto de Viracopos. Firman un acuerdo para que haya más vuelos entre Argentina e Israel. Lo hicieron la canciller Malcorra y el embajador israelí en nuestro país. Será a través de las empresas El-Al y Aerolíneas Argentinas

La Canciller argentina, Susana Malcorra, firmó con el Embajador de Israel en nuestro país, Ilán Avigdor Sztulman, el «Acuerdo Bilateral sobre Servicios Aéreos entre la República Argentina y el Estado de Israel».

“Vamos a tener un importante incremento en los viajes en ambos sentidos, profundizando la conexión de culturas afines. Esto es parte de nuestra estrategia de vincularnos con el mundo”, aseguró Malcorra.

Según destacó un comunicado de Cancillería, «el acuerdo crea un marco legal entre los gobiernos y contribuirá al progreso de las cuestiones vinculadas con la aviación civil. Permitirá establecer y explorar servicios aéreos de manera bilateral y hacia terceros países. Esto proveerá un alto nivel de seguridad en lo operacional y en el transporte aéreo internacional».

El ministro de Transporte de la Nación, Guillermo Dietrich, agregó: «Celebramos este primer paso que tiene como finalidad el acuerdo de código compartido entre Israel y la Argentina a través de las empresas El-Al y Aerolíneas Argentinas. Uno de los principales objetivos de este gobierno es conectar más a los argentinos y hacer crecer a Aerolíneas Argentinas en nuestro plan para desarrollar el transporte aéreo y promover el turismo, eje fundamental para el crecimiento del país”.

El acuerdo, agrega el comunicado, fue posible «en función de la excelente relación existente entre las autoridades aeronáuticas y los lazos que históricamente han unido a ambos países. Será complementado con la firma de un Memorando de Entendimiento que posibilitará el inicio inmediato de vuelos regulares de las líneas aéreas designadas a tal fin».

Rosario sumará un vuelo directo a Santiago de Chile con cuatro frecuencias semanales

La empresa Latam Airlines  anunció ayer que comenzará a unir Rosario con Santiago. Así, se sumarán nuevas frecuencias desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Islas Malvinas. La decisión de la compañía es operar cuatro vuelos directos por semana a partir del próximo 1º de julio.

En este sentido, y según dieron a conocer desde la firma de aviación, Latam se convertirá en el único grupo de aerolíneas en operar servicios directos entre ambas ciudades.

En un momento pareció haber interés por parte de la compañía de bandera Aerolíneas Argentinas para llevar adelante idéntica ruta, pero momentáneamente no se hará esta conexión desde Rosario.

Es más, también se había mostrado interesada Sky Airline (empresa chilena) para comenzar este trayecto desde mitad de año, pero tampoco prosperó esa iniciativa.

No obstante, Latam Chile informó que desde julio el vuelo LA470 despegará de Santiago, a las 6.40, los martes, miércoles, sábado y domingo para aterrizar en Rosario, a las 9.30 hora local, con una duración de 1 hora 50 minutos (incluyendo la diferencia horaria).

El vuelo de regreso LA471 saldrá desde Rosario, a las 10.20, también los martes, miércoles, sábado y domingo, para aterrizar en la estación aérea internacional de Santiago a las 11.20, con una duración de dos horas.

Por otro lado, se indicó que la empresa utilizará un Airbus A320, con capacidad para alrededor de 150 pasajeros.

Con esta nueva ruta, Latam Airlines Group ofrecerá vuelos directos entre Santiago y cinco aeropuertos en Argentina: Mendoza, Córdoba, Buenos Aires (Ezeiza y Aeroparque), además de Rosario, con sus correspondientes conexiones a otros destinos desde el país trasandino.

Por el mundo

Además de conocer los distintos atractivos chilenos, a través del centro de conexiones (hub) de Latam, los pasajeros rosarinos podrán acceder desde diferentes puntos del país a más de 30 sitios internacionales con los que cuenta la empresa en Colombia, México, Ecuador, Estados Unidos, el Caribe y Europa.

«La nueva ruta desde Rosario se viene analizando desde hace tiempo en función de retomar una ruta que ya se hizo. Además, consideramos a este puente como muy importante», dijo a este diario la gerenta de Asuntos Corporativos de Latam, María Lucila Maldonado.

La referente remarcó también que «se sabe que el rosarino viaja mucho; por lo tanto la ciudad es un buen mercado incluso teniendo en cuenta el buen concepto que se logró sobre Latam en las grandes ciudades de la Argentina».

Por otra parte, Maldonado puso de manifiesto que la unión con Chile permitirá abrir el camino a otros continentes desde Rosario, como por ejemplo Oceanía. «Ir a Sydney (Australia) es una excelente posibilidad», remarcó.

Análisis

Finalmente, sobre si es factible ampliar las cuatro frecuencias establecidas a partir de mitad de año, la representante de Latam sostuvo que «dependerá de la demanda».

«Estamos muy orgullosos de anunciar este nuevo vuelo, ya que de esta manera generamos un renovado puente aéreo entre Chile y Argentina facilitando a los rosarinos y a la gente de la zona de influencia viajar en forma absolutamente directa y acceder a la amplia oferta de destinos del Grupo Latam, mejorando de esta manera la conectividad aérea de la región«, sumó la directiva Rosario Altgelt, gerenta general de Latam en la Argentina.

Joao Pessoa entrará en la red de rutas internacionales Gol Linhas Inteligentes de julio. El martes (07), se firmó el acuerdo entre el Gobierno del Estado y la línea aérea en una ceremonia programada para el Palacio de la Redención a las 9 am. El vuelo se conectará la capital de Paraiba a Buenos Aires (Argentina). Según lo determine el gobernador Ricardo Coutinho (PSB) las negociaciones se han iniciado desde 2011.

El Gobierno reducirá la tasa de impuesto ICMS (Impuesto sobre bienes y servicios) que grava el combustible para aviones a 6%. Además vuelo internacional, la línea aérea también será responsable de aumentar el número de vuelos nacionales en mejores tiempos para los pasajeros y para las principales ciudades de Brasil.

Además de cerrar el acuerdo con Gola, el Gobierno está consolidando una asociación con Latinoamérica en los primeros cuatro meses, con la reducción del IVA al 9%. La aerolínea se incrementará en un 30% el número de vuelos, principalmente entre Joao Pessoa y Sao Paulo.

Ricardo Coutinho había confirmado el vuelo de Gol internacional también el viernes (03), de acuerdo con el portal de Wscom. El sábado, el presidente de PBTUR (Compañía de Turismo de Paraibana), Ruth Avelino, lo que subraya el éxito de las negociaciones con la aerolínea y dijo que la firma del acuerdo de oportunidad se dará a conocer otras actuaciones en relación con la nueva operación.

Buenos Aires será desde el lunes la séptima base internacional de Azul Airlines

La compañía Azul Linhas Aéreas Brasileiras comenzará a volar desde este lunes 6 de marzo entre Belo Horizonte y Buenos Aires, con una frecuencia diaria, que se suma a las rutas que ya conectan Argentina y Brasil a través de las empresas Gol y Latam.

El vuelo inaugural traerá al presidente de la compañía, Antonoaldo Neves, quién será recibido en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza por los ministros de Turismo, Gustavo Santos, y de Transporte, Guillermo Dietrich, el embajador de Brasil en Argentina, Sérgio França Danese, y autoridades de la Cámara Argentina de Turismo (CAT).

Los vuelos, que se realizarán con aviones Embraer 195 con capacidad para 118 pasajeros, partirán con frecuencia diaria de Belo Horizonte a las 12.15, arribarán a las 15.45 a Ezeiza y retornarán desde la aeroestación bonaerense a las 16.25 para llegar a la ciudad brasileña las 20.05.

El titular de la CAT, Oscar Ghezzi, indicó que esta nueva frecuencia a cargo de Azul aportará aún más al turismo receptivo desde Brasil, que «es el mercado de mayor volumen e impacto en el movimiento turístico argentino desde el exterior y sigue dando señales que permiten ser optimistas de cara a la evolución de ese segmento».

Fabián Lombardo, gerente para Argentina, Uruguay y Paraguay de la empresa brasileña, anticipó que “debido a la gran respuesta que se registró por parte de los pasajeros en cuanto a la demanda de pasajes, Azul decidió implementar a partir de julio un segundo vuelo diario entre Buenos Aires y Belo Horizonte».

“A partir del día 2 de julio comenzaremos con la segunda operación diaria hacia Argentina. El vuelo partirá desde Ezeiza a las 6.05, en tanto el regreso desde Belo Horizonte está previsto a las 21.45. Esta segunda frecuencia permitirá que una mayor cantidad de brasileños puedan hacer turismo en Argentina”, detalló Lombardo a Télam.

Azul es una compañía que opera en Brasil bajo la modalidad de low cost, tercera en volumen de pasajeros transportados y destinos domésticos, según los datos aportados por la ANAC (Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil).

Las otras aerolíneas brasileñas que operan en Argentina, Gol y Latam, tienen 76 y 71 frecuencias semanales, respectivamente.

La oferta de vuelos entre Argentina y Brasil se complementa con las más de 100 frecuencias semanales de Aerolíneas Argentinas y Austral.

Southwest sights set on St. Maarten in 2018

Philipburg, SINT MAARTEN · At the annual Routes Americas conference in Las Vegas, Nevada, last week, a delegation comprising representatives of the Ministryof Tourism and Economic Affairs, Transportation and Telecommunications (TEATT) and Princess Juliana International Airport SXM received “very promising news” in their meeting with Southwest Airlines representatives.

After years of courting the airline, Southwest stated that it was “not a matter of ‘if,’ but ‘when’ the airline would begin service to St. Maarten.” Due to a temporary reduction in Southwest’s fleet in 2017 for maintenance purposes, 2018 is seen as a more realistic start date for the airline. However, the process begins immediately, as the airline stated there are a number of things it requires from St. Maarten.

Important for the airline is data carriers from the destination regarding what the current product is like, hotel inventory and ensuring that Southwest’s target market matches with the amenities the island has to offer.

Also of importance is cooperation from many local stakeholders, including hotels, Tourist Bureau, Government entities and the Airport to partner with the airline in various ways, such as reduced rates for overnighting staff, marketing collaborations and data collection.

The St. Maarten delegation has made tentative plans to travel to Dallas, Texas, in September when more concrete plans will be put in place. This will be followed by at least two functional visits by Southwest team members.

The first of these visits will be operational in nature, observing the airport operations and meetings with Government and civil aviation. The second visit will be from a marketing and product development perspective, where the team will come up with co-op marketing plans and assessment of the hotels and attractions the island has to offer.

“We were pleased to receive positive feedback from Southwest representatives. I could see the seriousness in their interest in St. Maarten, and their excitement about the prospects of coming to St. Maarten,” said Chef de Cabinet of TEATT cabinet Mellissa Arrindell-Doncher.

She added, “I have to really commend the representatives of the Airport who joined us in this meeting. Particularly commendable was the efforts of Suzy Kartokromo who lead the discussions well and connected us with this and several other airports.”

Southwest is relatively new to the international travel market having only started its first international flights on July 1, 2014. The airline continued to expand its international offering through 2016, now having flights to Aruba, Bahamas, Belize, Costa Rica, Cuba, Punta Cana, Montego Bay and various cities in Mexico.

Southwest is also in the process of building a five-gate international terminal in Fort Lauderdale scheduled for completion in June 2017. This terminal is a key factor in ensuring Southwest could expand its international prospects to St. Maarten in 2018.

While new to the international market, their domestic success is unrivalled. Southwest Airlines is one of the North America’s most profitable airlines having recorded 43 consecutive years of profit despite various economic downturns during that period.

“It bodes well for the country to have an airline like Southwest’s interest; if they choose a destination it’s because they believe it is a healthy and profitable one,” stated Rolando Brison, marketing and tourism consultant who travelled with the delegation.

Andes llega a Mendoza con dos vuelos diarios y tarifas accesibles

El Gobernador de la provincia recibió a los ejecutivos de la compañía, quienes explicaron el plan de expansión y destacaron el valor estratégico del destino.

Andes Líneas Aéreas consolida su proceso de expansión llegando a destinos de gran valor estratégico para vincular el interior con la Capital Federal. Tras inaugurar recientemente las rutas con Córdoba y Mar del Plata, la Aerolínea de capitales nacionales llega a la provincia de Mendoza.

El gerente general de la compañía Horacio Preneste junto al director comercial Bernardo Racedo Aragón, fueron recibidos por el gobernador de la provincia de Mendoza, Alfredo Cornejo. El Mandatario estuvo acompañado por la presidenta del Ente Autárquico de Turismo, Gabriela Testa.

“Se trata de un destino de gran valor estratégico por el desarrollo industrial, comercial y turístico que tiene Mendoza. Si bien cuenta con una gran conectividad, queremos acompañar este crecimiento con un excelente servicio a un precio realmente competitivo”, dijo el gerente general de la compañía Horacio Preneste, quien agradeció el apoyo del gobierno provincial.

Preneste expresó su confianza en el éxito del modelo de empresa planteado por Andes en su plan de expansión nacional. “Es un sistema altamente competitivo, con un esquema de inversión inteligente y tarifas accesibles. Este esquema ya demostró ser exitoso durante los 10 años que tiene la empresa”, acotó.

Por su lado, Racedo Aragón consideró que Andes Líneas Aéreas viene a mejorar la oferta existente en un momento de gran desarrollo de la industria aeronáutica. “En Mendoza están dadas todas las condiciones para que el mercado crezca y sean cada vez más los argentinos que viajen en avión con un buen servicio y precios convenientes”, explicó tras la reunión que se desarrolló en la Casa de Gobierno mendocina.

El ejecutivo destacó que el crecimiento del mercado está siendo acompañado con el mejoramiento de la infraestructura en los aeropuertos lo que resulta de gran importancia para mejorar la experiencia del cliente. Es el caso de Mendoza que amplió la capacidad operativa y los servicios en su aeroestación.

Andes Líneas Aéreas comenzará a volar a Mendoza alrededor del 20 de marzo, con dos vuelos diarios de lunes a viernes. El primer vuelo saldrá desde Aeroparque Jorge Newbery a las 6.30, arribando a la aeroestación Francisco Gabrielli a las 8.45. El segundo vuelo partirá desde Aeroparque a las 18.15 llegando a destino a las 20.00.

Los vuelos desde Mendoza saldrán a las 9.00 y 20.45, arribando a Buenos Aires a las 10.40 y 22.25 respectivamente. La tarifa será de 2096 pesos finales, ida y vuelta.

El esquema de tarifas también resulta una novedad para la industria dado que se trata de un mecanismo previsible en cuanto al valor, planteando precios fijos. La ruta será operada por aviones MD 83, con capacidad para 165 pasajeros.

El presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Mario Dell Acqua, anunció que desde julio habrá un vuelo semanal que unirá Ushuaia y Rosario en forma directa, lo cual se sumará a las otras conectividades anunciadas entre la capital fueguina y otras provincias, sin necesidad de pasar por Buenos Aires.

El titular de Aerolíneas dijo que Tierra del Fuego es una provincia “conectada en forma consistente y para la cual cada vez tenemos más ofertas de asientos. El año pasado contra 2015 aumentamos en un 5 por ciento y este año será un 6 por ciento superior”.

El funcionario recordó que en julio de 2016 se puso en marcha el vuelo directo de Salta a Ushuaia, pasando por Córdoba, el cual es “muy exitoso, que tiene una ocupación del 85 por ciento y eso nos anima a integrar a Ushuaia, con el hard Córdoba, lo que implica conectar todos los vuelos del norte con todos los vuelos que van desde el sur”.

De esta forma Dell Acqua destacó que Aerolíneas Argentinas conectará desde abril a Ushuaia con los destinos de Salta, Tucumán, Jujuy, Mendoza, Resistencia e Iguazú a través de Córdoba. Además, se inaugurará el “Corredor Atlántico” que unirá diariamente las ciudades de Mar del Plata y Ushuaia con escalas en Bahía Blanca, Trelew y Comodoro Rivadavia.

Asimismo, se anuncio que los pasajeros que unan rutas del sur con las del norte, sin pasar por Buenos Aires, contarán con un descuento del 30 por ciento, lo cual será una “manera de incentivar al viajero” a usar esas frecuencias que reforzará a la empresa de bandera nacional a hacer una aerolínea más federal.
Para Río Grande

En el caso de Río Grande, el presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas, dijo que a pesar de que “no tenemos una muy buena ocupación, vamos a mantener los dos vuelos diarios”, subrayando que es la única empresa aérea en hacerlo. “Vamos a seguir apostando y no lo vamos a sacar”, subrayó Mario Dell Acqua.

Con respecto a las obras destinadas al sector aéreo, se van a invertir 33 millones de pesos en nuevas tecnologías de navegación. En tanto, el ministro de Transporte, Dietrich confirmó que el equipo ILS será instalado en el aeropuerto de Río Grande entre marzo o abril y que se planifica hacer una mejora integral de Base Aeronaval, de manera que escuelas de aviación puedan operar desde ahí, que sea un aeropuerto alternativo para que ayude al desarrollo de la Antártida.

El gobernador de Chubut, Mario Das Neves, indicó que la empresa analiza unir las ciudades chubutenses de Trelew y Comodoro Rivadavia con las Islas

El gobernador de Chubut, Mario Das Neves, luego de una reunión con el presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Mario Agustín Dell Acqua, anunció que el Gobierno evalúa la posibilidad de efectuar vuelos a las Islas Malvinas.

Según indicó, la empresa aérea podría programar vuelos que unan las ciudades chubutenses de Trelew y Comodoro Rivadavia con las Islas Malvinas.

En una conferencia de prensa, Das Neves señaló acerca de una reunión con Dell Acqua y otros funcionarios en la Ciudad de Buenos Aires: “Nos preguntaron cuál era nuestro parecer respecto a la posibilidad de un vuelo a Malvinas y les dijimos que éste era un pueblo malvinense y nos parecía correcto”.

El gobernador chubutense afirmó también que “es un tema que se está tratando en Cancillería” y confirmó que el presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas a fin de mes visitar Chubut.

Respecto del estado de las gestiones, la canciller Susana Malcorra, aseguró al senador nacional por Chubut, Alfredo Luenzo, que “hasta el momento, el tema de las conexiones aéreas entre el territorio continental argentino y las Islas Malvinas, ha sido tratado con carácter meramente exploratorio”.

Malcorra manifestó en su respuesta al legislador que “en las conversaciones mantenidas con el Reino Unido sobre diversos aspectos de la relación bilateral, no se ha avanzado aún en la definición de empresas, rutas y escalas”.
