Decreto cambia las reglas del mercado aéreo doméstico
Regulaciones de bandas tarifarias mínimas/máximas

Este Miércoles 09/03 se ha establecido una reunión en el Ministerio de Transporte para determinar el avance de la implementación del Decreto Nº 879/2021 de Diciembre 2021 después de 180 días para que estén definidos los precios mínimos y máximos para los pasajes aéreos. Comenzará la negociación de las aerolíneas low-cost con el Gobierno por el establecimiento de las nuevas bandas tarifarias en los vuelos domésticos.

La reunión en el Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación, a la que también fueron convocadas la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), las líneas aéreas regulares que operan en la Argentina y las entidades que nuclean a las compañías, como la Cámara de Compañías Aéreas en Argentina (JURCA), la Asociación Internacional de Transporte Aéreo (IATA) y la Asociación Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Transporte Aéreo (ALTA). El Decreto Nº 879/2021 se publicó en el Boletín Oficial el 24 de Diciembre de 2021, ese plazo vencerá el 24 de Junio de 2022.

Desde el Gobierno, resaltaron que la intención del encuentro es recabar opiniones de las partes involucradas. Por el lado de las compañías aéreas, destacaron que se tratará más de una presentación de la propuesta que de una mesa técnica de trabajo. No obstante, confían en que las conversaciones podrían llegar a un buen puerto, en la cuenta regresiva para la implementación de la medida.

Postura low cost

Las aerolíneas low-cost han expuesto en la reunión sus argumentos en contra del decreto, pues para Flybondi Líneas Aéreas y JetSmart Airlines Argentina, que habían anunciado fuertes inversiones al Gobierno en los días previos a la inesperada publicación, las nuevas reglas son letales para sus esquemas de negocios. Proclaman que atentan contra la libre competencia, ya que refuerza privilegios que tienen empresas estatales como Aerolíneas Argentinas e Intercargo y tienen un efecto contrario que limitarán el acceso a miles de personas de acceder a vuelos a valores económicos. Apuntaron contra imprecisiones y falacias en los argumentos con los que el Gobierno justificó el decreto.

Flybondi Líneas Aéreas ha criticado fervientemente el Decreto 879/2021 en una carta del CEO, Mauricio Sana, a Juan Manzur, Jefe de Gabinete, y a Alexis Guerrera, Ministro de Transporte de la Nación el 28 de Enero de 2022.

«Medidas como estas restringen el crecimiento. Las mayores regulaciones resultan perjudiciales. Sería favorable contar con una operación lo menos estructurada posible. Con la instrumentación de las bandas tarifarias, hay una alta correlación entre los precios y la cantidad de pasajeros que viajan: cuanto más suben los precios, baja el número de usuarios transportados, y viceversa», sostuvo Gonzalo Pérez Corral, Gerente General de JetSmart, en una conferencia de prensa que tuvo lugar en la mañana del Martes 08/03. JetSmart consideró que la medida es perjudicial. «Tenemos un diálogo fluido con las autoridades nacionales. No siempre nos entendemos. Pero tenemos interlocutores válidos con quienes podemos entablar conversaciones», señaló Pérez Corral, en relación al ida y vuelta con el Gobierno.

A JetSmart le preocupa la falta de espacio en el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery/AEP. «Nos gustaría que toda nuestra flota esté operativa en Aeroparque. Tener dos bases aéreas en una misma ciudad no es conveniente por los mayores costos que genera», subrayó el ejecutivo. Mientras tanto, la compañía anunció la llegada a la Argentina de su sexto avión para su flota que hará base en el Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza/EZE.

Con la finalidad de cerrar el Aeropuerto El Palomar/EPA se efectuaron obras de adecuamiento en el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery/AEP para que las low cost hicieran base en Buenos Aires, pero ahora el Gobierno les está negando el acceso a más slots, como artimaña para mantener a las aerolíneas de presupuesto en una mínima expresión. El Ministerio de Transporte ha faltado al cumplimiento con su palabra para que las low cost argentinas puedan incrementar sus operaciones en la principal aeroestación de cabotaje de Argentina.

El mandato Federal de máscaras en las aerolíneas terminaría el 18 de Marzo de 2022. Grupos comerciales enviaron una carta a la Casa Blanca, instando al fin del mandato de mascarillas y otras restricciones de viaje por COVID-19. Tras los aumentos repentinos en los casos de COVID-19, la Administración de Seguridad en el Transporte (TSA) extendió dos veces el requisito de mascarilla para aeropuertos, aviones, autobuses y sistemas ferroviarios. Bruselas aprueba ayudas estatales para aerolíneas eslovenas

La Comisión Europea (CE) ha encontrado que un plan de incentivos esloveno de € 7 millones de Euros para las aerolíneas afectadas por la pandemia de Coronavirus está en línea con el marco temporal de ayuda estatal. El régimen es una reintroducción de una medida de ayuda aprobada inicialmente por la Comisión, que expiró el 31 de Diciembre de 2021. Según el régimen, el apoyo adoptará la forma de subvenciones directas. La medida estará abierta a todas las aerolíneas interesadas que operen rutas hacia y desde Eslovenia. El nivel de apoyo por beneficiario dependerá del número de pasajeros transportados y del número de vuelos realizados. Se espera que la medida beneficie a aproximadamente 20 aerolíneas.

El objetivo de la medida es restablecer la conectividad aérea hacia y desde Eslovenia, con miras a seguir apoyando la recuperación del turismo y, en general, de la economía de Eslovenia, que se ha visto afectada negativamente por el brote de coronavirus. Evropska Komisija (EK) je ugotovila, da je € 7 milijonov Evrov vredna slovenska spodbujevalna shema za letalske družbe, ki jih je prizadela pandemija koronavirusa, v skladu z začasnim okvirom državne pomoči. Shema je ponovna uvedba podpornega ukrepa, ki ga je prvotno odobrila Komisija, ki se je iztekel 31. Decembra 2021. V okviru sheme bo podpora v obliki neposrednih donacij. En lo que representaría una nueva escalada de las consecuencias de las sanciones impuestas por occidente a Rusia tras la invasión de Ucrania, el Ministerio de Transporte analiza comprar o nacionalizar los aviones entregados a aerolíneas rusas por operadores de leasing extranjeros. La compañía aérea rusa S7 Airlines ha anunciado este Viernes 04/03 la cancelación de todos sus vuelos internacionales a partir de este Sábado 05/03 tras el cierre del espacio aéreo de muchos países a los aviones rusos en represalia por la invasión de la Federación Rusia a Ucrania. «Lamentablemente, a partir del 5 de Marzo de 2022 S7 Airlines se ve obligada a cancelar todos sus vuelos internacionales. Los pasajeros de los vuelos cancelados serán informados por la compañía aérea, nuestros especialistas trabajan con ellos», señaló la compañía aérea en un comunicado.

Según la línea aérea, S7 Airlines ayudará a los turistas a regresar en vuelos de compañías asociadas. «Los pasajeros de los vuelos internacionales cancelados podrán recibir el total reintegro del costo del pasaje tras recibir el mensaje sobre la cancelación del vuelo», añadió la compañía.

El Asesor Presidencial ucraniano Myjailo Podoliak informó que se ha alcanzado un acuerdo para un cese el fuego temporal por motivos humanitarios en las negociaciones de este Jueves 03/03 con Rusia. “Las partes han llegado a un entendimiento sobre la creación conjunta de corredores humanitarios con un alto el fuego temporal. Es decir, no en todas partes, sino sólo en aquellos lugares donde se ubicarán los propios corredores humanitarios, será posible el cese al fuego durante la operación. No obstante, la delegación negociadora ucraniana no obtuvo los resultados que esperaba y continuará el diálogo en una tercera ronda de conversaciones”.

Por su parte, el Jefe negociador ruso, Vladimir Medinski, señaló que las delegaciones lograron un entendimiento mutuo en algunos temas. “Las posiciones son absolutamente claras. están desglosadas por puntos. En parte de ellas logramos un entendimiento mutuo”. El acuerdo humanitario alcanzado ayer entre Rusia y Ucrania es bueno, va a permitir la salida de muchas personas, pero es un acuerdo limitado, no es un cese al fuego.

El fabricante brasileño de aviones Embraer S.A. ha confirmado este Jueves 3 de Marzo de 2022 que se unirá a The Boeing Company y Airbus Group para detener el suministro de piezas y aviones a la Federación Rusia como parte de los bloqueos políticos y económicos impuestos por innumerables estados, organismos y compañías alrededor del mundo.

La compañía brasileña ha expresado el total apoyo a las restricciones impuestas a Rusia debido al atropello a la paz mundial. Embraer está monitoreando de cerca la evolución de la situación y continuará cumpliendo, con las sanciones internacionales impuestas a Rusia y ciertas regiones de Ucrania mediante la suspensión de piezas, mantenimiento y servicios de soporte técnico para clientes afectados por sanciones.

La República de Guatemala ha anunciado la designación de la nueva aerolínea de bandera TAG Airlines con el nombramiento oficial por parte del Gobierno guatemalteco. Durante un acto oficial llevado a cabo este Miércoles 02/03 se otorgó el nombramiento oficial, como reconocimiento a los más de 60 años de trayectoria, ceremonia se llevó a cabo en el hangar de TAG Airlines del Aeropuerto Internacional La Aurora, con la presencia de representantes de la industria de la aviación, operadores turísticos, empresarios y autoridades de turismo de México y Centroamérica, así como integrantes del cuerpo diplomático.

Marcela Toriello, Presidenta de TAG Airlines, agradeció la distinción y refrendó el compromiso de la empresa para impulsar la conectividad y el desarrollo económico. “Con gran emotividad, comparto con ustedes que mi esposo Jonathan Layton siempre tuvo el sueño de que TAG Airlines surcara nuevos horizontes y se convirtiera en la aerolínea más importante de nuestro país y de la región. Historia de TAG Airlines
