Aerolíneas cancelan +600 vuelos 17/12 en costa Este
Las aerolíneas cancelaron más de 600 vuelos hasta el Jueves 17 de Diciembre de 2020 después de que el noreste recibiera un temporal de nieve con una caída de un pie de espesor y se esperan precipitaciones adicionales hasta el Jueves por la mañana. La zona afectada es desde el norte del Estado de Virginia a partes de Nueva Inglaterra el Miércoles 16/12, continuando hacia el norte hasta la noche, sosteniendo una tormenta que estaba a punto de dejar caer hasta 2 pies de nieve en algunos lugares para el 17/12.

INAC autoriza ops desde Maiquetía hacia aeropuertos venezolanos
El Instituto Nacional de Aeronáutica Civil (INAC) informó este Martes 15 de Diciembre de 2020, la reanudación de operaciones aéreas entre el Aeropuerto Simón Bolívar/Maiquetía, con el Aeropuerto Caracas y Aeródromo Canaima/Bolívar. A través de un comunicado publicado en Twitter, el INAC informó que las operaciones estarán vigentes durante el mes de flexibilización anunciada por el Gobierno de Venezuela. Esta medida ocurre luego que el Gobierno estableció el 13 de Diciembre de 2020 una restricción de los vuelos internacionales desde y hacia Venezuela hasta el 14 de Enero de 2021.
Aerolíneas como Copa Airlines, Laser Airlines y Turpial Airlines cancelaron todos los vuelos que cubren la ruta Caracas-Panamá, Panamá-Caracas, debido a una orden que envió el Instituto Nacional de Aeronáutica Civil de Venezuela (INAC). En el caso de Copa, la aerolínea ofreció disculpas a sus pasajeros por los inconvenientes que esa nueva medida pudiese causar, y dijo que los viajeros que ya tuviesen el boleto comprado, podían gestionar los reembolsos correspondiente ingresando a su página web. Ante lo ocurrido, las aerolíneas rechazaron la suspensión de rutas internacionales anunciada por el INAC y pidieron al Gobierno venezolano y a las autoridades aeronáuticas competentes reconsiderar la medida para el restablecimiento de las rutas. Por su parte, la Asociación Venezolana de Agencias de Viajes y Turismo (AVAVIT) manifestó su profunda preocupación por la decisión del Gobierno de suspender rutas en vuelos internacionales permitiendo únicamente volar a Bolivia, México y Turquía.

Próximo paro actividades aéreas en Argentina para 25/11
Los trabajadores de la Empresa Argentina de Navegación Aérea (EANA) han anunciado un próximo paro de actividades para el 25 de Noviembre de 2020 en reclamos de recomposición salarial. Los trabajadores de la navegación aérea se encuentran nucleados en ATEPSA (Asociación Técnicos y Empleados de Protección y Seguridad a la Aeronavegación). La medida gremial ha sido anunciada este 20/11, después del fracaso de la reunión del 17/11 con el Ministerio de Transporte en la cual EANA propuso un incremento salarial del 7% y el pago del adelanto del aguinaldo a principios de Diciembre 2020.
Las medidas adoptadas por ATEPSA para el próximo 25/11 consideran la suspensión de despegues en horarios determinados, la demora de los planes de vuelo. Las acciones implementadas por los trabajadores provocará demoras y cancelaciones en vuelos comerciales y privados, quedando exceptuados los vuelos sanitarios, de emergencia, búsqueda y salvamento y médicos.

En México solicitan cuarentena y al Reino Unido cuarentena de 14 días, República Dominicana o Brasil se puede ingresar con seguro médico. También está bueno seguir en Twitter las cuentas oficiales de las embajadas en Argentina porque ellas van actualizando acerca de las habilitaciones de la programación de los vuelos disponibles aprobados.
Viajar a Argentina
Por el momento, no pueden ingresar turistas al país. Los argentinos que ingresen tienen que hacer cuarentena obligatoria por 14 días en un domicilio declarado y para salir del país también hay que realizar cuarentena de catorce días antes del vuelo.
Vuelos interior
Todavía no se puede viajar por el interior del país como turista. Se habilitó solo para trabajadores esenciales con certificado único habilitante para circular, que se saca con la app Cuidar, personas que deban realizarse tratamientos médicos y otras que exhiban razones de fuerza mayor: varados internos, personas que necesiten asistir a familiares o a quienes deban trasladarse para tomar un vuelo internacional.

Uruguay retorna conexión con Estados Unidos
Después de ocho meses de la puesta en tierra de los vuelos en la República de Uruguay, el país ha retomado la reapertura de los vuelos internacionales con Estados Unidos.
