La aerolínea finlandesa también espera obtener el permiso de China para abrir una segunda frecuencia semanal a Shanghai a partir del 11 Agosto. AirBaltic de Letonia reanudó los vuelos entre Riga y la ciudad costera de Turku en Finlandia. Los vuelos se realizarán con una frecuencia de cinco veces por semana. Icelandair reanudará dos vuelos semanales entre Reikiavik y Helsinki a partir del 20 Agosto 2020.
Qatar Airways, ha anunciado el 29 Julio, se convirtió en la única aerolínea del Golfo que presta servicios a cuatro capitales nórdicas: Oslo, Copenhague, Estocolmo y Helsinki. Con vuelos diarios a Oslo y Estocolmo, tres vuelos semanales a Helsinki y cinco vuelos semanales a Copenhague. Aerolíneas afectadas por tormenta Sinlaku en Tailandia y Vietnam
Las provincias de Chiang Mai y Loei de la República de Tailandia recibieron fuertes golpes de la Tormenta Sinlaku cuando se trasladó con fuertes lluvias y advertencias de inundaciones repentinas vigentes hasta al menos el Martes 04/08. El río Kuang se desbordó e inundó el municipio en el distrito de San Sai de Chiang Mai durante la noche. Los residentes escaparon de las inundaciones repentinas al trasladarse a terreno elevado.
El Departamento de Meteorología emitió otra alerta meteorológica, pero dijo que Sinlaku se estaba debilitando al ingresar al distrito Pua de Nan el lunes por la mañana. Se esperaban fuertes lluvias en al menos 44 provincias, la mayoría de ellas en las regiones norte y noreste, hasta el Martes 04/08.
La Tormenta Sinlaku también está afectando la región de Vietnam con fuertes tormentas. Las aerolíneas vietnamitas Vietjet Airlines, Vietnam Airlines y Bamboo Airways, informaron que ajustarán el horario de numerosos vuelos, debido al impacto de la tormenta Sinlaku en las regiones del país.

Cuatro aerolíneas líderes han instado a los gobiernos de Estados Unidos y de la Comunidad Europea a introducir un Programa de Prueba de Coronavirus para pasajeros que permita la restauración rápida de los viajes aéreos transatlánticos. Aeropuerto Congonhas cerrará pista principal a partir de Agosto 2020
La pista principal del Aeropuerto de São Paulo/Congonhas, se someterá a obras para recuperar el pavimento de asfalto. Con una inversión de R$ 11,5 millones, la intervención requerirá el cierre total de la pista durante 32 días. Durante el período, el aeropuerto operará a través de la pista auxiliar. Las obras comenzarán el 05/08, y su finalización está programada para el 05/09 de 2020. Para la ejecución de los servicios dentro del plazo establecido, se asignarán equipos las 24 horas del día, empleando mano de obra durante todos los días de la semana. La tecnología proporcionará, entre otros beneficios, una mejora en la capacidad de drenaje de la pista (drenaje rápido del agua de lluvia), con un aumento en la adherencia de los neumáticos de la aeronave al pavimento y una reducción en la posibilidad de aquaplaning (hidroplaneo). Las obras incluyen servicios de fresado para el revestimiento de asfalto existente, ejecución de una capa de hormigón de asfalto estructural (CBUQ) con ranurado en la región del promontorio; y capa de superficie de fricción porosa (CPA).
“Infraero está aprovechando la caída en el movimiento y las operaciones de pasajeros, debido a la pandemia de Covid-19, para avanzar en el cronograma de construcción de la compañía. Pista Auxiliar
La Pista Auxiliar solo puede recibir aeronaves hasta la categoría 3C, como el ATR-72 y el Cessna Caravan, de acuerdo con las condiciones establecidas por la Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) en conjunto con el aeropuerto, las aerolíneas y DECEA, cuyo objetivo es mantener la seguridad de operaciones durante el período de ejecución de las obras en la pista principal.
Azul continúa en Congonhas
Azul operará 17 vuelos diarios en Congonhas durante los trabajos en la pista. Con el cierre de la pista principal en el aeropuerto de Congonhas , para trabajos de restauración en el pavimento de asfalto, Azul hará ajustes a su red entre el 5 de agosto y el 5 de septiembre. La compañía mantendrá sus operaciones en la pista auxiliar del aeropuerto con aviones modelo ATR 72-600, que pueden transportar hasta 70 pasajeros, y ampliará la oferta de vuelos diarios a Bahía y en el puente Río-São Paulo, además de crear una nueva ruta Congonhas-Curitiba. Congonhas-Santos Dumont, que hoy tiene dos vuelos diarios, pasará a siete frecuencias diarias, mientras que el mercado Congonhas-Belo Horizonte tendrá seis operaciones por día en comparación con los dos que se han llevado a cabo. La ruta Congonhas-Curitiba, que ya fue operada por Azul el año pasado, tendrá nuevamente la oferta de asientos de la compañía, con cuatro conexiones diarias.

Durante o período, o aeroporto operará através da pista auxiliar. As obras terão início em 08/05 e a conclusão está prevista para 09/05 2020. Para a execução dos serviços dentro do prazo estabelecido, as equipes serão designadas 24 horas por dia, empregando mão de obra durante todos os dias de a semana. A tecnologia proporcionará, entre outros benefícios, uma melhoria na capacidade de drenagem da pista (drenagem rápida da água da chuva), com um aumento na aderência dos pneus de aeronaves ao pavimento e uma redução na possibilidade de aquaplanagem ( hidroavião). As obras incluem serviços de fresagem do revestimento asfáltico existente, execução de uma camada estrutural de concreto asfáltico (CBUQ) com canal na região promontória; e camada superficial por atrito poroso (CPA).
“A Infraero está aproveitando a queda no movimento e nas operações depassageiros, devido à pandemia do Covid-19, para avançar no cronograma de construção da empresa. No caso de Congonhas, o trabalho faz parte da manutenção periódica e servirá para garantir que o aeroporto continue operando em condições normais, principalmente por segurança, pelos próximos 10 anos”, explica o superintendente do aeroporto de Congonhas, João Marcio Jordão.

El Gobierno de Perú ha aprobado el reinicio de operaciones aerocomerciales desde el 15 Julio 2020, dando reanudación de sus vuelos comerciales en dieciocho regiones del país después de meses por cuarentena. Tras cuatro meses de confinamiento por la pandemia del Coronavirus y en un intento de sacar adelante la economía, este Miércoles 15/07 fueron reanudados los vuelos en Perú.
El Gobierno peruano otorgó permiso para volar desde Lima hacia quince ciudades: Cusco, Cajamarca, Iquitos, Juliaca, Piura y Trujillo, entre otras. También figuran Tumbes, en la frontera con Ecuador, y Tacna, limítrofe con Chile. El gobierno autorizó a las aerolíneas a usar solo el 30% de las plazas de los aviones, por precaución ante el riesgo de un posible rebrote del virus.
Aeropuerto Lima
El Gerente General del Aeropuerto de Lima, Evans Avendaño ha expresado: «Los pasajeros deben llegar tres horas antes del vuelo», en vez de una hora como sucedía antes de la pandemia, dijo a la prensa. En cuanto a las normas de higiene, todos los pasajeros debían portar mascarilla y protector facial para viajar en aviones y autobuses, según el reglamento de bioseguridad dictado por el Gobierno. Las líneas aéreas y de autobuses recibieron luz verde para reanudar sus operaciones en 18 de las 25 regiones del país que fueron desconfinadas el 1 Julio, entre ellas Lima. La reanudación de los vuelos domésticos en Perú ha iniciado desde muy temprano largas filas de pasajeros que se formaron desde antes del amanecer en el Aeropuerto Jorge Chávez, de la capital Lima.
La aerolínea Latam Airlines Perú ha comenzado sus servicios aéreos con el vuelo LA2234, programado para las 06:55 hs local (11:55 GMT) con destino a Iquitos, la mayor ciudad de la Amazonia peruana, pero media hora después el embarque recién estaba terminando. «Reabriremos juntos el cielo de Perú con nuestro primer vuelo de Lima a Cusco», destacó la aerolínea Latam en Twitter.

En cuanto a los vuelos internacionales siguen suspendidos, porque las fronteras permanecen cerradas desde el 16 Marzo 2020. Asuntos Marítimos y de Inversión, a cargo del Ministro Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, ha comunicado el Jueves 09/07 que el nuevo escenario normal debe aplicarse en un futuro próximo con la esperanza de que ayude a elevar las tasas de ocupación de las aerolíneas, que últimamente han estado cayendo debido a la pandemia. «Las tasas de ocupación de las aerolíneas han disminuido. Aerolíneas programación atentas al impacto pandemia
Las aerolíneas internacionales han reducido los vuelos a la República de Brasil debido al fuerte aumento de contagios de la pandemia de Coronavirus. Sin embargo, algunas compañías continúan operando conexiones entre ciudades en el extranjero y São Paulo y Río de Janeiro. Las pocas rutas internacionales que aún están en operación están siendo utilizadas por brasileños que están en el extranjero para regresar a Brasil.
El Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de la República de Brasil informa que, si es posible regresar a Brasil en un vuelo comercial, «esta opción siempre debe considerarse teniendo en cuenta el hecho de que otras opciones de repatriación pueden ser inviables o demoradas en algunos lugares. Latam Airlines Brasil
La aerolínea brasileña opera de manera reducida las rutas de São Paulo a Frankfurt, Londres, Madrid, Miami y Santiago. En Julio, se agregarán cuatro nuevos destinos: Islas Malvinas, desde el 01/07, Lisboa (17/07), Ciudad de México (15/07) y Montevideo (14/07).
Aerolíneas Argentinas
A fines de Abril 2020, el gobierno argentino suspendió todos los vuelos comerciales, tanto nacionales como internacionales, hasta el 1 Septiembre 2020 debido a la pandemia. Solo los vuelos especiales de repatriación o carga pueden viajar en el país durante el período. Por lo tanto, la compañía reanuda sus vuelos desde principios de septiembre.

La compañía mexicana reanudará sus vuelos regulares entre la Ciudad de México y São Paulo a partir del 6Julio dos vuelos semanales (2Frq/S).

La ruta desde la capital española a Salvador comenzará a operar nuevamente en septiembre, con dos vuelos semanales. Las rutas a Fortaleza y Recife ya recibirán nuevamente vuelos desde Madrid a partir de Noviembre 2020, ambos con dos frecuencias semanales.

La compañía francesa opera tres veces por semana entre París y São Paulo; y una vez por semana entre la capital francesa y Río de Janeiro. A partir del 6 Julio, aumenta la frecuencia a São Paulo 5 veces a la semana (5Frq/S) y a Río de Janeiro 3 veces a la semana(3Frq/S). Todavía no hay pronósticos para reanudar las operaciones en Fortaleza.
Alitalia
El sistema de reservas de la aerolínea italiana indica que los vuelos de Roma a São Paulo y Río de Janeiro se reanudarán el 1 Septiembre 2020.

Avianca
La aerolínea colombiana Avianca dijo que los vuelos de Bogotá a Brasil deberían reanudarse el 1 Septiembre 2020. Todavía no se pronostica el regreso de las operaciones regulares de Lima a São Paulo y Río de Janeiro.
Avior Airlines
La compañía venezolana, que opera la ruta entre Manaos y Caracas, suspendió todos los vuelos nacionales e internacionales hasta el 12 Mayo 2020. El sistema de reservas de la compañía aún no indica la reanudación de la ruta.

La compañía Boliviana de Aviación (BoA) reanuda vuelos diarios entre São Paulo y Santa Cruz de la Sierra a partir del 01/07. En Octubre, la compañía planea agregar rutas de Guarulhos a Cochabamba y La Paz, con tres y dos frecuencias semanales, respectivamente.
British Airways

La compañía nacional etíope conecta a São Paulo y Addis Abeba y otras conexiones cuatro veces por semana (4Frq/S).
Flybondi Líneas Aéreas
A fines de Abril 2020, el Gobierno argentino suspendió todos los vuelos comerciales, tanto nacionales como internacionales, hasta el 1 Septiembre 2020 debido a la crisis sanitaria de Coronavirus. Solo los vuelos especiales de repatriación o carga pueden viajar en el país durante el período. Por lo tanto, la compañía reanuda sus vuelos desde principios de Septiembre 2020.

JetSmart Airlines Chile
La compañía chilena de bajo costo opera vuelos desde Santiago de Chile a Foz de Iguazú y Salvador desde el 25 Octubre dos vuelos semanales en cada ruta (2Frq/S). La ruta a São Paulo se operará a partir del 16 Noviembre 2020.
KLM Airlines
La compañía holandesa KLM Royal Dutch Airlines vuela de Amsterdam a São Paulo seis veces por semana (6Frq/S); y, para Río de Janeiro, cuatro veces a la semana (4Frq/S). Todavía no se pronostica la reanudación de las operaciones en Fortaleza.
Lufthansa German Airlines
Actualmente, la compañía alemana vuela de São Paulo a Frankfurt tres veces por semana: los lunes, jueves y sábados. En la dirección opuesta, los vuelos son los miércoles, viernes y domingos. A partir del 1 Junio 2020, se agregarán dos frecuencias más a la ruta. Por lo tanto, los vuelos partirán de São Paulo los Lunes, Martes, Jueves, Sábados y Domingos. Los vuelos de Frankfurt al aeropuerto de Guarulhos serán los Lunes, Miércoles, Viernes, Sábados y Domingos. Turkish Airlines
La aerolínea reanudará los vuelos entre Estambul y São Paulo a partir del 2 Septiembre 2020.
United Airlines
La compañía estadounidense continúa volando diariamente la ruta entre São Paulo y Houston. Las siguientes rutas regresan desde el 3 Agosto 2020 con vuelos diarios: Houston-Río de Janeiro y, aún, a São Paulo; y Newark-São Paulo. El 24 Octubre 2020, es hora de que se incluyan las siguientes rutas en la red de la compañía, con vuelos diarios: Chicago y Washington a São Paulo.
Virgin Atlantic Airways

Programming airlines attentive to the pandemic impact
International airlines have reduced flights to Brazil due to the strong success of contagions from the Coronavirus pandemic. However, some companies continue to operate connections between cities abroad and São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. The few international routes that are still in operation are being used by Brazilians who are abroad to return to Brazil.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Brazil reports that, if it is possible to return to Brazil on a commercial flight, «this option should always be considered taking into account the fact that other repatriation options may be unfeasible or delayed in some places. The option of charter flights is being considered for regions where there was a total interruption of air traffic and other possibilities of repatriation are not feasible.These are flights paid for by the Brazilian government and that depend on specific negotiations with foreign governments, not only at the origin of the flight, but, on several occasions, with possible stopovers».
The following list shows the situation of the main airlines operating in Brazil, taking into account the changes that may be made in the near future.
Azul Linhas Aéreas
The Brazilian company operates from Campinas to Fort Lauderdale (four times a week) and to Lisbon, twice a week (2Frq/S). The Brazilian airline plans to progressively resume international flights starting in September, starting with routes from São Paulo to Asunción (Paraguay), Buenos Aires (Argentina), Lima (Peru), Montevideo (Uruguay), Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia) and Santiago (Chile); and from Rio de Janeiro to Buenos Aires, Córdoba and Rosario, all in Argentina.
GOL Linhas Aéreas
Budget airline GOL Linhas Aéreas notes that the return depends on travel restrictions imposed by the authorities of the countries in which the company operates in South, Central and Caribbean America, in addition to the recommendations of the US authorities.
Latam Airlines Brasil
The Brazilian airline operates the routes from São Paulo to Frankfurt, London, Madrid, Miami and Santiago in a reduced way. In July, four new destinations will be added: Falkland Islands, from 07/01, Lisbon (07/17), Mexico City (07/15) and Montevideo (07/14).
Argentinian airlines

The Italian airline’s reservation system indicates that flights from Rome to São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro will resume on September 1, 2020.
Amaszonas Línea Aérea
The Bolivian airline begins operating the route between Santa Cruz de la Sierra and São Paulo from July 15, 2020. The company’s reservation system does not indicate the resumption of routes from Rio de Janeiro and Foz de Iguazú to Santa Cruz de la Saw.

Gobierno Argentina confirma reapertura operaciones 2Q/07 2020 Retorno a la regionalización de Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery
Argentina está anunciando una batería de anuncios para las aerolíneas y aeropuertos en una primera etapa de reinicio de la aviación comercial. El Gobierno de Argentina ha confirmado la reapertura de las operaciones de la aviación comercial para la segunda quincena de Julio (2Q/07 2020), confirmaron este Jueves 11/06 fuentes del Ministerio de Transporte de la Nación.
Primera Etapa
En esta primera etapa todas las operaciones estarán concentradas en el Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza que se extenderán con conexión entre provincias. El Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery estará cerrado por obras de mejoras. Los vuelos de cabotaje comenzarán a operar a partir de la segunda quincena de Julio 2020, con servicios entre provincias con la concentración del tráfico aéreo en el Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza.
Aeropuerto Ezeiza
Desde el Gobierno han anunciado la concentración de las operaciones aéreas de cabotaje en la aeroestación principal del país. “Estamos elaborando un cronograma con Aerolíneas Argentinas que procuraremos validar con el Ministerio de Salud para la realización de vuelos regulares semanales, que no tendrán las frecuencias de la normalidad pre pandemia, pero la idea es contar con entre 32 y 38 vuelos semanales”, detallaron las fuentes del Gobierno. Esta nueva disposición para la reapertura de la actividad aerocomercial estará diseñada para todas las líneas aéreas de Argentina.
Fuentes del Ministerio de Salud de Argentina coordinado con las agencias y organismos que representan al ámbito de la aviación expresaron que existirá un solo protocolo de seguridad para todas las aerolíneas. Señalaron que el protocolo sanitario se estará implementando con la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) para que los vuelos tengan una capacidad proporcionada en un factor de ocupación del 70 por ciento. “De cualquier manera no consideramos que, en esta primera etapa de la reapertura, los viajeros alcancen ese porcentaje, ya que la gente tendrá que recuperar la confianza en volar y para eso debemos seguir trabajando con las aerolíneas, con los prestatarios de los aeropuertos para asegurar que no haya propagación del virus”.
En este período de transición de la pandemia no se ha reportado casos de contagios en los vuelos que se están efectuando. Los organismos fiscalizadores deberán maximizar las tareas de seguridad sanitarias para visualizar las condiciones existentes en este período de la pandemia para prevenir contagios atendiendo los controles desde los puntos de abordaje, los aeropuertos.
Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery
Desde el Gobierno están confeccionando nuevamente el retorno de la regionalización del Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery, por lo que han establecido la licitación de obras para reacondicionar la aeroestación para devolver a Aeroparque a la categoría de aeropuerto regional muy semejante a lo que es el Aeropuerto Sao Paulo/Congonhas de Brasil. Las fuentes de Transporte indicaron que “aprovecharemos el parate de la pandemia para realizar obras pendientes, como la ampliación de la zona de posiciones de los aviones y la refacción de la pista de aterrizaje. Estas obras estarán licitadas en 15 días y el tiempo de ejecución será de 120 días, por lo que estimamos que para Diciembre 2020 estará nuevamente operativo, ya en su condición de regional, como era hasta Abril 2018, pero sumando a Perú”.
La conclusión de las obras establecidas concluirían para finales de Noviembre 2020 y la reapertura como Aeropuerto Regional Jorge Newbery estarían habilitadas para principios de Diciembre 2020 con el comienzo de las vacaciones estivales en Argentina.
Aeropuerto El Palomar
El Gobierno de Argentina ha detallado el nuevo organigrama de vuelos domésticos para esta primer etapa: «En esta etapa todos los vuelos operarán desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza, debido a que Aeroparque aún estará cerrado por obras y en El Palomar tenemos una situación aún no resuelta porque por un lado hay un pedido de la concesionaria de trasladar las operaciones a Ezeiza, debido a la escasa actividad y por el otro todavía está pendiente una cuestión judicial”, sostuvieron desde el Ministerio de Transporte.
La situación del Aeropuerto Internacional El Palomar continúa con tintes políticos, percibiendo una firme decisión de cerrar la aeroestación. Desde Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 (AA2000) actual concesionario de El Palomar junto con el Gobierno consideran que es demasiado tener tres aeropuertos en la zona metropolitana de Buenos Aires.
Respecto a las low cost que operan en El Palomar, han adelantado que se analiza la idea de crear una estación de bajo costo exclusivamente para las líneas aéreas de presupuesto en el Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza, ya que los costos que debían pagarle a AA2000 serían muy elevados en comparación con las aerolíneas convencionales en Ezeiza. Argumentaron que en el Ministerio de Transporte «no ven como razonable que coexistan tres aeropuertos para Buenos Aires, ya que, si bien admitieron que en cuanto a infraestructura logística es conveniente debido a la conectividad por ferrocarril, en cuanto a lo que tiene que ver con la operación aérea es negativo”.
