InterCaribbean Airways celebra 25 años de servicios ininterrumpidos y se complace en anunciar nuevas rutas de Tórtola a cinco nuevas ciudades

InterCaribbean ofrece vuelos sin escala y a precios competitivos entre Tórtola y Antigua, San Juan y Santo Domingo, con vuelos de conexión en el mismo día a las Islas Turcas y Caicos, Jamaica, Cuba, Haití y Las Bahamas

Los nuevos servicios iniciarán el 1 de febrero de 2018 con vuelos sin escalas desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Terrence B. Lettsome de Tórtola (EIS) a: Santo Tomás (STT) (Aeropuerto Cyril E. King) 2 vuelos diarios, St. Croix (Aeropuerto Henry E Rholsen) 1 vuelo diario, Sint Maarten (SXM) (Aeropuerto Internacional Princesa Juliana) 2 vuelos diarios, Dominica (DOM) (Aeropuerto Douglas-Charles) 3 vuelos semanales. Una escala a Castries, Santa Lucia (SLU), proveniente de Dominica (DOM)3 vuelos semanales.

«Creemos que interCaribbean es la primera aerolínea no chárter en ofrecer 7 destinos sin escalas desde las Islas Vírgenes Británicas», dijo Trevor Sadler, director general de interCaribbean. «Las conexiones con itinerario fijo, tanto previas como nuevas, están diseñadas para minimizar los tiempos de las escalas».

Fundada como Inter Island Airways en 1991 por Lyndon R. La aerolínea Latam Airlines ofrecerá tres frecuencias semanales y comenzará a volar en Marzo 2018

Latam Airlines iniciará servicios regulares internacionales de transporte aéreo de pasajeros, carga y correo en las rutas San Pablo—Mendoza y viceversa con derechos de tráfico de quinta libertad.

La programación y frecuencias del vuelo Mendoza—Sao Paulo, partirá a las 16;48 hs llegando a San Pablo a las 20:30 hs (hora local), mientras que desde San Pablo partirá a las 07:25 hs (hora local), arribando a Mendoza a las 11:35 hs; los días martes, viernes y domingos.

El nuevo vuelo internacional fue publicado en el Boletín Oficial de Argentina par aexplotar las rutas según la Resolución 997-E. Estas dos rutas se suman así a las ocho internacionales que comenzó a volar durante el año pasado 2016 el Aeropuerto de Mendoza.

Amaszonas Uruguay Líneas aéreas unirá Buenos Aires y Punta del Este con dos frecuencias diarias. Analiza su expansión en la región

Amaszonas Uruguay Líneas Aéreas tendrá dos frecuencias diarias en la nueva ruta Buenos Aires-Punta del Este a partir de finales de Diciembre 2017. El objetivo es comenzar con la temporada alta de verano para conectar a la Reina del Plata y el Balneario de Punta del Este.

La aerolínea anunció la conexión de la nueva ruta transplatense con aeronaves Bombardier CRJ-200 de 50 pasajeros uniendo dos veces al día el Aeropuerto Punta del Este (SUMU/PDP) con Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery (SABE/AEP) de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.

Expansión del Grupo Amaszonas
La unidad de negocios del Grupo Amaszonas tiende a consolidarse en Sudamérica. El Grupo Amaszonas abarca a compañías independientes en Bolivia, Paraguay y Uruguay. Este 2017 fue el año de la consolidación de Amaszonas en Argentina con las cuatro frecuencias diarias entre Buenos Aires y Montevideo y las tres semanales entre la capital uruguaya y la ciudad de Córdoba, a la que se incorporan los vuelos a Buenos Aires-Punta del Este.

Austral Líneas Aéreas iniciará la ruta Córdoba-Posadas desde el 26 de Diciembre 2017

Austral Líneas Aéreas comenzará a operar desde el HUB Córdoba una nueva ruta entre las ciudades de Córdoba y Posadas a partir del 26 de Diciembre 2017, consolidando las conexiones en Argentina.

La nueva ruta será operada por Austral con aeronaves Embraer E190-100AR de 96 pax. La programación del nuevo vuelo partirá de Córdoba a Posadas los días Martes, Jueves y Sábado. A partir de Marzo 2018 está previsto agregar una nueva frecuencia los días Viernes. El servicio desde Posadas permitirá conexiones ágiles con diversas ciudades del centro y sur del país como Mendoza, Neuquén, Bariloche, Ushuaia y Comodoro Rivadavia, y a partir de enero este vuelo también permitirá unir Posadas con Mar del Plata, vía Córdoba.

El nuevo vuelo conecta con el hub de Córdoba, un centro de distribución de vuelos que Aerolíneas opera desde Abril de este año para conectar norte y sur del país desde la capital cordobesa. El hub ofrece conexiones estacionales con El Calafate y Trelew hasta marzo, sumándose en abril los enlaces con Bahía Blanca.

“Estamos contentos de seguir aportando a la conectividad federal, sumando rutas sin necesidad de pasar por Buenos Aires y con mejores productos para las necesidades turísticas y productivas del interior del país. El hub de Córdoba está siendo central en el crecimiento del tráfico intertramos de la empresa, apuntalando el incremento de un 23% en cabotaje en relación con el 2016 que ha registrado la empresa durante Octubre”, dijo Diego García, director del área Comercial del Grupo Aerolíneas.  

Austral incorporates Córdoba-Posadas route

American Airlines con sede en Fort Worth debutó el primer vuelo del Boeing 737-8 MAX registro N304RB, MSN 44463 en la ruta Miami—Nueva York-LaGuardia

El primer vuelo AA1292 Miami—LaGuardia del Boeing 737-8 MAX de American Airlines estaba programado para partir desde la puerta D36. Aerolíneas Argentinas dejará de volar a Barcelona por conflictos gremiales y baja demanda

La aerolínea de Argentina ha decidido cancelar el destino Barcelona luego de reducir las frecuencias semanales. Los conflictos gremiales y los paros con cancelaciones y demoras fueron el puntapié inicial. Hace 20 días, Aerolíneas Argentinas redujo de cinco a tres las frecuencias semanales de vuelos directos de Buenos Aires a Barcelona. Finalmente dejará de volar a partir del 1 de Febrero 2018 a la ciudad catalana.

A través de un comunicado oficial, Aerolíneas confirmó que se trata de «razones comerciales» por rentabilidad y optimización de recursos, con el objetivo de mejorar la competitividad. Mario Dell’Acqua, presidente de la aerolínea, aseguró que la decisión se enfoca en bajar costos tras el análisis del desempeño de todas las rutas de manera minuciosa. «Ésta es la ruta internacional con resultados más débiles, al no contar con una frecuencia diaria. Adicionalmente, los quites de colaboración agravaron la situación y contribuyeron a la decisión», continuó Dell’Acqua. Buscarán completar la operación de las demás rutas internacionales en las que son más competitivos. Aerolíneas Argentinas seguirá conectado las ciudades de Buenos Aires con Barcelona vía Madrid, donde posee siete frecuencias por semana.

Corendon Dutch Airlines inicia temporada de vuelos estivales

Corendon Dutch Airlines vuela directamente desde el Aeropuerto de Maastricht Aachen y el Aeropuerto de Schiphol al Aeropuerto de Alghero en Cerdeña, Italia en el verano de 2018. El nuevo destino sigue la expansión sustancial que la compañía ya anunció en el aeropuerto de Limburg a mediados de noviembre.

Corendon ha estacionado en la temporada de verano un Boeing 737-800 en el Aeropuerto de Maastricht-Aachen para efectuar los vuelos hacia el mediterráneo italiano. Desde mediados de Abril hasta finales de Octubre, se realizan vuelos semanales a Alghero. Cerdeña también se ofrece tres veces por semana desde Amsterdam-Schiphol. Además de Cerdeña, Corendon Airlines realiza vuelos a Zakynthos, Corfú, Ibiza, Kos, Túnez, Catania y Trapani.

Corendon Dutch Airlines starts summer flight season

Corendon Dutch Airlines flies directly from Maastricht Airport Aachen and Schiphol Airport to Alghero Airport in Sardinia, Italy in the summer of 2018. The new destination follows the substantial expansion that the company already announced at the airport in Limburg in the middle of November.

Corendon has stationed a Boeing 737-800 in the summer season at the Maastricht-Aachen Airport for flights to the Italian Mediterranean. Weekly flights to Alghero take place from mid-April to the end of October. Sardinia is also offered three times a week from Amsterdam-Schiphol. Corendon heeft in het zomerseizoen op de luchthaven Maastricht-Aken een Boeing 737-800 gestationeerd voor vluchten naar de Italiaanse Middellandse Zee. Wekelijkse vluchten naar Alghero vinden plaats van half april tot eind oktober. Sardinië wordt ook drie keer per week aangeboden vanuit Amsterdam-Schiphol. American Airlines aumentará sus frecuencias entre Miami y la Isla de Martinica

American Airlines aumentará vuelo es desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de Miami (MIA) y el Aeropuerto Internacional Aime Cesaire de Martinica (FDF / TFFF). Serán cinco frecuencias semanales.

El aumento de la competitividad por parte de la aerolínea de bajo costo Norwegian Air Shuttle lanzara una nueva ola de vuelos non-stop a la isla, desde ciudades estadounidenses como Providence, Rhodes Island y Fort Lauderdale. Norwegian también ofrece vuelos a la isla desde el Aeropuerto John F. Kennedy (JFK) de Nueva York. Además Air France comunica desde el 21 Noviembre 2017 la Isla Martinica con Atlanta (ATL), previa escala en la Isla de Guadalupe.
