La aerolínea low cost Ryanair y la Confederación Sindical de Comisiones Obreras (CCOO) han conseguido realizar un acuerdo histórico en materia de negociación colectiva para mejorar las condiciones de los empleados. El Gremio y la compañía aérea han anunciado un acuerdo de incrementos salariales inmediatos, más salario fijo garantizado en lugar de variable, y una jornada anual mínima, estableciendo plazos hacia Octubre de 2023 para negociar y firmar un convenio que aportará mayores beneficios y mejoras para todo el personal.
La low cost ha comprometido ofrecer contratos de trabajo permanentes y directos, y a cumplir con todos los derechos laborales españoles, incluyendo los presentes en la última reforma laboral. Además, dará garantía total de condición más beneficiosa para los afiliados de CCOO. Otro de los puntos clave es la negociación de un nuevo convenio colectivo. El Secretario General del sector aéreo de FSC-CCOO, Jon Herrera, ha calificado el acuerdo de histórico, señalando que «tras mucho trabajo, hemos conseguido importantes mejoras en las condiciones. Este acuerdo es el primer gran paso de la nueva relación laboral, y continuará en los próximos meses». Por su parte, el Director de Personas en Ryanair, Darrel Hughes, ha subrayado que «agradecemos la oportunidad de negociar y ahora finalizar un acuerdo colectivo con CCOO para que nuestros tripulantes de cabina españoles puedan disfrutar de estos beneficios y de la estabilidad de un sindicato que velará por sus intereses».

Nueva aerolínea mexicana anuncia inicio operaciones
La aerolínea Aerus, propiedad de Aerotransportes Rafilher S.A. de C.V., informó en un comunicado que iniciará operaciones en el noreste de México. Aerus utilizará equipos Cessna de nueva generación, con lo que buscará la reducción de gases de efecto invernadero.

El directivo añadió que Aerus utilizará equipos Cessna de nueva generación, con lo que buscará la reducción de gases de efecto invernadero en 50 por ciento para el 2033. La nueva aerolínea forma parte del Grupo Herrera, un conglomerado empresarial de San Luis Potosí con más de 80 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz, financiera e inmobiliaria.
Rafilher opera desde 1990 como permisionario de taxi aéreo con base en San Luis Potosí y en esta nueva etapa su objetivo es cubrir rutas que ninguna otra aerolínea opera actualmente. La empresa busca competir en un mercado dominado por Volaris, Aeroméxico y Viva Aerobus, como las tres principales aerolíneas nacionales. En los primeros cuatro meses del año, las empresas del país transportaron a cerca de 16.6 millones de pasajeros domésticos, de acuerdo con la AFAC.
