En el marco del conflicto de GOL Linhas Aéreas con empleados agremiados en la Asociación del Personal Aeronáutico (APA) y de la Unión de Personal de Aeronavegación de Entes Privados (UPADEP), debió intervenir el Ministerio de Trabajo de Argentina que este Lunes 02/11 dictó una conciliación obligatoria para evitar unos doscientos despidos. Los gremios involucrados, APA y UPADEP denuncian el despido arbitrario de doscientos trabajadores.
Según detalla en la resolución de la conciliación que determinó el Ministerio de Trabajo de Argentina «resulta necesario disponer las medidas pertinentes para promover una solución pacífica y legal al conflicto planteado», expresó Claudio Moroni, conductor de la cartera. En tanto, la conciliación será de quince días, en los cuales los operarios no podrán llevar adelante ninguna medida de fuerza y la empresa tendrá que buscar una solución al conflicto. Según detallaron desde los gremios, los trabajadores despedidos son 170 de APA y 30 de UPADEP y estos despidos tienen que ver con una decisión de la aerolíneas de avanzar con personal tercerizado.
Ante los despidos por parte de la aerolínea brasileña, desde APA denunciaron el despido unilateral y arbitrario de aproximadamente 150 trabajadores de la compañía. «APA había denunciado el carácter ilegal de los despidos, así como la actitud muy sugestiva, desleal y antiética de la empresa GOL en plena pandemia de Covid-19, de enviar los telegramas sorpresivamente, después de casi dos años de negociaciones con APA para mantener los puestos de trabajo en los peores momentos de la crisis sanitaria», sostuvieron desde los gremios aeronáuticos. En este marco, denunciaron la decisión de GOL de reemplazar a todo su personal por personal tercerizado a partir de la reiniciación de sus vuelos y la absurda posición empresaria de colocarse como juez y parte, al negar la legítima representación sindical de APA sobre la mayoría de su propio personal y asignársela a otro gremio. «APA acatará lo dispuesto en el Artículo 6° de la resolución de conciliación obligatoria, donde exhorta a las partes en conflicto a mantener la mejor predisposición y apertura para negociar los temas sobre los cuales mantienen diferencias y contribuir, de esa manera, a la paz social y a mejorar el marco de las relaciones laborales en el seno de la empresa involucrada», remarcaron desde las agrupaciones gremiales. Pero advirtieron que «con la misma firmeza, APA continuará ejerciendo, durante y después de la conciliación obligatoria, por todos los medios gremiales y legales, la defensa irrestricta de los derechos e intereses de sus afiliados/as de GOL Linhas Aéreas».
Reanudación servicios
GOL Linhas Aéreas anunció el regreso de sus vuelos a Buenos Aires a partir del 19 de Diciembre de 2021. Sus operaciones desde Argentina operaban en Buenos Aires/AEP, Buenos Aires/EZE, Córdoba, Rosario, Mendoza hacia Sao Paulo y Río de Janeiro, como así también a Florianópolis. La nueva reprogramación de los vuelos se realizarán con aviones Boeing 737-800, con capacidad para 176 pasajeros en rutas internacionales. Tanto desde Río de Janeiro como desde Sao Paulo, GOL Linhas Aéreas tendrá vuelos diarios a Buenos Aires desde el 19/12. Para Santa Catarina y con vistas a la temporada de verano, se prevén en principio dos vuelos semanales entre Florianópolis y Buenos Aires, también a partir del 19/12.
Conflicto en Latam
La pandemia también trajo conflictos en otras aerolíneas como Latam Airlines Argentina, donde los trabajadores despedidos vienen realizando acciones y protestas para que cumplan su compromiso de continuidad laboral con el personal cesanteado, luego que la aerolínea definiera el año pasado abandonar sus operaciones en el país. “Estamos pidiendo la reinserción laboral dentro de lo que es el sector aerocomercial. Hay actas del ministerio de Transporte en la que se comprometen con nuestra reinserción en el rubro. Hace casi veinte meses que seguimos reclamando, no nos vamos a cansar y vamos a seguir luchando. Ahora en Latam están chequeando vuelos como si nada hubiera pasado mientras hay 1.700 familias que quedaron en la calle”, indicaba en la marcha el trabajador despedido Leonardo Ruiz.
