Vueling abre 32 nuevas rutas desde París/Orly a diez países
Vueling Airlines, aerolínea española perteneciente al IAG Group, anuncia su nueva programación de vuelos en el Aeropuerto de París/Orly tras el otorgamiento por parte de la Comisión Europea (CE). La aerolínea de presupuesto española expandirá 32 nuevas rutas a diez países que empezarán a operar a partir del próximo 2 de Noviembre de 2021 y que se añaden a las veinte programadas en el aeropuerto francés para la temporada de invierno. De esta manera, Vueling demuestra su gran apuesta por el mercado francés, alcanzando las 48 conexiones directas en París/Orly, con cuatro más pendientes de confirmar la fecha y que se pondrán a la venta a la brevedad.
Además de aumentar las conexiones incorporando nuevos destinos en España, Italia, Reino Unido y Dinamarca, Vueling lanza rutas directas por primera vez con Alemania, Noruega, Suecia, Irlanda, Marruecos y Malta. Vueling incorpora a su programa cinco nuevas conexiones con los aeropuertos de Jerez, Asturias, Santander, Granada y Zaragoza. Lo que eleva hasta veinte los enlaces directos con España teniendo en cuenta las quince rutas ya a la venta para la temporada de invierno 2021-2022: Barcelona, Menorca, Mallorca, Ibiza, Valencia, Alicante, Málaga, Sevilla, Madrid, Bilbao, Santiago, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, Lanzarote y Fuerteventura.
Desde el aeropuerto de París/Orly se lanzan cinco nuevas conexiones a Italia con los aeropuertos de Milán/Bérgamo, Bolonia, Turín, Génova y Bari, que se añaden a las 3 existentes de Roma/Fiumicino, Florencia y Milán/Malpensa. PreViaje de Argentina gana impulso para reapertura turística
PreViaje superó las expectativas y vendió 40% más que el año 2020. El Ministro de Turismo y Deportes de la Nación, Matías Lammens, destacó este Viernes 01/10 que la segunda etapa del programa PreViaje ha superado nuestras expectativas dado que en dos semanas ha habido in incremento del 40% más que el año anterior.
La inminente reapertura de fronteras con países limítrofes a partir de este Sábado 02/10 y desde el 01/11 con el turismo internacional. Los funcionarios y empresarios del sector turístico auguran que el sector va a ser uno de los grandes puntales de la recuperación económica de la Argentina. «Tenemos una apuesta muy grande en este sentido. Creemos que se va a llenar la Argentina de turistas extranjeros y estamos trabajando para que eso suceda van a estar establecidos en el DNU de mañana pero va a tener que ver con el tema de la vacunación completa, ya que van a estar eximidos de la cuarentena quienes así lo tengan, y algunos otros detalles. El DNU de mañana es importante porque empieza a ordenar y a dar un marco de previsibilidad a las aerolíneas a trabajar para que haya vuelos internacionales directos a las provincias que lo tenían. Algunas aerolíneas nuevas arribarán a la Argentina», expresó el Ministro de Turismo Matías Lammens.
El sistema PreViaje ha mostrado muy buenas expectativas, mientras que en esta segunda etapa ha superado las expectativas. «Al día de hoy ya llevamos vendidos más de AR$ 14 mil millones de Pesos y en todo el año pasado se vendieron AR$ 10 mil millones de Pesos, es decir, en dos semanas se vendió el 40% más que todo el año pasado», aseguró el Ministro de Turismo. También está el «PreViaje PAMI», para los jubilados por el cual los afiliados podrán acceder a un reintegro del 70% de los gastos que tengan en sus vacaciones.
Respecto del éxito del PreViaje, señaló también que a modo de ejemplo, son 750.000 personas las que ya usaron el programa este año, cuando en 2020 habían sido 600.000 y todavía quedan tres meses de venta para la temporada turística de verano.

ANAC extiende autorizaciones vuelos hasta el 15/10
La Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) de Argentina ha autorizado los vuelos autorizados internacionales hasta el 15 de Octubre de 2021. Aerolíneas Argentinas es la única compañía que tiene la lista de autorizaciones hasta fin de año 2021.
La ANAC finalmente otorgó las autorizaciones para que las compañías aéreas puedan operar algunos de sus vuelos de Octubre desde Argentina o con destino al país. Nueve compañías aéreas recibieron las novedades este Jueves 30/09, por lo cual miles de viajeros que pretenden regresar o volar al exterior en los próximos días recién en las últimas horas tuvieron la confirmación sobre si finalmente podrán o no utilizar sus pasajes en tiempo y forma. Resulta imprevisible para las aerolíneas el otorgamiento de frecuencias con tan poco tiempo para establecer cupos de ventas, mientras que las programaciones de las líneas aéreas se programan en función de las disponibilidades o modificaciones.
La nómina de Aerolíneas argentinas incluye los vuelos de Martes y Viernes de Aeroparque a Asunción y el regreso los mismos días; los Miércoles de Ezeiza a Bogotá y Jueves en sentido inverso; los martes y viernes de Aeroparque a Montevideo con regreso los mismos días; el vuelo de los martes de Ezeiza a Lima, y de Lima a Ezeiza; Martes, Miércoles, Viernes y Domingos de Ezeiza a Madrid, y los vuelos de Madrid a Ezeiza de Lunes, Miércoles, Jueves y Sábados.

Ayudas € 1,2 millones Euros para aerolíneas rumanas
La Comisión Europea (CE) ha aprobado el plan rumano de € 1,2 millones de Euros para las aerolíneas que inician vuelos internacionales desde y hacia el Aeropuerto Internacional de Maramureș tras la pandemia de Coronavirus. El régimen se aprobó en el marco temporal de ayudas estatales en la forma de subvenciones directas de hasta € 800.000 Euros por empresa. El Aeropuerto Internacional de Maramureș juega un papel importante en la conectividad regional e internacional de Rumania. El apoyo público estará abierto a todas las aerolíneas interesadas que se comprometan a operar al menos dos nuevos vuelos internacionales en el aeropuerto de Maramureș. La ayuda se asignará en función de una evaluación del número de destinos, la frecuencia de los vuelos y el número estimado de generación de pasajeros en el primer año de funcionamiento. El objetivo del plan es apoyar la actividad de esas aerolíneas y la recuperación económica y la viabilidad estructural de la región en el contexto del brote de Coronavirus.
La Comisión Europea concluyó que el régimen rumano se ajusta a las condiciones establecidas en el marco temporal. En particular, la ayuda no superará los € 1,8 millones de Euros por beneficiario y se concederá a más tardar el 31 de Diciembre de 2021. La Comisión concluyó que la medida es necesaria, adecuada y proporcionada para remediar una perturbación grave en la economía de un Estado miembro con arreglo a las normas de la UE sobre ayudas estatales.

The European Commission (EC) has approved the Romanian plan of € 1.2 million Euros for airlines that start international flights to and from Maramure International Airport after the Coronavirus pandemic. The scheme was approved in the temporary framework of state aid in the form of direct grants of up to € 800,000 per company. The European Commission concluded that the Romanian regime conforms to the conditions set out in the time frame. Comisia Europeană (CE) a aprobat planul românesc de € 1,2 milioane de Euro pentru companiile aeriene care încep zboruri internaționale către și de la Aeroportul Internațional Maramure după pandemia de Coronavirus. Schema a fost aprobată în cadrul temporar al ajutorului de stat sub formă de subvenții directe de până la € 800.000 EUR pe companie. Aeroportul Internațional Maramureș joacă un rol important în conectivitatea regională și internațională a României. Sprijinul public va fi deschis tuturor companiilor aeriene interesate care se angajează să opereze cel puțin două noi zboruri internaționale pe aeroportul Maramureș. Ajutorul va fi alocat pe baza unei evaluări a numărului de destinații, a frecvenței zborurilor și a numărului estimat de generație de pasageri în primul an de funcționare. Obiectivul planului este de a sprijini activitatea acestor companii aeriene și redresarea economică și viabilitatea structurală a regiunii în contextul focarului de Coronavirus.

El titular de Aerolíneas Argentinas precisó que la ruta entre la ciudad del Fin del Mundo y Córdoba será restablecida con dos vuelos semanales (2Frq/S), los Martes y Sábados. Incrementará a partir de Enero 2022 la frecuencia de vuelos entre Buenos Aires y Ushuaia pasando de 21 a 28 servicios semanales. A su vez, también habrá más conexiones entre Ushuaia y El Calafate, para favorecer el circuito turístico entre ambos destinos, pasando de cuatro vuelos semanales a seis durante Noviembre y luego a diez en Enero de 2022. Otra mejora se producirá en la ruta aérea entre Buenos Aires y Río Grande, la otra ciudad fueguina, que actualmente cuenta con cinco vuelos por semana y pasará a un vuelo diario a partir de 01/2022.
“Se trata de un incremento importante en la oferta de vuelos de cara a la temporada de verano y esto se traduce en oportunidades de negocios y trabajo para todo el sector turístico”, evaluó Pablo Ceriani durante la presentación de la temporada de verano. En ese acto, el funcionario también anunció que las oficinas comerciales de la empresa en Ushuaia reabrirán sus puertas al público mediante la reserva de turnos vía web, después de la paralización de actividades derivada de la pandemia de coronavirus. “Estamos muy contentos, muy entusiasmados por todo lo que va a ser la temporada. Los gremios aeronáuticos de Argentina anunciaron la realización de medidas de acción directa en los vuelos, en represalia por lo que calificaron como falta de respuesta del Gobierno nacional a una serie de reclamos, que van desde la reinstalación de una tarifa mínima para los vuelos de cabotaje hasta la reubicación del personal de las desaparecidas aerolíneas Latam Airlines Argentina, Avianca Argentina y Flyest Líneas Aéreas.
Las medidas de fuerza fueron confirmadas este Martes 28/09, aun después de una visita que el Presidente Alberto Fernández junto al Ministro de Transporte Alexis Guerra, hicieran el día anterior en el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery, durante la cual el Ejecutivo Nacional encabezó una asamblea de trabajadores de esa estación aérea. Los gremios insistieron en que las medidas de fuerza anunciadas continúan vigentes, si bien no pusieron fecha para su realización. El comunicado del Lunes 27/09, ratificado nuevamente el Martes 28/09, fue firmado por los gremios de Pilotos (APLA), Técnicos Aeronáuticos (APTA), Personal Aeronáutico (APA), Controladores Aéreos (ATEPSA) y Personal Superior (UPSA).
El reclamo de fondo de las agrupaciones aeronáuticas es para exigir al Poder Ejecutivo que retrotraiga con una serie de medidas que tomó el Gobierno de Macri y que siguen vigentes, en especial, la eliminación de la banda tarifaria mínima y acuerdo de interchange que en su momento le permitió a la desaparecida Latam Airlines Argentina volar la ruta Ezeiza-Miami con un avión de matrícula chilena.
En su reclamo, los gremialistas no vacilaron en cuestionar la política exterior del Gobierno nacional y asociarla a lo que dicen está pasando en la política aerocomercial. «Vemos con suma preocupación que, mientras otros gobiernos de la región avanzan unilateralmente con lo hace Chile, estableciendo una nueva demarcación de los límites establecidos por el Tratado firmado en 1984 en una clara actitud de injerencia de nuestra soberanía, el gobierno argentino sigue permitiendo que aeronaves chilenas vuelen en nuestro país como si tuviesen matrícula nacional (LV) y demostrando una absoluta pasividad en distintas áreas», plantearon los gremios. Lo cierto es que en este momento no hay aviones chilenos en territorio argentino, con la salvedad de los escasos vuelos que la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) otorgó a las filiales de Latam Airlines Chile y Brasil para realizar vuelos desde el Aeropuerto Ezeiza.
Sin embargo, hay pedidos de esta línea aérea para realizar vuelos regionales hacia Brasil, Chile y Perú desde los aeropuertos de Mendoza y Buenos Aires/AEP a partir de Octubre 2021. Esos pedidos, junto a los de los demás formulados por las aerolíneas internacionales, todavía no tuvieron respuesta por parte de la ANAC. Fue en ese contexto en el cual ahora salieron a presionar los gremios que encabezan Pablo Biró (APLA), Ricardo Cirielli (APTA), Edgardo Llano (APA), Jonatan Doino (ATEPSA) y Rubén Fernández (UPSA).
«Que no hayan reinstalado bandas tarifarias (que es un pedido que también hicieron las empresas) o que a esta altura no hayan retrotraído el inter change es inentendible. El inter-change se aprobó a pedido (y en beneficio) de una sola línea aérea, LATAM Argentina. Y si el propio Estado no lo retrotrae, y no deja en claro que está viciado de toda nulidad por chocar contra toda la normativa nacional, regional e internacional, deja abierto el precedente para que cualquiera pueda usarlo«, dijeron desde APLA.
