Cronograma de apertura de fronteras y requisitos migratorios

El Gobierno de la República Argentina ha establecido en el Boletín Oficial del Decreto 678/2021 del día Viernes 01/10 como parte de la flexibilización de las medidas de cuidado ante el descenso de los contagios de Covid-19, dispuso la apertura de las fronteras. Para ello se establecieron diversos pasos seguros por los cuales podrán entrar al país los argentinos o residentes en países limítrofes siempre que cumplan las condiciones que se establecieron para el ingreso a territorio nacional. A los turistas o extranjeros no residentes se les imponen requisitos adicionales.

Cronograma/condiciones de apertura de fronteras

APERTURA INTERNACIONAL/PAÍSES LIMÍTROFES

Se establece a partir del 1 de Octubre de 2021. Personas nacionales o residentes de países limítrofes que hayan permanecido en estos durante los catorce días previos al ingreso al territorio nacional sea por medios terrestres, aéreos o marítimos. La Dirección Nacional de Migraciones podrá autorizar el tránsito vecinal fronterizo cuando se verifiquen las condiciones epidemiológicas y los requisitos que la autoridad sanitaria nacional considere necesarios.

Requisitos de tránsito
Esquema de vacunación completo, fecha de última aplicación al menos catorce (14) días. Quienes no presenten esquema de vacunación completo deberán realizar aislamiento obligatorio. Argentina respeta las vacunas aprobadas por los países de origen. PCR negativo 72 hs. antes y antígeno en el punto de ingreso. PCR a los 5/7 días en caso de seguir permaneciendo en el país. Menores de edad sin esquema de vacunación completo, acompañados de adultos al ingresar al país, podrán ingresar, pero debiendo realizar la cuarentena. Transcurridos catorce días desde que nuestro país alcance el 50% de la población con esquema de vacunación completo, quienes ingresen al país con el esquema de vacunación, quedan exceptuados de la realización del test de antígenos.

Quedan habilitados para el transporte fluvial y marítimo las embarcaciones a partir del 20 de Octubre de 2021, abriendo la temporada de cruceros.

Avance progresivo de cupos
Los cupos de tránsito son las capacidades que el Gobierno nacional ha establecido diariamente para ingreso/egreso del país. Entre el día 1 al 3/10 2.300 plazas diarias. Entre el día 4 al 10/10 21.000 plazas semanales. A partir del día 11/10 y hasta los 14 días de alcanzar el 50% de la población con vacunación completa, 28.000 plazas semanales. A los 14 días de alcanzar el 50% de la población con esquema de vacunación completo, se eliminan los cupos.

APERTURA INTERNACIONAL/RESTO DEL MUNDO

A partir del próximo 1 de Noviembre de 2021 se restablecerá el ingreso al territorio nacional de los extranjeros del resto del mundo, siempre que cumplan con los requisitos ya mencionados y que entren por los corredores seguros aéreos, marítimos, fluviales y terrestres que determinen las autoridades nacionales.

PreViaje superó las expectativas y vendió 40% más que el año 2020. También está el «PreViaje PAMI», para los jubilados por el cual los afiliados podrán acceder a un reintegro del 70% de los gastos que tengan en sus vacaciones.

Respecto del éxito del PreViaje, señaló también que a modo de ejemplo, son 750.000 personas las que ya usaron el programa este año, cuando en 2020 habían sido 600.000 y todavía quedan tres meses de venta para la temporada turística de verano.

ANAC extiende autorizaciones vuelos hasta el 15/10

La Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) de Argentina ha autorizado los vuelos autorizados internacionales hasta el 15 de Octubre de 2021. Aerolíneas Argentinas es la única compañía que tiene la lista de autorizaciones hasta fin de año 2021.

La ANAC finalmente otorgó las autorizaciones para que las compañías aéreas puedan operar algunos de sus vuelos de Octubre desde Argentina o con destino al país. Nueve compañías aéreas recibieron las novedades este Jueves 30/09, por lo cual miles de viajeros que pretenden regresar o volar al exterior en los próximos días recién en las últimas horas tuvieron la confirmación sobre si finalmente podrán o no utilizar sus pasajes en tiempo y forma. Resulta imprevisible para las aerolíneas el otorgamiento de frecuencias con tan poco tiempo para establecer cupos de ventas, mientras que las programaciones de las líneas aéreas se programan en función de las disponibilidades o modificaciones.

La nómina de Aerolíneas argentinas incluye los vuelos de Martes y Viernes de Aeroparque a Asunción y el regreso los mismos días; los Miércoles de Ezeiza a Bogotá y Jueves en sentido inverso; los martes y viernes de Aeroparque a Montevideo con regreso los mismos días; el vuelo de los martes de Ezeiza a Lima, y de Lima a Ezeiza; Martes, Miércoles, Viernes y Domingos de Ezeiza a Madrid, y los vuelos de Madrid a Ezeiza de Lunes, Miércoles, Jueves y Sábados.

También los vuelos diarios de Ezeiza a Miami y en sentido inverso; Lunes y Jueves de Ezeiza a Nueva York (JFK) con regreso miércoles y sábados, jueves y domingo de Aeroparque a Punta del Este, ida y vuelta; lunes y jueves de Guarulhos a Aeroparque y de Aeroparque a Guarulhos; miércoles de Aeroparque a Santa Cruz de la Sierra, con el regreso del Jueves; el Sábado de Mendoza a Santiago de Chile y de Santiago a Mendoza; y los vuelos de Lunes y Jueves de Aeroparque a Santiago de Chile, con el regreso de los mismos días.

Recién el último día de septiembre hubo información sobre los vuelos de Aeroméxico, Air Europa, Air France, Iberia, JetSmart, KLM, Level, Lufthansa y Swiss International Air Lines, aunque tanto para éstas como para el resto de las aerolíneas ANAC solamente autorizó vuelos para la primera quincena de octubre, con excepción de Aerolíneas Argentinas que tiene las autorizaciones para lo que queda del año.

ANAC Argentina authorizes flights 10/10-15

ANAC extends flight authorizations until 10/15

The National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) of Argentina has authorized international authorized flights until October 15, 2021. Aerolineas Argentinas is the only company that has the list of authorizations until the end of the year 2021.

ANAC finally granted authorizations for airlines to operate some of their October flights from Argentina or to the country. Nine airlines received the news this Thursday 09/30, for which thousands of travelers who intend to return or fly abroad in the next few days only in the last hours had confirmation on whether or not they will finally be able to use their tickets in a timely manner. . It is unpredictable for airlines to grant frequencies with so little time to establish sales quotas, while airline schedules are scheduled based on availabilities or modifications.

Ayudas € 1,2 millones Euros para aerolíneas rumanas

La Comisión Europea (CE) ha aprobado el plan rumano de € 1,2 millones de Euros para las aerolíneas que inician vuelos internacionales desde y hacia el Aeropuerto Internacional de Maramureș tras la pandemia de Coronavirus. El régimen se aprobó en el marco temporal de ayudas estatales en la forma de subvenciones directas de hasta € 800.000 Euros por empresa. El Aeropuerto Internacional de Maramureș juega un papel importante en la conectividad regional e internacional de Rumania. El apoyo público estará abierto a todas las aerolíneas interesadas que se comprometan a operar al menos dos nuevos vuelos internacionales en el aeropuerto de Maramureș. La ayuda se asignará en función de una evaluación del número de destinos, la frecuencia de los vuelos y el número estimado de generación de pasajeros en el primer año de funcionamiento. El objetivo del plan es apoyar la actividad de esas aerolíneas y la recuperación económica y la viabilidad estructural de la región en el contexto del brote de Coronavirus.

La Comisión Europea concluyó que el régimen rumano se ajusta a las condiciones establecidas en el marco temporal. En particular, la ayuda no superará los € 1,8 millones de Euros por beneficiario y se concederá a más tardar el 31 de Diciembre de 2021. La Comisión concluyó que la medida es necesaria, adecuada y proporcionada para remediar una perturbación grave en la economía de un Estado miembro con arreglo a las normas de la UE sobre ayudas estatales.

The European Commission (EC) has approved the Romanian plan of € 1.2 million Euros for airlines that start international flights to and from Maramure International Airport after the Coronavirus pandemic. The scheme was approved in the temporary framework of state aid in the form of direct grants of up to € 800,000 per company. Maramureș International Airport plays an important role in Romania’s regional and international connectivity. Public support will be open to all interested airlines that commit to operate at least two new international flights at Maramureș airport. The aid will be allocated based on an evaluation of the number of destinations, the frequency of flights and the estimated number of passenger generation in the first year of operation. The objective of the plan is to support the activity of these airlines and the economic recovery and structural viability of the region in the context of the coronavirus outbreak.

The European Commission concluded that the Romanian regime conforms to the conditions set out in the time frame. In particular, the aid will not exceed € 1.8 million per beneficiary and will be granted no later than December 31, 2021. The Commission concluded that the measure is necessary, adequate and proportionate to remedy a serious disturbance in the economy from a Member State under the EU rules on state aid.

Schema a fost aprobată în cadrul temporar al ajutorului de stat sub formă de subvenții directe de până la € 800.000 EUR pe companie. Aeroportul Internațional Maramureș joacă un rol important în conectivitatea regională și internațională a României. Sprijinul public va fi deschis tuturor companiilor aeriene interesate care se angajează să opereze cel puțin două noi zboruri internaționale pe aeroportul Maramureș. Ajutorul va fi alocat pe baza unei evaluări a numărului de destinații, a frecvenței zborurilor și a numărului estimat de generație de pasageri în primul an de funcționare. Obiectivul planului este de a sprijini activitatea acestor companii aeriene și redresarea economică și viabilitatea structurală a regiunii în contextul focarului de Coronavirus.

Comisia Europeană a concluzionat că regimul român este conform cu condițiile stabilite în intervalul de timp. În special, ajutorul nu va depăși € 1,8 milioane EUR per beneficiar și va fi acordat până la 31 Decembrie 2021. Comisia a concluzionat că măsura este necesară, adecvată și proporțională pentru a remedia o perturbare gravă a economiei din partea unui stat membru în temeiul normele UE privind ajutorul de stat.

Aerolíneas EEUU muestran interés arribo Asunción del Paraguay

Las líneas aéreas de Estados Unidos se reunirán con la agencia aeronáutica de la Dirección Nacional de de Aviación Civil (DINAC) de la República de Paraguay para profundizar las negociaciones para promover vuelos directos entre Estados Unidos y Paraguay, expresó el Director de la DINAC, Douglas Cubilla.

Eastern Airlines había suspendido sus frecuencias aéreas hasta el 02/11. La compañía indicó que la decisión tomada se basaba en función de la colaboración de las ayudas humanitarias en Afganistán, esperando retomar sus operaciones con una programación hacia el 16/11.

Aerolíneas Argentinas aumenta vuelos hacia el sur

Aerolíneas Argentinas retomará los vuelos directos entre Ushuaia y Córdoba, al tiempo que incrementará las frecuencias desde Buenos Aires y El Calafate hacia Ushuaia, anunció este Viernes 01/10 el CEO Pablo Ceriani. El funcionario realizó los anuncios durante el lanzamiento de la campaña de turismo de verano, de la que participó el Intendente de Ushuaia, Walter Vuoto, y otras autoridades locales y nacionales.

El titular de Aerolíneas Argentinas precisó que la ruta entre la ciudad del Fin del Mundo y Córdoba será restablecida con dos vuelos semanales (2Frq/S), los Martes y Sábados. Incrementará a partir de Enero 2022 la frecuencia de vuelos entre Buenos Aires y Ushuaia pasando de 21 a 28 servicios semanales. A su vez, también habrá más conexiones entre Ushuaia y El Calafate, para favorecer el circuito turístico entre ambos destinos, pasando de cuatro vuelos semanales a seis durante Noviembre y luego a diez en Enero de 2022. Otra mejora se producirá en la ruta aérea entre Buenos Aires y Río Grande, la otra ciudad fueguina, que actualmente cuenta con cinco vuelos por semana y pasará a un vuelo diario a partir de 01/2022.

“Se trata de un incremento importante en la oferta de vuelos de cara a la temporada de verano y esto se traduce en oportunidades de negocios y trabajo para todo el sector turístico”, evaluó Pablo Ceriani durante la presentación de la temporada de verano. En ese acto, el funcionario también anunció que las oficinas comerciales de la empresa en Ushuaia reabrirán sus puertas al público mediante la reserva de turnos vía web, después de la paralización de actividades derivada de la pandemia de coronavirus. “Estamos muy contentos, muy entusiasmados por todo lo que va a ser la temporada. Realmente vemos una reactivación muy importante del turismo y específicamente de los vuelos al sur, que en esta temporada se notarán claramente”, expresó el Presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas.
