Lanzamiento producto insignia Flagship Suite

American Airlines estrenará nuevas cabinas Economy Business/Premium, clase ejecutiva y económica premium en todas las entregas de Airbus 321XLR y Boeing 787-9 a partir de 2024. American will also install a new premium economy on board its aircraft, with 32 seats on the Boeing 787-9 and 12 on the A321XLR. These seats will include headrest wings to increase privacy, double the amount of in-seat storage space, and larger entertainment screens.

La aerolínea más ecológica de Estados Unidos continúa aumentando la política ecológica en el ahorro de combustibles como así también en los nuevos asientos un 30% más ligeros crean un importante ahorro de combustible. American cancela sede para Asistentes de Vuelos

American Airlines ha anunciado la cancelación de la base para los Asistentes de Vuelo en San Francisco/SFO. La medida tomada esta semana después de más de medio siglo dejará de permitir que sus Asistentes tengan su sede en la ciudad, una decisión que afecta a unos 403 empleados según el Sindicato de Asistentes de Vuelo, la Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA).

«Hay personas que habían estado basadas allí durante veinte, treinta, incluso cuarenta y cinco años que no están listas para jubilarse. Así que imagínate: vas a tener que desarraigar tu vida, la vida de tu familia, descubrir una nueva ciudad, o de lo contrario tratar de ir y venir de San Francisco a tu nueva ciudad de asignación cada semana por tu cuenta», expresó el Viernes 16/09 Paul Hartshorn, Jr., Presidente Nacional de Comunicaciones de la Asociación de Asistentes de Vuelo Profesionales.

American Airlines, con sede en Dallas/Fort Worth (TX) ha tenido una razón para el cambio, simplemente no ve a San Francisco creciendo como un centro o un destino. Tal vez eso no sea sorprendente dado que San Francisco perdió el 6.7 por ciento de su población durante el primer año de la pandemia, en comparación con el 3.8 por ciento de Nueva York y el 2.8 por ciento de Washington, DC. También es la base de Auxiliares de Vuelo más pequeña de American Airlines. The industry is like a never-ending experiment in which the four big players are facing the same challenges simultaneously, all while a battalion of analysts, investors and journalists try to dissect their every move.

American Airlines has stated its position on the change in its letter: «Over the past few years, American’s network and schedule have evolved based on a number of factors, including our size, changing customer demand and changes in Our fleet.

As we look to the future of our network, we expect San Francisco to maintain the same level of flight as it does today, but there are no plans to grow San Francisco and no future flight prospects based on our current network strategy.

Because of that, we have made the difficult decision to close our San Francisco flight attendant base. Importantly, any SFO-based flight attendant who wants one will have a spot at another base.

This is not a decision we take lightly and we are committed to working with the SFO team to ensure a smooth transition to another base if they choose to continue flying».

La aerolínea low cost JetSMART Airlines Argentina ha activado en su flota el séptimo Airbus A320-200CEO matrícula LV-KFX el Sábado 17/09 con un vuelo desde Buenos Aires/EZE a las 10:12 hs hora local Argentina, inaugurando una nueva etapa de esta aeronave en Argentina.

La aeronave Airbus A320-200CEO posee Número de serie del fabricante MSN8006, con Registro de Prueba D-AXAF, producido en Hamburgo/XFW, Alemania. El historial de vuelos ha iniciado servicios en Diciembre 2017 con la aerolínea JetSMART Airlines Chile con matrícula CC-AWD luciendo en su deriva el cóndor andino. Realizó el vuelo ferry para ser entregado el 3 de Septiembre de 2022 a la aerolínea filial JetSMART Airlines Argentina bajo registro LV-KFX. La aeronave posee 4.8 años de antigüedad.

Budget airline JetSMART Argentina currently owns seven Airbus A320-200CEOs (7). The airline continues to receive Current Engine Option (CEO) model aircraft from the Chilean parent company. Soon, it will receive its eighth aircraft to its fleet.

Octavo Boeing 737-800 se incorporará a la flota flybondina
Asoma décimo Boeing 737 a la compañía aérea

Flybondi Líneas Aéreas ha anunciado la incorporación de su décima aeronave. El Miércoles 14/09, se ha dado a conocer la matrícula del décimo avión para Flybondi. Es la última aeronave del lote anunciado por la compañía para este año 2022 con la intención de reforzar las operaciones a destinos turísticos en Argentina y la región sudamericana.

Flybindi incorporará la décima aeronave a su flota bajo registro LV-KFW, MSN37366, con fecha de fabricación el 10/04/2011. La aeronave ha tenido un historial de operaciones para la aerolínea turca Pegasus Airlines. La aerolínea de presupuesto no ha establecido una fecha de entrega de la aeronave, pero estaría operativa en el 4Q2022. Con la futura incorporación del décimo avión Boeing 737-800 Next Generation a Flybondi, la low cost estaría posicionada como la segunda línea aérea en importancia de Argentina, detrás de Aerolíneas Argentinas.

El octavo y noveno avión pronto se sumarían a la flota de Flybondi. La aeronave con registro LV-KEG, debería haberse sumado a la flota el 21/08, pero continúa con demoras y sin fecha precisa de entrega por parte del lessor aeronáutico.

Tenth Boeing 737 appears at the airline

Flybondi Líneas Aéreas has announced the incorporation of its tenth aircraft. On Wednesday 09/14, the registration of the tenth plane for Flybondi was announced. It is the last aircraft of the batch announced by the company for this year 2022 with the intention of reinforcing operations to tourist destinations in Argentina and the South American region.

Flybindi will add the tenth aircraft to its fleet under registration LV-KFW, MSN37366, with a manufacturing date of 04/10/2011. The aircraft has had a history of operations for the Turkish airline Pegasus Airlines. The budget airline has not set a delivery date for the aircraft, but it would be operational in 4Q2022. With the future incorporation of the tenth Boeing 737-800 Next Generation aircraft to Flybondi, the low cost would be positioned as the second most important airline in Argentina, behind Aerolíneas Argentinas.

The eighth and ninth aircraft would soon be added to the Flybondi fleet. The aircraft with registration LV-KEG, should have joined the fleet on 08/21, but continues with delays and without a precise delivery date by the aeronautical lessor.
