Aerolíneas Argentinas ha convocado a paritarias a los gremios aeronáuticos

La conducción de Aerolíneas Argentinas y los seis gremios que coexisten en la empresa reanudarán hoy el diálogo por la paritaria 2019 y el planteo ejecutivo de modificar condiciones laborales, bajo la amenaza latente de nuevas medidas de fuerza por la discordancia en la liquidación de salarios.

Los sindicatos aeronáuticos reclaman el pago de un extra desde la liquidación de los sueldos de Octubre 2018, la empresa confirmó que ese debate dependerá de un acuerdo global en la paritaria 2019, lo que anticipa un escenario de más conflictividad tras el paro del lunes pasado.

El reclamo inicial de los sindicatos, que pasa por el pago de sueldos de octubre y noviembre con un ajuste automático por la cláusula pactada este año, quedará sujeto a un eventual acuerdo global. La reunión se desarrolla desde las 11:00 hs en oficina central de Aerolíneas con la participación de representantes de los sindicatos de pilotos APLA, de Aerolíneas, y UALA, de Austral, técnicos aeronáuticos (APTA), tripulantes de cabina (AAA), personal de mostradores (APA) y jerárquicos (UPSA). El Presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas sostuvo que desde Julio hasta la fecha será el segundo intento de acordar una paritaria luego de que en agosto presentara un plan de adecuaciones para igualar las condiciones de trabajo de otras compañías de la región.

La empresa planteará atar la resolución de ese del acuerdo paritario global en medio de la liquidación de los sueldos de Noviembre 2018. En medio de la conflictividad la compañía también dispuso suspender a 376 empleados de varios sectores por entre 10 y 15 días por su participación en asambleas de protesta del 8N pasado.

El eje de la disputa es para los gremios la falta de pago de un 6,5% extra que debió abonarse con los ingresos de octubre. Esa diferencia equivale a la aplicación del gatillo por la inflación de septiembre último pero la jefatura de Aerolíneas alegó que al momento de su liquidación se encontraba vencida la última paritaria desde el 30 Septiembre 2018. Según la dirigencia sindical ese ítem es innegociable por el carácter ultraactivo de los acuerdos salariales, que según la jurisprudencia mantienen su vigencia hasta tanto son reemplazados por una nueva firma de ambas partes.

La Gerencia de Aerolíneas se ha anticipado a un nuevo paro que estaba supuestamente proyectado para el próximo miércoles. La estrategia del Gobierno por intermedio de la cartera del Ministerio de Transporte, fue no haber impulsado hasta ahora el dictado de una conciliación obligatoria por parte del Ministerio de Producción y Trabajo. Esa tregua administrativa hubiese evitado la huelga de la semana pasada pero en su lugar, desde la compañía y el gobierno declararon en varias oportunidades que Aerolíneas y Austral se encuentran en virtual situación de quebranto y atadas a permanentes desembolsos por parte del Tesoro nacional.

El otro punto conflictivo de la conversación serán las condiciones de trabajo. La empresa insistirá con homologar al personal con el de otras compañías de la región en rubros como los descansos, los francos, la posibilidad de ejercer multitarea y el ítem denominado de “especialidad” que los gremios salvaguardan frente a los planteos de mayor flexibilidad en el ejercicio de funciones. Con nulas expectativas y resueltos a iniciar nuevas medidas de fuerza en el corto plazo comprometieron hoy su participación los jefes de los gremios que actúan en bloque: Pablo Biró (APLA), Cristian Erhardt (UALA), Ricardo Cirielli (APTA), Edgardo Llano (APA) y Rubén Fernández (UPSA).

Aerolíneas ha convocado al sector gremial a nuevas paritarias

Aerolíneas Argentinas ha anunciado una nueva reunión con el sector sindical aeronáuticos para el próximo Lunes, 3 Diciembre 2018 a las 11:00 hs. Desde la esfera gremial anunciaron que van a participar de la reunión pero se negarán a discutir cambios en los convenios colectivos de trabajo. La compañía aérea tiene la intención de convocar a los diferentes gremios para dialogar y encontrar un punto de conveniencia para hacer más eficiente a Aerolíneas Argentinas. Para los gremios eso expresa la intención del Gobierno de flexibilizar las condiciones de trabajo.

El sector gremial sostiene incumplimientos de acuerdos salariales, pero desde Aerolíneas la última paritaria había vencido en Agosto 2018. Por lo tanto las partes deben reconsiderar una nueva negociación salarial.

Boeing entrega el primer 737 MAX a aerolínea Cayman Airways

Cayman Airways modernizes its fleet with new Boeing 737-8 MAX aircraft with lower fuel consumption and greater range. The airline of Cayman Islands of the Caribbean will incorporate four additional aircraft that will be secured through the main aircraft lessor Air Lease Corporation.

Cayman Airways plans to receive four MAX 8 aircraft to replace its fleet of 737 Classics. Compared to the 737-300, the MAX 8 offers 30 percent more seating capacity and an improvement of more than 30 percent in fuel efficiency per seat. The MAX achieves the highest levels of performance with the latest CFM International LEAP-1B technology, advanced technology winglets and other fuselage improvements.

Georgian Airways ampliará su flota con Embraer E195-E2 y Boeing 737 MAX
