Aeropuerto Tucumán cerrará por tres meses. Los traslados se realizarán desde el Aeropuerto de Termas de Río Hondo

Entre el 1 de junio y el 31 de agosto todos los vuelos programados desde Tucumán serán derivados hacia el Aeropuerto de Termas de Río Hondo, en Santiago del Estero. Durante estos tres meses, el Aeropuerto de Tucumán, estará cerrado debido a las obras destinadas a la prolongación y reconstrucción de la pista, junto con la ampliación y la rehabilitación de márgenes pavimentados.

El sistema de traslado se encuentra previsto para pasajeros con vuelos de partida hacia y desde Buenos Aires y Córdoba, en vuelos de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Austral y LATAM. El Ente de Turismo dispondrá información sobre movimiento de ómnibus y vuelos tanto en su oficina de Informes (24 de Septiembre esquina 9 de Julio), como en las terminales de Ómnibus de San Miguel de Tucumán y aeroportuaria Benjamín Matienzo.

Cada pasajero que desee acceder al traslado desde el aeropuerto tucumano deberá presentarse en forma personal e individual, al menos con 30 minutos de antelación a la partida de cada unidad terrestre y sin necesidad de informar previamente el uso del servicio. Para el traslado a Tucumán encontrarán disponibilidad de ómnibus sin tiempo de espera, ya que partirán media hora después de la llegada de cada vuelo. La prioridad siempre será para aquel pasajero que se encuentre más próximo a volar. En todos los casos deberán presentar:

Documento Nacional de Identidad, o identificación que exija cada aerolínea; constancia de viaje (boarding pass; web check-in o itinerario de viaje); un bolso de mano y una valija por cada pasajero – quienes excedan esa cantidad, cuenten con equipaje de grandes dimensiones (oversize), equipos deportivos (sporting equipment) o animales (caniles) deberán trasladarse por sus medios-; la accesibilidad está garantizada, por lo que se podrá incluir en traslado terrestre a las sillas de ruedas y tendrán prioridad. En las unidades de transporte terrestre podrá viajar un acompañante por cada pasajero que requiera de asistencia por discapacidad.

Quienes deseen trasladarse en su propio vehículo al aeropuerto de Tucumán, este será gratuito durante el cierre del mismo y, por su capacidad, sujeto a disponibilidad. Todos los servicios habituales del aeropuerto se encontrarán habilitados durante este período: bar, sanitarios, cajero automático, kiosco, remises, alquiler de autos y espacios de espera.

Reprograman 38 vuelos por el cierre del aeropuerto desde hoy hasta el viernes. Copa, Latam, Aerolíneas Argentinas y Gol cancelaron sus servicios desde la terminal aérea local. Los pasajeros pueden optar por Ezeiza

A partir de hoy, el Aeropuerto Internacional Islas Malvinas se someterá a tres días intensos de reparación en la pista de aterrizaje y en una de las calles de rodaje. Esto implicará su cese total de operaciones, que afectará a cuatro compañías de aeronavegación que ofrecieron varias alternativas a sus pasajeros y reprogramaron sus vuelos. A partir del viernes se normalizarán todos los servicios aéreos.

Según lo dispuso la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), se puso en marcha el Plan de Rehabilitación de Pavimentos que hasta el 1º de junio inclusive abarcará dos intervenciones sobre la pista de aterrizaje y la intersección de la misma con la calle de rodaje «Bravo».

Las obras incluirán la demolición de losas y reconstrucción de las mismas. También se hará una «descontaminación» de la pista. Esto implica retirar el material de los neumáticos y asfáltico que contamina el ambiente. Dichos elementos se adhieren en cada aterrizaje al tocar la pista. «Serán 72 horas continuas que finalizarán a la cero hora del 2 junio. Es decir, que el viernes se volverá a la normalidad», expresó una vocera de la estación aérea local.

Según habían explicado en un comunicado las autoridades del aeropuerto, los trabajos de demolición y reconstrucción de losas, que ya se encuentran acordados con la Anac, responden a la necesidad de incrementar la seguridad operativa para el normal desarrollo de las actividades aeronáuticas en el marco del crecimiento de la conectividad aérea de Rosario y la región.

En cuanto a los vuelos previstos en estos tres días, existen cuatro compañías que operan habitualmente. El vuelo diario de Copa Airlines (martes, miércoles y jueves) cambiará su operatividad a Ezeiza. Allí arribarán sus aeronaves desde Panamá y partirán luego hacia ese destino.

Latam también mudará a Ezeiza sus vuelos diarios a Lima (Perú) al igual que los vuelos de martes y jueves a San Pablo (Brasil). En tanto Gol Líneas Aéreas que tenía un vuelo a Río de Janeiro ofreció a sus pasajeros acomodarse en otros aviones de la misma compañía antes o después del cierre de la pista, la devolución del importe del ticket o una reubicación si existe disponibilidad en los vuelos con destino Ezeiza.

Aerolíneas Argentinas suspendió toda su programación desde Rosario y ofreció a sus clientes tres opciones: llegar o partir adelantando o retrasando la fecha, reintegrarles el billete o volar desde otra terminal en vuelos que tengan butacas vacantes.

En concreto, Copa reprogramó 6 vuelos a Ezeiza, son 3 arribos desde Panamá y 3 despegues a ese destino. Latam reprogramó a Ezeiza 6 vuelos a Lima (3 arribos y 3 salidas) , 4 vuelos a San Pablo (2 arribos y 2 salidas), Aerolíneas cancelo 18 vuelos y le dio la opción al pasajero de volar desde otra terminal, cambio de fecha o devolución del dinero. Gol canceló 4 vuelos (2 arribos y 2 salidas) a Río y dio las mismas opciones que Aerolíneas

La rehabilitación de la pista y calles de rodaje tiene una primera etapa, para la que se han invertido más de 27.000.000 de pesos en la reparación y adecuación del pavimento deteriorado.

A partir de la segunda mitad del año se procederá a ejecutar obras de rehabilitación integral por una inversión total de 400.000.000 de pesos destinada a la puesta a punto del sector operativo.

La decisión de clausurar la pista se da en forma coincidente con el desarrollo de Agroactiva, la expo de máquinas agropecuarias y ganaderas más importante de la región, que tendrá lugar en Armstrong del 31 de este mes al 3 de junio. La llegada de los visitantes será mayoritariamente terrestre, por lo que el cierre del aeropuerto no afectará la puesta en marcha de este tradicional evento.

Con una inversión total de más de $82 millones, que contempla diferentes etapas. Actualmente, el ministerio de Obras Públicas realiza una intervención arquitectónica en el edificio que demandará una inversión de $20 millones

El gobierno de la Provincia de Santa Fe (Argentina) avanza con las obras de intervención en el aeropuerto de Sauce Viejo. En este momento, a través del ministerio de Obras Públicas, se ejecuta la obra de remodelación y ampliación del edificio, con un plazo de ejecución de ocho meses y una inversión de 20 millones de pesos.

El objetivo de la obra es dotar al aeropuerto de espacios, tecnologías y confort para adecuarlo a las nuevas regulaciones aeronáuticas y previendo el incremento del volumen de pasajeros.

“Las obras comenzaron en el mes de marzo y, hasta el momento, los trabajos se estuvieron realizando con el aeropuerto en funcionamiento. A partir del mes de junio, con el cierre del edificio, se podrá trabajar en todos los frentes y la obra avanzará exponencialmente”, sostuvo el ministro de Obras Públicas, Julio Schneider.

Desde la dirección provincial de Arquitectura e Ingeniería del ministerio, detallaron que, por estos días, se está trabajando en el sector norte del edifico donde funcionaba el bar original y en los baños de esa área. También en ese sector del bar se están llevando a cabo trabajos de ampliación con la ejecución de estructura de hormigón e instalaciones generales.

En el sector sur, está comenzando la ampliación del área de arribos con la ejecución de fundaciones y columnas. Además, se está trabajando sobre las veredas perimetrales.

LA INTERVENCIÓN
El proyecto contempla la ampliación en sectores como la sala de preembarque, sala de arribos y el bar. Se generarán nuevas superficies como aleros para carga y descarga de equipajes tanto en despacho como en arribos, sala de mantenimientos, comedor y cocina para empleados, una nueva posta sanitaria con enfermería.

Además, se reordenarán sectores de oficinas, cocina y vestuarios del bar y se colocará una nueva cinta transportadora de equipaje para las compañías aeronáuticas. También se harán trabajos de refacción en sanitarios y se reacondicionarán los pisos del sector de hall principal.

POR 90 DÍAS
A partir del lunes 19 de junio y por 90 días se producirá el cierre del Aeropuerto para desarrollar el resto de las obras previstas por la provincia en la aeroestación, a través del Ministerio de Infraestructura, que demandarán una inversión de 62 millones de pesos: Se trata de la repavimentación de la pista principal y el reemplazo del sistema de balizas en la calle de rodaje.

En abril 2017 hubo un incremento del tráfico de pasajeros de un 18,9% en los aeropuertos argentinos

Según datos de la concesionaria Aeropuertos Argentina 2000, viajaron un total de 2.708.168 personas. El porcentaje es una comparación interanual con respecto al año anterior.

El tráfico de pasajeros creció en abril 18,9% interanual en las principales terminales aéreas del país, al sumar un total de 2.708.168 personas, informó este viernes la concesionaria Aeropuertos Argentina 2000. De ese total, 1.538.578 pasajeros correspondieron a vuelos domésticos -equivalentes a una mejora de 23,2% respecto a abril de 2016- y 1.069.349 internacionales, con un avance de 14,9% en similar período.

Por aeropuertos, el incremento interanual fueron: Aeroparque Jorge Newbery: 1.056.760 pax marcó un incremento de 28,2% y fue el de mayor movimiento de las terminales aéreas. Aeropuerto internacional Ezeiza: 761.985 pasajeros, con un 1%. Aeropuerto Internacional Córdoba obtubo una suba del 36,9%; Aeropuerto Internacional Mendoza, un 22%; Aeropuerto Internacional Iguazú, un 19,5%. Aeropuerto Internacional Río Gallegos sufrió un retroceso del 1,7%.

Operador DAA ha añadido nuevos puestos de aeronaves y áreas de embarque en el aeropuerto durante el año pasado

El Aeropuerto de Dublín podría buscar más dinero en efectivo de las aerolíneas para ayudar a pagar por mejoras adicionales a sus instalaciones, de acuerdo con su presidente ejecutivo, Kevin Toland.

Under the terms of a CAR ruling, Dublin Airport can charge airlines up to €9.45 a passenger this year. The regulator’s ruling dates back to 2014 and was based on a prediction that passengers numbers would grow to 24.9 million by 2019. Dublin expects to handle about 30 million in 2017.

Mr Toland argued that it did not make sense to wait for the next CAR ruling on charges, which is due in 2019, when the fees will be cut to €8.68. Instead the airport is seeking a mid-term review of the current regime in light of the unexpected rate of growth in passengers.

The regulator has agreed to the review. Mr Toland said that if the airlines did not take part or decided that they would not seek further improvements, then DAA would not add anything more to its facilities beyond what was agreed in 2014.

Both he and DAA chief financial officer Ray Gray pointed out the airport could not borrow money to pay for improvements and use revenue from subsequent growth to repay the debt, as the regulations required it to add this cost to its charges. “What the regulatory formula means is that if it is put on to the asset base, in the long term, we have to be paid for it,” Mr Gray said.
Airline concerns

The DAA and the airlines generally clash when charges come up for review and over the cost of new facilities . Both Ryanair and Aer Lingus have raised concerns over the estimated €320 million bill for Dublin’s new runway.

Mr Toland would not comment on three legal challenges brought against Fingal County Council’s decision to extend planning permission. However, he pledged that the airport would continue to consult with locals in north Dublin to tackle their concerns.

He is due to leave the airport operator in six months for food group Aryzta. DAA chairman Pádraig Ó Ríordáin warned that rules limiting State company chief executives’ pay to a maximum of €250,000 a year could make it difficult to find a successor.

“Kevin was very public-minded to have taken the job and then put every bit of energy he had into it,” he said. “Clearly the cap on pay is way below the market. It really does have to change.” A \ W

The “LAX on the Move” period saw airlines move service equipment, network infrastructure, employees and aircraft as part of an effort to balance operations across the airport and modernise Terminals 2 and 3.

“We’re incredibly proud of everyone involved in making the largest phase of ‘LAX on the Move’ a success,” said Trevor Daley, Los Angeles World Airports deputy executive director of external affairs.

“Relocating over 20 airlines across terminals over a five-day period is a huge undertaking, but our airport community – our volunteers, operations staff, airline partners, ground service handlers, and partner agencies – came together and did a remarkable job. Pocos días después de reafirmarse la intención de construir un aeropuerto único entre las capitales provinciales de Santa Fe y de Entre Ríos, avalada por el propio presidente de la Nación, Mauricio Macri, en una de las recientes visitas a la región, se informó en las últimas horas que en junio se producirá el cierre del aeropuerto de Sauce Viejo por la realización de obras.

Específicamente se apuntó que desde el lunes 19 de junio a las 6, y por 90 días, la estación aérea permanecerá sin operatividad –hasta el 20 de setiembre– por el inicio de trabajos de mejoras que demandarán una inversión cercana a los 62 millones de pesos. Mientras se prolonguen los trabajos, los vuelos de Aerolíneas Argentinas/Austral serán derivados a la capital entrerriana.

Desde el gobierno santafesino se explicó que durante esos tres meses se desarrollarán obras para el mejoramiento estructural de la aeroestación con el objetivo de brindar mayor seguridad y ampliar la capacidad operativa. Entre los trabajos previstos, cuya licitación ya concretó el gobierno provincial, se destacan la intervención en el área edilicia, repavimentación de la pista de aterrizaje, calles de rodaje y plataforma con su correspondiente demarcación horizontal; balizamiento completo nivel 1 con instalación de sistema de radioayuda; reubicación del sistema instrumental ILS; adquisición e instalación del sistema TDME y adquisición e instalación de sistema de observación meteorológico.

Desde 2016 Santa Fe tiene dos vuelos diarios a Buenos Aires: el primero parte a las 10.40 y el segundo, a las 14.10; ambos tienen retornos. Asimismo, en el marco de las nuevas licitaciones otorgadas por el gobierno nacional, se incrementará la actividad en la vecina capital en los próximos meses.

Besides, illegal squatters occupy nearly one-third of the airport land. The second airport proposed in Navi Mumbai is yet to come up. All the leading cities like New York, London, Dubai, and Singapore have more than one airports with multiple runways. The New Delhi airport has three parallel runways in use at any given time. As against this, Mumbai has to make do with a single runway (09/27) for all passenger and cargo aircraft and when it is shut for repairs, it uses the secondary runway (1432).

In terms of aircraft movement in a day, the city airport had one plane take-off or landing in 65 seconds, which means it handled on an average 48 flights, peaking at even 52 movements at times, making it the busiest in the world on both the counts, an airport spokesperson said.

Out of the 45.2 million passengers at the Mumbai airport, 12.4 million were international travellers.

The airport’s originally envisaged capacity is only 40 million passengers. Mumbai currently has an extensive network that takes passengers to over 95 domestic and international destinations. In fiscal 2017, the city airport logged in an 8 per cent growth in volume over fiscal 2016. When the GVK group took over the operations of the airport in fiscal 2006, it handled just 18 million passengers.

By handling 44 million passengers, Gatwick airport in the British capital was delegated to be the world’s second busiest airport with single-runway operations, a position it held for many years. However, it lost the position to Mumbai in fiscal 2017 which handled 45.2 million passengers between April 2016 and March 2017, the airport spokesperson said. “From around 453 aircraft movements a day in 2006, we have grown to handle over 800 movements daily, handling over 45.2 million last financial year.

«In terms of cargo shipments, we have grown from 5,32,000 tonne in fiscal 2008 to 78,29,000 tonne in fiscal 2017,” she said. Recently, the city airport welcomed two Airbus A350-900 that resulted in it becoming the only airport in the country to handle daily operations of two of the world’s most advanced premium passenger aircraft, the spokesperson said.
