Aerolíneas extranjeras piden Gobierno mayor previsibilidad
Exigen eliminación tope de viajeros

Las aerolíneas extranjeras solicitan al Gobierno de Argentina en consonancia con los reclamos emitidos por parte de la Asociación Internacional del Transporte Aéreo (IATA), organismo que nuclea a muchas aerolíneas en el mundo, mayor previsibilidad y eliminar tope de viajeros con un duro reclamo emitido en un documento en el que cuestionaron las restricciones impuestas por la Argentina y reclamaron que se eliminen los topes de viajeros.

La Asociación de Transporte Aéreo Internacional (IATA) emitió un comunicado de prensa en el que le vuelve a pedir al Gobierno previsibilidad y mayor apertura para que Argentina recupere su conectividad aérea internacional. En el documento, IATA, organización que nuclea cerca del 80% de las compañías aéreas del mundo, expresó que a pesar de que los últimos anuncios del Gobierno argentino mostraron signos de flexibilización, la Argentina sigue dando pasos muy lentos hacia la reapertura, dejando a los pasajeros y a la aerolíneas sin una visión clara. “Los países que han adoptado un enfoque coordinado basado en riesgos para la gestión del control fronterizo han recuperado rutas. Mientras que, en Argentina, las medidas draconianas adoptadas hasta ahora están impactando la conectividad del país con el mundo, evidenciando una reducción en sus pares de ciudades de Junio a Julio de 2021 de 107 a 89”, dijo Peter Cerdá, Vicepresidente Regional de IATA para las Américas”.

El comunicado apela a estas razones para renovar su llamado al Gobierno argentino para trabajar en conjunto con la industria aerocomercial en la elaboración de un plan de reanudación y reapertura que “sea claro y definido, con plazos específicos, que permitan reconectar al país de manera segura y catalizar los beneficios que genera una aviación activa y competitiva en el desarrollo social y económico de sus habitantes. Tenemos plena comprensión que, ante todo, el gobierno ha querido proteger la salud de los ciudadanos. Sin embargo, creemos que ya están dadas todas las condiciones para avanzar hacia una nueva normalidad, con la convicción de que es necesario y sobre todo posible, reactivar la economía, el turismo, y las fuentes de trabajo, de forma segura, y al mismo tiempo lograr el reencuentro de las personas en un contexto en que deberemos aprender a convivir con el COVID-19 y sus variantes, no sabemos hasta cuándo».

Felipe Baravalle, Director Ejecutivo de la Cámara de Compañías Aéreas en Argentina (JURCA), dijo este Martes 07/09 que “el proceso no es tan rápido. Todavía las empresas no tienen vuelos pedidos a ese aeropuerto. Una vez que esté habilitado, recién entonces las líneas aéreas pueden pedir al aeropuerto la factibilidad de vuelo. Y luego se requiere la aprobación de la ANAC”.

Aeropuerto Córdoba

La Provincia de Córdoba señala que espera el permiso oficial de agencia de la ANAC para habilitar vuelos a Chile y a Uruguay. En las aerolíneas hasta ahora no hay planes para operar rutas al exterior en los próximos meses. En las últimas semanas comenzó a crecer la expectativa respecto de que el Aeropuerto Córdoba recupere desde septiembre al menos en parte su conectividad aérea al exterior, suspendida desde Marzo de 2020. El Gobierno provincial cordobés completó la presentación con el fin de dejar habilitado el Aeropuerto internacional Córdoba/COR, pero, aseguran las autoridades, aún no logró el permiso oficial de la ANAC.

La respuesta desde las aerolíneas es que no existe ninguna novedad sobre comenzar a operar rutas al exterior. Desde Marzo de 2020 las compañías perdieron la posibilidad de trazar planes con anticipación una programación de vuelos previsible. La Provincia de Córdoba señala que espera el permiso oficial de ANAC para habilitar vuelos a Chile y a Uruguay. En las aerolíneas hasta ahora no hay planes para operar rutas al exterior en los próximos meses. Aunque en las últimas semanas comenzó a crecer la expectativa respecto de que el Aeropuerto Córdoba recupere desde Septiembre 2021 al menos en parte su conectividad aérea al exterior, suspendida desde Marzo de 2020, el reinicio de las operaciones parecen posponerse; mientras que el Aeropuerto de Mendoza ha sido aprobado para restablecer operaciones internacionales.

Las aerolíneas que conservan rutas desde Córdoba aseguran no tener vuelos al exterior planeados en los próximos meses, al menos durante septiembre y durante octubre. Entre las compañías hay aún cierto grado de incertidumbre en materia de permisos (deben presentar con anticipación los planes de vuelo para que sean autorizados) y también dudas respecto del desarrollo de demanda, variable que debe responder para que activen una ruta.

Entre las aerolíneas que se encuentran en stand-by para reiniciar operaciones se encuentran: Aerolíneas Argentinas, la principal operadora del Aeropuerto Córdoba posee 55 frecuencias semanales de rutas domésticas (55Frq/S) no tiene previsto vuelos al exterior desde Córdoba hasta Diciembre 2021 inclusive, informaron voceros. Air Europa, la firma que operaba la ruta Córdoba—Asunción—Madrid antes de la pandemia, actualmente vuela sólo desde Buenos Aires/EZE (Ezeiza) hacia Madrid, aunque de manera extraoficial confirmó en varias ocasiones su interés en retomar la ruta desde Córdoba cuando las condiciones sean las más idóneas. Copa Airlines, la aerolínea de la República de Panamá, es la tercera compañía por número de pasajeros transportados con presencia en Córdoba que opera Córdoba—Panamá. En la empresa señalaron que no hay novedades respecto de la restitución de su vuelo aún, ni hay programación futura para dar a conocer por ahora. Una cuarta compañía que informó a las agencias de viaje su intención de retomar vuelos a Brasil en la temporada verano es GOL Linhas Aéreas, pero la aerolínea todavía no tiene confirmaciones precisas de destinos ni de frecuencias. El cierre de la aerolínea Latam Airlines Argentina, ha dejado a Córdoba de una fuerte conexión que tenía con Santiago de Chile (20Frq/S). Actualmente el grupo Latam Airlines continúa volando desde Buenos Aires/EZE. JetSmart Airlines Argentina opera la ruta Buenos Aires—Santiago de Chile, mientras que los vuelos al exterior desde Córdoba continúan suspendidos por parte del grupo aéreo. La aerolínea cubría las rutas Córdoba—Santiago y Córdoba—La Serena durante el verano septentrional 2018-2019, pero luego dejó las rutas para concentrarse en otras más competitivas. Vuelos internacionales confirmados para Septiembre 2021

Las aerolíneas extranjera continúan emitiendo su programación de vuelos para Septiembre 2021. En Agosto 2021, tras la implementación del nuevo esquema, algunas empresas, como Aerolíneas Argentinas, aumentaron hasta un 60% sus operaciones en comparación con Julio 2021, con la intención de retomar su actividad habitual en el marco de la reapertura paulatina de las fronteras. Las compañías amplían sus programaciones luego de la flexibilización del cupo diario de ingreso de pasajeros desde el exterior que pasó de 1000 a 1700 y la reanudación de los vuelos con Chile, Brasil, Reino Unido y Turquía, debido a la eliminación de restricciones para esos países. Aunque las aéreas consideran que las limitaciones vigentes continúan siendo perjudiciales, la nueva flexibilización del cupo que se eleva a 2.300 pasajeros diarios anunciado por el Gobierno significa un respiro frente a los complicados panoramas que atraviesan otros países.

La habilitación de la entrada de vuelos del exterior a los aeropuertos del interior, además de Ezeiza y Aeroparque, continúan analizando las operaciones hacia Córdoba al solicitar el retorno de los vuelos internacionales. La mayoría de las aerolíneas ya tiene confirmados los cronogramas para las próximas semanas. Sin embargo, todavía, algunas aún no recibieron las aprobaciones de los itinerarios presentados ante la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC).

Cronogramas vuelos 09/2021

Aerolíneas Argentinas volará entre Buenos Aires y Santiago de Chile (Chile) el 9 y 16 de Septiembre de 2021, tanto de ida como de vuelta, desde Aeroparque. Desde ese aeropuerto, están confirmados los vuelos del 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29 y 30/09 a Miami/MIA (los Estados Unidos). En tanto, de Miami a Ezeiza, están aprobadas las operaciones del 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23, 24. 25, 26, 27, 28 y 30/09. De Buenos Aires a Nueva York/JFK (los Estados Unidos), habrá vuelos el 13, 20 y 27/09, y de regreso el 8, 15, 22 y 29/09. A su vez, volará a Madrid/MAD (España) el 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19, 22, 24, 26 y 29/09. De regreso, lo hará el 9, 11, 13, 16, 18, 20, 23, 25, 27 y 30/09. El retorno de las operaciones a Uruguay con el reinicio de los vuelos está previsto para el 14/09 en la ruta Buenos Aires/AEP—Montevideo/MVD, con dos frecuencias semanales (2Frq/S) los Martes y Viernes. En tanto, el tramo Buenos Aires/AEP—Punta del Este/PDP volverá a partir del 16/09, con dos frecuencias semanales (2Frq/S) los Jueves y Domingos.

Aeroméxico realizara vuelos desde Buenos Aires/EZE hacia México/MEX el 9, 12, 16, 19, 23, 26 y 30/09. Viceversa los días 8, 11, 15, 18, 22, 25 y 29/09.

Air France tendrá vuelos programados los Lunes, Jueves y Sábados de Buenos Aires/EZE a París/CDG (Francia), mientras que los regresos desde la capital francesa están previstos para los Domingos y Viernes.

American Airlines continuará operando la ruta Buenos Aires/EZE—Miami/MIA con un vuelo diario. También, tendrá trece vuelos a Nueva York los días 7, 10, 11, 15, 17, 18, 21, 22, 24, 25 y 29/09, con regresos el 9, 10, 14, 16, 17, 20, 21, 23, 24 y 28/09. Vuelos Buenos Aires/EZE—Dallas/DFW (Estados Unidos) el 13 y 27/09 con retornos 12 y 26/09.

Avianca Airlines posee cinco frecuencias autorizadas (5Frq/S) entre la Buenos Aires/EZE y Bogotá/BOG el 7, 8, 17, 21 y 24/09 ida y vuelta. La aerolínea que antes tenía dos vuelos diarios entre Bogotá/BOG y Buenos Aires/EZE busca sumar siete vuelos semanales (7Frq/S) desde Medellín/MDE a Buenos Aires/EZE, desde Bogotá/BOG a Córdoba/COR y desde Cali/CLO a Buenos Aires/EZE.

Boliviana de Aviación (BoA) posee una frecuencia desde Buenos Aires/EZE a Santa Cruz de la Sierra/VVI (Bolivia) el 7, 12, 14, 19, 21, 26 y 28/09. En sentido inverso, lo hará en las mismas fechas.

Copa Airlines saldrá desde Buenos Aires/EZE hacia Panamá/PTY el 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 20, 25 y 28/09. El regreso, volará el 10, 11, 12, 16, 17, 19, 24 y 27/09.

Iberia Líneas Aéreas tiene siete vuelos aprobados entre Buenos Aires/EZE y Madrid/MAD el 10, 13, 20, 24 y 27/09, con retornos los días 9, 13, 20, 23 y 27/09.

JetSmart Airlines Chile desde Buenos Aires/AEP a Santiago de Chile/SCL habrá un vuelo el 28/09, que partirá desde Aeroparque con retorno el 29/09.

KLM Royal Airlines tiene programadas partidas desde Buenos Aires/EZE a Amsterdam/AMS (Países Bajos) los Lunes, Miércoles, Viernes y Domingos. La compañía ampliará a Buenos Aires/EZE los Martes y Sábados.

Latam Airlines Chile tiene aprobados dos vuelos desde Buenos Aires/EZE a Santiago de Chile/SCL el 14, 28/09, ida y vuelta. En la ruta Buenos Aires/EZE—San Pablo/GRU, volará el 10, 17 y 24/09, también ida y vuelta. Se realizarán seis operaciones a Lima el 11, 13, 18, 25 y 27/09, con regreso previsto para esas mismas fechas. Los vuelos están limitados a una capacitada de 150 a 214 pasajeros, dependiendo del día.

Level Airlines tendrá vuelos entre Buenos Aires/Ezeiza y Barcelona/BCN (España) el 12, 19 y 26/09 y viceversa los días 11, 18 y 25/09.

Lufthansa German Airlines volará desde Buenos Aires/EZE a Frankfurt/FRU (Alemania) los Lunes, Jueves y Sábados. Partirá de regreso desde la ciudad germana los Miércoles y Viernes.

Paranair, aerolínea regional del Paraguay, tendrá vuelos desde Buenos Aires/AEP a Asunción/ASU el 8, 17, 23 y 30/09 desde Aeroparque. En las mismas fechas, volará en sentido inverso. También, tendrá operaciones desde Ezeiza a la ciudad paraguaya el 7, 12, 15, 19, 21 y 26/09, con regresos previstos los mismos días.

Sky Airline este Lunes 06/09 y el 20/09 volará ida y vuelta en la ruta Buenos Aires/EZE—Santiago de Chile/SCL, con un cupo de 180 pasajeros.

Swiss International Airlines saldrá rumbo a Zurich/ZRH (Suiza) desde Buenos Aires/EZE el 8, 15, 22 y 29/09. Desde la ciudad suiza, volará el 7, 14, 21 y 28/09.

Turkish Airlines de Buenos Aires/EZE a Estambul/IST (Turquía), habrá vuelos el 7, 14, 21 y 28/09, con iguales fechas para el retorno hacia Turquía.

United Airlines poseerá frecuencias desde Buenos Aires/EZE hacia Houston/IAH (Estados Unidos) el 8, 10, 12, 15, 19, 22, 24, 26 y 29/09. Retornará a la Buenos Aires/EZE el 7, 9, 11, 14, 18, 21, 23, 25 y 28/09.

Aerolíneas mexicanas disminuyen frecuencias a Estados Unidos

A dos meses de la degradación en seguridad aérea del país, las aerolíneas mexicanas han perdido terreno en el mercado de tráfico aéreo entre México y Estados Unidos. En Julio 2021 viajaron entre ambos países 3.330.000 pasajeros, 8,8% más que en igual mes de 2019, previo a la pandemia de Covid-19, de acuerdo con cifras de la AFAC. Sin embargo, Volaris y Viva Aerobus han perdido espacio aéreo en las rutas hacia Estados Unidos. La nueva calificación a CAT 2 de México ha obligado a aerolíneas como Volaris Airlines a redireccionar una participación de mercado del 13.7 por ciento en Mayo 2021 a una del 12.6 por ciento en Julio 2021, una reducción de 1,1%. The latest update on evacuation efforts comes as US-NATO coalition forces rush to airlift thousands of people out of the country ahead of a self-imposed deadline to leave Afghanistan in eight days. TSA extiende regla de uso máscara hacia 01/2022

La Administración de Seguridad en el Transporte (TSA) ha emitido una orden de uso de máscaras para el transporte aéreo en Estados Unidos hasta Enero 2022. La normativa estaba programada para expirar el 13 de Septiembre de 2021. Las autoridades Federales están extendiendo hasta Enero 2022 el requisito de uso de máscaras faciales en pasajeros en vuelos de aerolíneas y transporte público, una regla destinada a limitar la propagación del Covid-19. Un portavoz de la agencia dijo el Martes 17/08 que el mandato se extenderá hasta el 18 de Enero de 2022.

La TSA informó a los representantes de la industria aérea sobre su plan el Martes 17/08 y planeaba discutirlo con los sindicatos de aerolíneas el Miércoles 18/08. Las principales aerolíneas que operan en la República Argentina han obtenido las aprobaciones respectivas para la segunda quincena de Agosto 2021 al recibir el listado de las frecuencias para desarrollar hasta fin de mes las operaciones aerocomerciales en tiempos de restricciones por la crisis sanitaria vigente.

El Gobierno de Argentina ha dispuesto un aumento progresivo del cupo de argentinos que pueden ingresar al país, que le permite a las aerolíneas disponer de más frecuencias. Además, se ha anunciado el retorno de las operaciones regionales hacia Chile y Brasil desde el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery, debido a la eliminación de restricciones para estos países. En ingreso de 1.700 pasajeros por día implicó el incremento de un 60% las operaciones de algunas aerolíneas; mientras esperan la fecha del 6 de Septiembre de 2021, cuando el cupo se amplíe a 2.300 pasajeros diarios. Actualmente, el mayor número de argentinos varados en el exterior se encuentran en Miami (Estados Unidos), España y el Caribe.

La programación vigente para vuelos internacionales de Argentina corresponden desde el 18 al 31 de Agosto de 2021, aprobados por el organismo aeronáutico de la ANAC:

Aerolíneas Argentinas, desde Buenos Aires/Ezeiza, la compañía de bandera tendrá vuelos hacia Miami el 18, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 27, 28, 30 y 31 de Agosto. De regreso habrá operaciones el 18, 19, 21, 22, 24, 25, 26, 28, 29 y 31/08. A su vez, el 23 y 30/08 volará a Nueva York. Desde esa ciudad, habrá vuelos el 18 y 25/08. En cuanto a la ruta Buenos Aires—Madrid, la aerolínea de bandera volará el 18, 20, 22, 25, 27 y 29/08. Y desde la capital española hacia la Argentina, habrá vuelos el 19, 21, 23, 26, 28 y 30/08.

American Airlines continuará operando la ruta Buenos Aires-Miami con un vuelo diario desde Ezeiza. También, volará a Nueva York el 20, 21, 24 y 28 de agosto.

United Airlines desarrollará Buenos Aires—Houston el 18, 22, 25 y 29/08. Y con idénticas fechas, más un vuelo adicional el 27/08, retornará a la Argentina.

Delta Air Lines tendrá salidas desde Buenos Aires a Atlanta el 22 y 29/08. De regreso, no hay operaciones previstas para el resto del mes de Agosto.

Iberia líneas Aéreas operará la ruta Buenos Aires—Madrid el 20, 23, 25, 27 y 30/08, con regreso el 20, 23, 24, 27 y 30/08.

Air Europa partirá el 19, 24, 26 y 31/08 la ruta Buenos Aires/Ezeiza—Madrid, en vuelos limitados a 280 pasajeros. Esos mismos días habrá regresos a Buenos Aires.

Air France: saldrá el 18 y 25/08 de Buenos Aires/Ezeiza a París/CDG, Francia, mientras que los regresos desde la capital francesa están previstos para el 22, 29/08.
