Aerolíneas traslada otros siete vuelos AEP/EZE por personal

Aerolíneas Argentinas ha anunciado nuevamente este Lunes 12/04 el traslado de siete vuelos del Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery hacia el Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza. La causa es el aislamiento del personal de mantenimiento de los aviones Embraer 190 por haberse detectado casos positivos. Los siete vuelos despegarán desde Ezeiza en el día Lunes 12/04. “La situación de aumento de contagios en todo el país también afecta al personal de Aerolíneas y nos obliga a modificar nuestra operación. En esta oportunidad, tuvimos que trasladar vuelos de aeroparque a Ezeiza por contagios en nuestro equipo técnico. Estamos realizando un esfuerzo muy grande para sostener las operaciones y cumplir con los pasajeros y pasajeras. Aerolíneas Argentinas traslada vuelos por contagios personal

Aerolíneas Argentinas ha anunciado la reprogramación de catorce vuelos que debían partir este Domingo 11/04 desde el Aeropuerto Jorge Newbery, se han trasladado para despegar desde el Aeropuerto Internacional Ezeiza, debido a que parte del personal de mantenimiento de la estación Aeroparque de la ciudad de Buenos Aires se encuentra con casos positivos de Coronavirus, informó el Presidente de la compañía, Pablo Ceriani. Se trata de servicios prestados por las aeronaves Embraer 190, cuyo personal de mantenimiento se encuentra aislado por haberse detectado la enfermedad. “La situación de aumento de contagios en todo el país también afecta al personal de Aerolíneas y nos obliga a modificar nuestra operación. En esta oportunidad, tuvimos que trasladar vuelos de aeroparque a Ezeiza por contagios en nuestro equipo técnico. Estamos realizando un esfuerzo muy grande para sostener las operaciones y cumplir con los pasajeros y pasajeras. De acuerdo con la compañía aérea este es un paso importante que les permitirá ordenar de manera exitosa los pasivos, así como brindar seguridad a los proveedores y trabajadores, a la vez de lograr una sólida base que les permita la recuperación del negocio y su viabilidad futura. “En los próximos días estaremos hablando con todos nuestros proveedores a fin de iniciar un proceso ordenado de reestructura, para ello hemos integrado un equipo de trabajo con algunos de los más importantes despachos profesionales que nos acompañarán en este proceso de reestructuración”, indicó en un comunicado la aerolínea.

Asimismo, precisó que en la parte legal serán representados por el despacho Alarcón & Méndez, en el análisis fiscal cuentan con el respaldo de Mena Contadores 1915, mientras que en la asesoría financiera serán asistidos por Grupo Agross, además de un equipo de profesionales dedicados a encontrar las mejores soluciones para todos los implicados.

La aerolínea señaló que en los próximos días mantendrá conversaciones con todos sus proveedores con el objetivo de iniciar un proceso ordenado de reestructuración. La Asamblea General se efectuará el Lunes 26 de Abril de 2021 a las 11:00 hs, para realizar la primera convocatoria. El objetivo de la primera reunión de los accionistas y la administración de Interjet será la revisión y aprobación de la información financiera de Interjet durante los ejercicios 2020 y el primer trimestre de 2021. La segunda reunión abordarán la integración del capital social de la aerolínea. La tercer reunión estará focalizada en la presentación contable y financiera que permitirá la factibilidad de apegarse a un Concurso Mercantil. La cuarta reunión será la revisión y aprobación de los asesores que ayudaría en el proceso concursal. La quinta reunión se buscará aprobar la propuesta eventual para la revocación y otorgamiento de poderes en la compañía y finalmente, se llevarán a cabo las resoluciones sobre el nombramiento de delegados especiales de la Asamblea que ejecuten y formalicen las resoluciones adoptadas.

La aerolínea de presupuesto Interjet había perdido en 2020 la mayor parte de su flota después de que los arrendadores retuvieran casi la totalidad de los 66 aviones de la flota Airbus, aunque varios de ellos posteriormente sufrieron desguaces y otros no se encontraban en condiciones técnicas de repatriar. Ante la escasez de flota, la aerolínea tenía que recurrir a la reutilización de la línea de aviones rusos Sukhoi SSJ-100 para continuar volando escasas rutas. Hacia el 11 de Diciembre de 2020, la compañía había presentado la Convocatorio de Acreedores y sus trabajadores iniciaron un proceso de huelga durante los primeros días de Enero 2021 ante la falta de respuestas.

Al presente, Interjet ha expresado que estaría buscando adherirse a un concurso mercantil en México y a un proceso de Capítulo 11 en Estados Unidos, además de obtener un financiamiento por valor de US$ 1.000 millones de Dólares con el objetivo de reiniciar operaciones hacia mitad de año entre Junio y Julio 2021 adecuando una flota inicial de alrededor de quince aviones. Aunque la aerolínea ha especificado las intenciones de reestablecer las operaciones, expertos en la materia señalaron que los planes de la aerolínea eran muy ambiciosos y que sería un suicidio financiero aplicar conjuntamente a Concurso Mercantil mexicano y el Capítulo 11 de la Ley de Quiebras de Estados Unidos.

Aeronavegantes solicita también testeos empleados

La compañía aérea Aerolíneas Argentinas ha estado sufriendo en los últimos días una serie de reclamos gremiales respecto a las solicitadas de maximizar los testeos en los empleados después de un creciente número de infectados. El turno de la Asociación de Aeronavegantes de Argentina (AAA), mediante una carta firmada por su Secretario General Juan Pablo Brey, ha sido dirigida a Pablo Ceriani, Presidente de Aerolíneas Argentinas, que reitera el pedido de un plan de vacunación para los Tripulantes Cabina Pasajeros (TCP). En el pedido se detalla que la actividad por los representados se desarrolla en un ambiente de alta circulación de personas, lo que eleva las probabilidades de contagio y de transmisión del virus COVID-19 hacia otras personas. La carta hace referencia además a los planteos realizados sobre el tema por la Confederación Argentina de Trabajadores del Transporte (CATT) y la Federación Internacional de Transporte (ITF) que consideran necesaria la vacunación en el corto plazo de todos los Aeronavegantes.

El Sindicato de Aeronavegantes se suma a los reclamos efectuados por la Asociación de Personal Técnico Aeronáutico (APTA) para establecer mayores protocolos de asistencia a los cuidados de la salud de los empleados de la aerolínea que continúan su exposición a la vulnerabilidad frente a la pandemia actual.

Aerolíneas Argentinas continúa desarrollando un papel preponderante en el transporte y logística de traslado de las vacunas a Argentina, lo que requiere una mayor optimización de los recursos para establecer protocolos más exhaustivos de prevención contra el Coronavirus.
