Air France ha confirmado primer A220-300 en 09/2021

Air France ha anunciado la renovación de la flota de corto y medio recorrido con la entrega del primer Airbus A220 ordenados por Air France. La aerolínea ha establecido una orden para sesenta unidades de la variante de mayor tamaño A220-300. Airbus presentó por primera vez la familia A220 en 2018, después de haber cambiado el nombre de la CSeries de Bombardier Aerospace después de que Airbus tomara una participación mayoritaria en el programa de aviones comerciales regionales.

Los Airbus A220-300 de Air France tendrán una configuración para 149 asientos en un diseño de 3-2, y el avión ofrecerá conectividad wifi a bordo. La compañía ha destacado los beneficios para los clientes que ofrecen estas aeronaves. Los A220 reemplazarán gradualmente a los aviones A318 y A319 de la aerolínea.

Justicia México embarga a Interjet por incumplimientos de pagos

La Presidente de la Junta Federal de Conciliación y Arbitraje (JFCA), María Eugenia Navarrete Rodríguez, ordenó el embargo precautorio de Interjet (ABC Aerolíneas S.A.), hasta por MX$ 1.379 millones de Pesos mexicanos, por el incumplimiento de salarios a pilotos, sobrecargos y trabajadores sindicalizados. El embargo alcanza desde slots, rutas, marcas, inmuebles, empresas, cuentas bancarias, y todo aquello bajo propiedad de ABC Aerolíneas. “Es un hecho del dominio público que la empresa enfrenta una situación financiera que la coloca en riesgo de insolvencia, por lo que se procede a obsequiar la medida cautelar y se decretar embargo precautorio de ABC Aerolíneas hasta por la cantidad de MX$ 1,379.642,427.54 Pesos”, dice Navarrete Rodríguez, encargada de resolver conflictos laborales entre empleados, sindicatos y empresas.

El 25 de Mayo de 2021, la Junta Federal de Conciliación y Arbitraje ordenó embargar “todo lo que se encuentra integrado por el conjunto de bienes y servicios para que haga frente a lo adeudado por ABC Aerolíneas”. Esto solicitado por Francisco Joaquín del Olmo Martínez, secretario general del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores Empleados de Comunicaciones y Transportes Aéreo, Marítimo y Terrestre de México, dentro del pliego de peticiones que presentó a la JFCA. Un Juez Federal giró una orden de aprehensión en contra el empresario Miguel Alemán Magnani, debido a la presunta defraudación fiscal por más de MX$ 66 millones de Pesos/US$ +3 millones de Dólares a través de la aerolínea Interjet. De acuerdo a autoridades del Poder Judicial de la Federación (PJF), la orden de arresto responde a una solicitud de la Fiscalía General de la República (FGR), quien inició una carpeta judicial en contra de Alemán Magnani luego de que la Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público (SHCP) interpusiera la denuncia.

Arriba de China vuelo con más de 760 mil dosis de la Sinopharm

Un nuevo vuelo de Aerolíneas Argentinas que llegó este viernes proveniente desde la República Popular de China con una partida de más de 760.000 vacunas Sinopharm, la Argentina superó los 28 millones de dosis contra el Coronavirus recibidas desde el inicio del plan de vacunación. El Airbus 330-200, matrícula LV-FVH, bajo el número AR1073, aterrizó en el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza, proveniente de Beijing a las 19:19 hs, con un cargamento de 768.000 vacunas de Sinopharm, precisaron fuentes oficiales. Se trata del segundo vuelo de un operativo que comenzó la semana pasada y que le permitirá a la Argentina recibir 8 millones de Sinoparhm en los próximos diez días, sobre un total 24 millones acordado con el China National Pharmaceutical Group Corp previstas entre Julio y Septiembre de 2021.

El primero de los vuelos de este megaoperativo partió el Viernes 02/07 de la semana pasada y regresó el Domingo 04/07 con 768.000 dosis, en tanto el Miércoles 07/07 partió el segundo, que aterrizó ayer a la tarde en Beijing. Para el total del operativo se utilizan tres aviones Airbus 330-200 de la flota de largo alcance de Aerolíneas Argentinas, que irán haciendo los recorridos durante los próximos tres meses para cumplimentar las dosis restantes del programa. Actualmente, Argentina recibió más de 28 millones de vacunas.

“Son 8 millones de vacunas en un plazo de 15 días, un esfuerzo logístico muy grande que nos permite traer una cantidad de dosis muy importante y que van a permitir seguir vacunando a un buen ritmo”, señaló el titular de Aerolíneas Argentinas, Pablo Ceriani.

Aerolíneas lleva completados hasta ahora treinta vuelos para el transporte de vacunas desde el inicio de la pandemia, de los cuales nueve tuvieron como destino a Beijing y en los cuales se trajeron al país 6.731.200 de dosis. Además, se concretaron hasta ahora veintiún vuelos a Moscú en los que se transportaron 11.263.375 dosis de la vacuna producida por el Instituto Gamaleya, por lo que, en el total de operaciones realizadas por la línea de bandera, se trasladaron 17.994.575 de dosis. Además, hubo otros vuelos con vacunas, como el del sistema Covax.

Nuevos vuelos a Rusia

Parte un nuevo vuelo de Aerolíneas Argentinas a buscar vacunas Sputnik V. El Airbus 330-200, bajo el número de vuelo AR1064, ha partido con destino al Aeropuerto Moscú/Sheremetievo a las 07:30 hs. desde el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza. El regreso se encuentra programado para alrededor de las 22:00 hs. Domingo 11/07. “Queremos anunciar que mañana 07:30 a.m. parte un nuevo vuelo de Aerolíneas a Moscú para traer más dosis de Sputnik V. Es la operación número 31 que realizamos en búsqueda de más dosis para la mayor campaña de vacunación de la historia”, escribió Pablo Ceriani, CEO de la compañía. Aerolíneas Argentinas lleva completados un total de 21 vuelos a Moscú en los que se transportaron 11.263.375 dosis de la vacuna producida por el Instituto Gamaleya.

Aerolíneas Argentinas anunció este Jueves 08/07 modificaciones en su política comercial, en los que contempla la posibilidad de que los pasajeros puedan acceder a un cambio de fecha de viaje libre de cargos y penalidades hasta el 30 de Abril de 2022, siempre que se respete la temporada original. Los pasajeros deberán definir su nueva fecha y cambiar sus tickets antes del vencimiento del pasaje, que es de un año a partir de la fecha de emisión.

La política comercial superflex establecida por la empresa consiste en poder realizar un único cambio libre de cargos por diferencias de tarifa y penalidades para todos los tickets de la red internacional/regional emitidos hasta el 1 de Junio de 2021 inclusive que aun no hayan realizado ningún cambio, precisaron fuentes de la compañía. La modificación introducida permitirá a los pasajeros cambiar la fecha de ticket para volar hasta el 30 de Abril del 2022 dejando sin efecto la fecha anterior del 15 de Diciembre de 2021 y respetando siempre la temporada original. Esta modificación no aplica a los tickets domésticos, para ellos la última fecha de viaje permitida para no abonar diferencias de tarifa ni penalidades sigue siendo 15 de Diciembre 2021. Desde el año pasado, Aerolíneas Argentinas ha llevado adelante una política flexible permitiendo a los pasajeros cambiar voluntariamente la fecha de su viaje sin costos adicionales.

Corte Suprema Uruguay confirma condena a ex-CEO de BROU

La sentencia de veinte meses de cárcel del ex-Director Ejecutivo del Banco República de Uruguay (BROU), Fernando Calloia, fue confirmada el Martes 06/07 por la Corte Suprema de Uruguay, extinguiendo así la cadena de apelaciones disponibles para el acusado involucrado en escándalo para comprar aviones a la aerolínea uruguaya PLUNA Líneas Aéreas.

Fernando Calloia fue hallado culpable de abuso de funciones al otorgar una garantía de US$ 12 millones a la firma Cosmo Líneas Aéreas, para la adquisición de la aeronave perteneciente a la antigua aerolínea de bandera PLUNA. La sentencia también incluye una multa de UY$ 1.337.000 Pesos Uruguayos/US$ 30.560 y la inhabilitación para ocupar cargos públicos por dos años. Pero Fernando Calloia no tendrá que cumplir ningún tiempo real de prisión porque se le ha concedido la libertad condicional. Fernando Calloia fue Presidente del BROU durante el Gobierno de José Mujica.

En el momento de su liquidación, en 2012, PLUNA acumuló un pasivo de US$ 300 millones, y en un intento por recuperar algo, los siete aviones de la compañía fueron puestos a subasta. El 1 de Octubre de 2012, durante la subasta, Hernán Calvo Gómez, en representación de Cosmo Líneas Aéreas, quiso comprar los aviones. Calvo Gómez era el padrino de los nietos de Juan Carlos López Mena, propietario de Buquebús, que quería hacerse cargo de los aviones y actuaba a través de esta otra empresa.

El fallo de la Corte Suprema de Uruguay del Martes 06/07 fue respaldado por unanimidad por sus cinco miembros. La Corte de Apelaciones había indicado que Fernando Calloia actuó deliberada y conscientemente para hacer viable de manera claramente abusiva y arbitraria la presentación de la empresa Cosmo, que luego se demostró que estaba vinculada al propietario de Buquebus, Juan Carlos López Ore.

Fernando Calloia ordenó al entonces Gerente de la división de negocios del BROU, Raúl García, otorgar el aval tras recibir la llamada del entonces Ministro de Economía, Fernando Lorenzo, por lo que los servicios técnicos del banco se saltaron todas y cada una de las más elementales reglas de prudencia que debe tener la actividad bancaria. Raúl García había testificado que había informado a Calloia que no se cumplían las condiciones para la garantía. «Calloia me dice que fue un asunto de interés nacional […] que contaba con el consentimiento de los directores de bancos necesarios para ello». También ha expresado que López Mena fue quien informara que emitiera los documentos a nombre de Cosmo Líneas Aéreas, una firma que notoriamente sirvió como fachada, según la fiscalía.

Fiji Airways ha recibido el último de los cinco aviones Boeing 737-8 MAX que ha solicitado a la compañía Boeing. Gobierno-aerolíneas sin acuerdos por cupos aéreos

El Gobierno de Argentina, las líneas aéreas junto con la Asociación Internacional de Transporte Aéreo (IATA) se han reunido este Martes 06/07 por la mañana de manera virtual para intentar arribar a un acuerdo respecto al cupo de tráfico aéreo impuesto por la autoridades el 25 de Junio de 2021 que limita a 600 pasajeros por día con máximo para el ingreso al país lo que generó un fuerte reclamo de los argentinos varados en el exterior. La reunión ha tenido una duración de unos minutos para establecer los planteamientos de ambas partes. No ha existido ningún anuncio o definición sobre determinaciones con el cupo de vuelos desde el exterior que puede aterrizar en la Argentina y los pasajeros que se encuentran varados.

Por parte del Gobierno nacional participó la titular de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), Paola Tamburelli; y el secretario de Planificación, Gastón Jaques. En tanto que en representación de Iata participó María José Taveira, representante regional de la entidad en Argentina, Paraguay y Uruguay; Alejandro Muñoz Torres, Miembro de Relaciones Exteriores para América Latina y el Caribe; Lars Pottgiesser, Jefe de Desarrollo Comercial para la región de las Américas. No estuvieron presentes el Ministro de Transporte, Alexis Guerrera, tampoco Peter Cerdá, Vicepresidente para las Américas de la IATA, ni el Jefe de Gabinete de Ministros, Santiago Cafiero, cuya presencia habían reclamado tanto IATA como JURCA (Cámara de Líneas Aéreas en Argentina).

La asociación de la IATA ha insistido con el levantamiento de los cupos impuestos de pasajeros para los vuelos internacionales, como así también saber qué va a pasar la próxima semana con la finalización o no de las restricciones a los cupos aéreos hacia el 12/07.

El 30 de Junio de 2021, la asociación de empresas aéreas había rechazado participar de un encuentro cuando advirtieron que no estaría presente el Jefe de Gabinete, Santiago Cafiero, quien fue el responsable de la firma de la Decisión Administrativa Nº 643, que redujo de 2.000 a 600 la cantidad de pasajeros del exterior que pueden ingresar por día a la Argentina.

“Por supuesto que IATA representa los intereses de las líneas aéreas. Ellos plantearon reducir las restricciones de los vuelos en la República Argentina.
