La aerolínea low cost de Argentina, Flybondi incorporó su quinto Boeing 737-800 a su flota

Flybondi Líneas Aéreas ha sumado un nuevo Boeing 737-800 a su flota homogeneizada de 737 Next Generation. Es el quinto avión que ingresó a Argentina para volar en la low cost. El registro del Boeing 737-8BK es el LV-HFQ, con MSN 33029/1945.

El quinto avión Boeing 737-800 arribó a Argentina proveniente desde Hamilton, Canadá el día 15 Junio 2018, efectuando una escala técnica en San José de Costa Rica, en donde pernoctó antes de partir hacia Santa Cruz de la Sierra (Bolivia), con destino final Córdoba, Argentina.

A las 19:06 del Sábado, 16 Junio 2018 aterrizó en el Aeropuerto Internacional Ing. Ambrosio Taravella de la ciudad de Córdoba el Boeing 737-800 con registro LV-HFQ de Flybondi, la quinta aeronave de la flota de la primera low cost argentina. La aeronave, número de serie SN33029, ingresó al servicio comercial en Mayo 2006, volando con diferentes operadores del mundo.

La nueva aeronave Boeing 737-800 de Flybondi incorpora Winglets Scimitar, que son aletas de puntas de alas mejoradas a las convencionales empleadas en los primeros 737 Next Generation. Andes Líneas Aéreas fue la primera compañía en introducir esta variante en Argentina.

La matriz de JetBlue estudia la creación de Moxy Airlines

David Neeleman, el creador de JetBlue Airways Corp. con US$ 100 millones de dólares en 2000, está recaudando dinero para lanzar un nuevo operador de bajo costo enfocado en aeropuertos secundarios en los EEUU.

Cuestión técnica genera más cancelaciones de vuelos para PSA Airlines

Tres días después de que un problema técnico inicial con PSA Airlines resultara en la cancelación de más de 100 vuelos de Charlotte, las demoras y cancelaciones continúan interrumpiendo los planes de viaje.

Aerolíneas Argentinas está cumpliendo con los procesos de mejoras

Aerolíneas Argentinas está mostrando signos positivos en una constante disminución en los subsidios del Estado argentino. Tras muchos años de pésima administración y corrupción, la aerolínea de la República Argentina está saliendo del riesgo de la inviabilidad económica, de los efectos negativos de prestigio que supo tener.

El Grupo Aerolíneas está atravesando el último período de turbulencias. Por primera vez desde 1996 para Aerolíneas Argentinas y desde 2004 para Austral Líneas Aéreas, las autoridades del grupo aéreo presentaron en tiempo y forma los estados contables correspondientes al ejercicio cerrado en 2017. Del balance presentado se desprenden noticias alentadoras. La primera de ellas está relacionada con los subsidios que recibe. Del pico en 2012 de US$ 899 millones de dólares, la cifra se redujo a US$ 183 millones en 2017, estimándose para este año una necesidad de US$ 82 millones de dólares, en tanto para el 2019, según el CEO Mario Dell’Acqua, no será necesario recurrir a subsidio alguno, devolviendo así la autogestión en el Grupo Aerolíneas.

El Grupo Aerolíneas comunicó que la compañía se desprenderá de todos los activos que no sean vitales para la operación, entre otros, sucursales en varias ciudades del interior y del exterior. Finalmente, en lo que hace a los resultados del ejercicio 2017, el balance del Grupo Aerolíneas muestra ingresos por AR$ 39.028 millones de pesos, lo que representa un alza del 97% respecto de 2015. En lo que hace al resultado, en 2017 la empresa registró una pérdida de AR$ 6.312 millones de pesos, un 32% menos que los AR$ 9.278 millones de 2015.

Aerolíneas también ha reducido los gastos que se emiten para las agencias operadoras turísticas, con el fin de equilibrar las cuentas, llevando a cero el pago en concepto de comisiones a las agencias de viajes, así como a las operadoras de Internet. El primer recorte a las agencias fue en 2016, durante la gestión de Isela Costantini, quien bajó la comisión que se le pagaba a la totalidad de las agencias turísticas, de 3% a 1%. La eliminación del pago de comisiones implicará un ahorro que va de US$ 10 a 15 millones de dólares.

Aerolíneas Argentinas comunicó un ahorro de US$ 29 millones de dólares anuales en los contratos con su sistema de reservas, check-in y gestión aeroportuaria. Los servicios de sistema de reservas de la empresa Sabre fueron mejorados. El nuevo convenio trae mejoras en las obligaciones contractuales y funcionalidades de los sistemas de reserva.

El gerente general del grupo, Abbott Reynal, mencionó: «Tenemos el 74% del mercado de cabotaje y el 25 por ciento del internacional, pero de un mercado que ha crecido mucho». Desde 2015 los asientos por kilómetro ofrecidos aumentaron un 10 por ciento, el factor de ocupación pasó de 77,6% a 80,3% y los pasajeros aumentaron un 20 por ciento, de 10,9 millones en 2015 a 13,3 millones en 2017.

Norwegian Air Argentina adelanta avances en la planificación de su start-up

Después de la devolución del único avión Boeing 737-800 que tenía preparado para el inicio de las operaciones, Norwegian Air Argentina adelanta algunas novedades en la planificación de sus comienzos como operador aéreo en la República Argentina.

Dentro de las novedades, la línea aérea low cost Norwegian Air Argentina firmará el próximo lunes un acuerdo con el Gobierno de Córdoba para convertir el Aeropuerto Ambrosio Taravella de Córdoba en una de sus principales bases de operaciones en el país. Córdoba será una de los principales aeropuertos de operación, pero que no es excluyente, ya que hay conversaciones con otras administraciones provinciales entre las que mencionaron Mendoza, Salta, Jujuy, Neuquén y Santa Fe.

Primeras rutas aéreas

Desde Norwegian indicaron que seguramente las primeras rutas que operarán – tienen adjudicadas 152, de las cuales 72 son domésticas y 80 internacionales- serán las más demandadas como Córdoba-Buenos Aires y Mendoza, Salta, Iguazú y Bariloche. Rosario será otra plaza fuerte que tendrá Norwegian Air Argentina que también espera incorporar para vuelos de cabotaje.

Norwegian Air Argentina ha comunicado que el comienzo de las operaciones será a partir del 4Q2018. Para el último trimestre la empresa espera contar entre dos y seis aviones Boeing 737-800, con una fuerza laboral de alrededor de 100 empleados. PSA Airlines cancela cientos de vuelos por problemas técnicos

American Airlines dice que se ha resuelto un problema técnico que forzó a uno de sus operadores regionales, PSA Airlines a cancelar cientos de vuelos.

Un comunicado de la compañía dice que el operador de PSA Airlines canceló 275 vuelos el jueves y alrededor de 400 vuelos el viernes debido a un problema técnico. Aerolíneas Argentinas tiene demoras en sus vuelos por una asamblea sorpresiva

Este viernes a la mañana, Aerolíneas Argentinas ha sufrido demoras de quince vuelos en Aeroparque por una asamblea sorpresiva del gremio Asociación de Personal Técnico Aeronáutico (APTA).

La aerolínea estatal aseguró que se trata de un grupo de 10 personas que impiden el despacho de los vuelos y calificó de injustificada la medida por no haber comunicado cuál es el reclamo. La asamblea arrancó a las 7:00 hs. Ante el reclamo de la compañía, el ministerio de Trabajo dictó la conciliación obligatoria a partir de las diez de la mañana de este viernes por el plazo de 15 días.

Los trabajadores son del área de Despacho Operativo. Por regulaciones, en la Argentina el despacho de los vuelos se hace en el lugar de despegue, cuando en otros países se puede hacer en forma remota. «La medida no ha tenido ninguna justificación y hasta el día de ayer había una mesa de diálogo permanente abierta con el sindicato que encabeza Ricardo Cirielli. Por esa razón es que apenas una decena de personas puede trabar el trabajo de 12.500 empleados de Aerolíneas y provocar demoras a miles de pasajeros», dice Aerolíneas en un comunicado.

Este jueves, otro gremio aeronáutico, APA, había recurrido a la misma metodología de convocar asambleas sin previo aviso para generar demoras en los vuelos. La situación pudo ser resuelta por Aerolíneas. Dos semanas atrás, habían hecho lo mismo los pilotos agremiados en APLA.

This Friday morning, Aerolíneas Argentinas has suffered delays of fifteen flights in Aeroparque by a surprise assembly of the Association of Aeronautical Technical Personnel (APTA).

The state airline said that it is a group of 10 people who prevent the release of flights and described the measure as unjustified for not having communicated the claim. The assembly started at 7 in the morning. Before the claim of the company, the Ministry of Labor issued the mandatory conciliation from ten in the morning of this Friday for the period of 15 days.

The workers are from the Operating Dispatch area. By regulations, in Argentina the dispatch of the flights is done in the place of takeoff, when in other countries it can be done remotely. «The measure has not had any justification and until yesterday there was a permanent dialogue table with the union led by Ricardo Cirielli, which is why only a dozen people can put the work of 12,500 Aerolíneas employees to work delays to thousands of passengers», says Aerolíneas in a statement.

This Thursday, another aeronautical union, APA, had resorted to the same methodology of convening assemblies without prior notice to generate delays in flights. The situation could be resolved by Aerolíneas. Two weeks ago, the pilots unionized in APLA had done the same. A \ W
