Nueva aerolínea Aerus preferencia contratación personal Aeromar
Aerus, una aerolínea startup de México ha confirmado la puesta en marcha del proyecto donde incluirán a los trabajadores de la ex-aerolínea Aeromar y los considera como candidatos preferentes para cubrir puestos en la compañía. La nueva línea aérea reconoce la experiencia de los trabajadores de Aeromar, aerolínea que anunció el cierre de sus operaciones recientemente. “Lamentamos el cierre definitivo de operaciones de Aeromar, empresa con más de 35 años de operación, por lo cual brindamos nuestra solidaridad a todos sus colaboradores”, dijo Aerus en un comunicado.
La nueva aerolínea Aerus, que planea iniciar operaciones en el primer trimestre de este año (1Q2023), informó que considerará preferentemente personal de Aeromar para contratarlos. En un comunicado, la empresa indicó que esta decisión se tomó porque se reconoce la experiencia de estos trabajadores, que llevan varios años en el sector de la aviación.
Aerus, que tendrá su base de operaciones en el aeropuerto Mariano Escobedo, Monterrey, México, realizará una inversión aproximada de US$ 98 millones de Dólares en los próximos tres años, con la perspectiva de incrementar la flota de tres a catorce aeronaves para 2025.
En una primera etapa, la aerolínea tendrá rutas a Coahuila, Tamaulipas, norte de Veracruz, y centro y sur de Texas, Estados Unidos, con una fuerza laboral total de 80 trabajadores. Los aviones empleados Cessna C208 con capacidad para 19 pasajeros permitirán adaptarse perfectamente al turismo de negocios, que será el principal mercado que cubrirán con la compañía, informó Aerus.

Nueva aerolínea Aerus
Aerus es una aerolínea comercial con sede en Monterrey que forma parte del Grupo Herrera, que se fundó en 1941 y se especializa en las industrias automotriz, financiera y hotelera. Iniciará sus operaciones en el primer trimestre de 2023 en el noreste de México, con el objetivo de cubrir rutas nacionales e internacionales desatendidas. Recientemente, Eviation Aircraft y Aerus firmaron una carta de intención de compra (LOI) por 30 aviones de pasajeros eléctricos Alice, siendo la primera compañía de Latinoamérica y Caribe en interesarse por aeronaves eléctricas o hibridas.
Textron Aviation anunció que Aerus, una nueva aerolínea regional en México, está lanzando su flota con la compra de dos (2) turbohélices bimotores Cessna SkyCourier configurados para 19 pasajeros y cuatro (4) turbohélices Cessna Grand Caravan EX. La aerolínea recibió recientemente los tres primeros aviones Grand Caravan EX. El Cessna SkyCourier y el Cessna Grand Caravan EX están diseñados y fabricados por Textron Aviation Inc., una compañía de Textron Inc.
“Una flota de Cessna SkyCouriers y Cessna Grand Caravans permitirá a Aerus tener éxito en el aumento de la gama de servicios y la frecuencia de los vuelos. Ambos aviones ofrecen un rendimiento superior y bajos costos operativos en combinación con flexibilidad en la cabina y la carga útil”, dijo Marcelo Moreira, Vicepresidente de Ventas, región de América Latina, Textron Aviation.
Los aviones Cessna SkyCourier y Grand Caravan EX son herramientas comerciales versátiles y confiables que permiten a clientes como Aerus cumplir sus misiones. Con sede en Monterrey, México, Aerus cubrirá rutas nacionales e internacionales no atendidas para satisfacer las necesidades de sus clientes.

Nuevo competidor mexicano
En un mercado dominado por Volaris, Viva Aerobus y Aeromexico con más del 97% de la oferta, la competencia entre los operadores regionales se reduce a TAR Aerolíneas y Calafia Airlines. Calafia Airlines, fundada en 1992, es la aerolínea regional más grande del noroeste de México. Dispone de una flota de dos Embraer 120ER y cuatro ERJ 145 que conectan a 21 ciudades. Durante el primer cuatrimestre (enero-abril) de 2022 transportó 46,211 viajeros. Aero Servicios Guerrero (ASG) es otra aerolínea que otorga conectividad en el noroeste del país. Su flota está compuesta por tres Cessna Grand Caravan y dos Cessna 402, que conectan a 11 ciudades en Baja California, Baja California Sur, Sinaloa y Sonora.
Según el sitio web de Aerus, la compañía tiene como objetivo “atender las necesidades de transporte aéreo regular, con los más altos estándares de seguridad y calidad, en las regiones del país que aún no cuentan con conectividad aérea, coadyuvando al desarrollo económico y turístico del país”.
