Vueling recibe primer A321NEO de su flota

La compañía española Vueling Airlines ha introducido el primer Airbus A321NEO a su flota. El avión fue entregado en Hamburgo, Alemania, donde Airbus termina el ensamblaje, arrobando su primer avión a Barcelona. La nueva introducción del modelo A321NEO se suma a los 125 aviones de la compañía, con una flota de A320NEO (25), A320CEO (77) y A319 (6) unidades. La compañía había arrendado a su flota histórica aviones A321CEO una versión anterior. El modelo A321NEO permitirá transportar más pasajeros a destinos más lejanos optimizando los vuelos de mediano recorrido. El avión es el primero de nueve que la aerolínea tiene encargados a Airbus.

La primer aeronave Airbus A321NEO (New Engine Option) posee registro de Número de Serie SN11135, perteneciendo a la subvariante A321-271NX. Su registro de la prueba ha sido D-AVWS. Propulsa a la aeronave dos motores Pratt & Whitney PW PW1133G. Su matrícula española corresponde a EC-NYC.

Vueling no ha detallado a qué rutas aplicará la nueva aeronave introducida Los principales puntos de operación de Vueling son: Barcelona (Hub), Paris/Orly, en Francia, Fiumicino y Florencia en Italia y, después, en menor medida, otros aeropuertos dentro de estos países y de España, además de Londres/Gatwick, en el Reino Unido.

The Spanish company Vueling Airlines has introduced the first Airbus A321NEO to its fleet. The plane was delivered in Hamburg, Germany, where Airbus ends the assembly, running its first plane to Barcelona. The new introduction of the A321NEO model adds to the 125 company aircraft, with an A320NEO (25), A320CEO (77) and A319 (6) units fleets. The company had leased to its historical fleet A321CEO aircraft an earlier version. The A321NEO model will transport more passengers to farther destinations optimizing medium -way flights. Vueling has not detailed to which routes the new aircraft introduced the main dump points introduced they are: Barcelona (Hub), Paris/Orly, in France, Fuster and Florence in Italy and, then, to a lesser extent, other airports within these countries and Spain, in addition to London/Gatwick, in the United Kingdom.
