Norwegian Air Argentina iniciará operaciones el 16 Octubre 2018

Norwegian Air Argentina incursiona como nuevo operador en la República Argentina de la mano de su matriz Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA. La nueva aerolínea low cost se incorpora al esquema del mercado doméstico en Argentina sumando más competitividad y mayor oferta de mercado.

La ANAC Argentina inspecciona las oficinas centrales y operaciones de Norwegian Air Argentina para tener todo listo para su start-up con su vuelo inaugural el 16 Octubre 2018.

Vuelo inaugural

La programación del primer vuelo será el 16 Octubre 23018 a las 07:30 hs con su vuelo inaugural DN 6022 desde Aeroparque-Córdoba. El vuelo inaugural arribará al Aeropuerto de Córdoba a las 09:00 hs. Su retorno como DN 6023 a las 09:30 hs, arribando a Aeroparque a las 11:00 hs, completando así la primera ruta. La segunda ruta, Buenos Aires-Mendoza, despegará a las 11:40 hs. A las 17:20 hs, decolará el tercer vuelo, la segunda frecuencia diaria a Córdoba. Inicialmente Norwegian Air Argentina operará dos vuelos diarios entre Buenos Aires y Córdoba y un vuelo diario entre Buenos Aires y Mendoza.

El sistema de red de servicios en esta primera etapa continuará con Neuquén y Iguazú para el 19 Noviembre 2018; Bariloche el 12 Diciembre 2018; Salta el 7 Enero de 2019. Mendoza incorporará el 19 Noviembre 2018 tres frecuencias diarias (3Fq/D), Córdoba a partir del 12 Diciembre 2018 cinco vuelos diarios (5Fq/D), e Iguazú desde 7 Enero 2019 con dos frecuencias diarias (2Fq/D).

Flota aviones

La aerolínea Norwegian Air Argentina que en un principio había incorporado el Boeing 737-800 LV-HQH con la insignia de Astor Piazzolla, luego que la aerolínea matriz lo reacomodara en Norwegian Air UK por necesidades operativas de urgencia, vuele a la Argentina después de volar en Europa a atender demandas de capacidad de la casa matriz. Norwegian Air Argentina incorporará en breve tres Boeing 737-800 adicionales. La nueva low cost argentina estima sumar 15 Boeing 737-800 para ampliar su flota y demanda de rutas.

Norwegian Air Argentina will begin operations on October 16, 2018

Inaugural flight

The programming of the first flight will be on October 16, 23018 at 07:30 hs with its inaugural flight DN 6022 from Aeroparque-Córdoba. The inaugural flight will arrive at Córdoba Airport at 09:00 hs. His return as DN 6023 at 09:30 hs, arriving at Aeroparque at 11:00 hs, thus completing the first route. Singapore Airlines ha recibido hoy la primera aeronave Airbus A350-900ULR del mundo de Airbus

Es el primero de siete A350-900ULR (ultra larga distancia) en orden firme y entrará en servicio el 11 de octubre de 2018, operando el vuelo comercial más largo del mundo entre Singapur y el Aeropuerto Internacional Newark Liberty.

Singapore Airlines es el cliente de lanzamiento del nuevo A350-900ULR, que puede volar hasta 9,700 millas náuticas (nm) o más de 20 horas sin parar. El vuelo a Nueva York cubrirá una distancia de aproximadamente 9,000nm (16,700km), con un tiempo de viaje de hasta 18 horas y 45 minutos. La aeronave está configurada en un diseño de dos clases, con 67 asientos de Clase Ejecutiva y 94 asientos de Clase Económica Premium.

Airbus ha hecho entrega a Singapore Airlines del primero de siete A350-900ULR con el que la aerolínea podrá volar rutas de más de 20 horas sin escalas. Singapore Airlines tiene previsto realizar hoy el vuelo de entrega entre Toulouse y Singapur del primero de sus siete Airbus A350-900ULR, cuya entrega oficial se llevó a cabo ayer día 21 de septiembre.

El A350-900ULR está diseñado para una experiencia de viaje más cómoda con características como techos más altos, ventanas más grandes, un cuerpo extra ancho, cabinas más silenciosas e iluminación diseñada para reducir el jetlag. Su estructura de carbono compuesta también permite una mejor calidad del aire debido a una altitud de cabina y niveles de humedad más optimizados. El A350ULR es una variante del A350-900 con mayor autonomía gracias a su sistema de combustible modificado, que permite cargar 24.000 litros adicionales (para un total de 165.000 litros) sin necesidad de añadir más depósitos; y algunas modificaciones aerodinámicas. Este combustible, junto a la configuración de asientos: 67 de business y 94 en turista premium, permite volar hasta 18.000 km sin escalas.

Los dos primeros A350-900ULR se utilizarán para el lanzamiento de los servicios Singapur-Nueva York, mientras que los posteriores serán utilizados para los servicios Singapur-Los Ángeles a partir del 2 de noviembre de 2018, así como para aumentar la frecuencia en la ruta existente Singapur-San Francisco. A fines de 2018, la aerolínea unirá Singapur y los Estados Unidos con 27 vuelos semanales sin escalas. Con este avión Singapore Airlines retomará la ruta Singapur-Nueva York sin escalas (18 horas y 45 minutos de vuelo) que tuvo que suspender tras retirar de servicio los Airbus A350-500 con los que la cubría. Goh Choon Phong, presidente de Singapore Airlines ha declarado con motivo de la entrega del avión: “Este es un momento de orgullo tanto para Singapore Airlines como para Airbus, no sólo porque hemos vuelto a reforzar nuestra asociación sino, también, porque hemos expandido los límites con este nuevo avión tan avanzado, llevando los vuelos de largo recorrido a distancias no alcanzadas hasta ahora. It is the first of seven A350-900ULR (ultra long distance) in firm order and will enter service on October 11, 2018, operating the longest commercial flight in the world between Singapore and the Newark Liberty International Airport.

Singapore Airlines is the launch customer of the new A350-900ULR, which can fly up to 9,700 nautical miles (nm) or more than 20 hours non-stop. NEW AIRBUS A350-900 ULR FOR SINGAPORE AIRLINES

Airbus has delivered to Singapore Airlines the first of seven A350-900ULR with which the airline can fly routes of more than 20 hours without stops. Singapore Airlines plans to make the delivery flight between Toulouse and Singapore today of the first of its seven Airbus A350-900ULR, whose official delivery took place yesterday September 21.

The A350-900ULR is designed for a more comfortable travel experience with features such as higher ceilings, larger windows, an extra wide body, quieter cabins and lighting designed to reduce jetlag. The first two A350-900ULR will be used for the launch of the Singapore-New York services, while the later ones will be used for the services Singapore-Los Angeles from November 2, 2018, as well as to increase the frequency on the route existing Singapore-San Francisco. By the end of 2018, the airline will link Singapore and the United States with 27 nonstop weekly flights. With this plane, Singapore Airlines will resume the Singapore-New York non-stop route (18 hours and 45 minutes of flight) that it had to suspend after withdrawing the Airbus A350-500 with which it covered it. The first flight is scheduled for next October 11, 2018. Singapore Airlines will also fly nonstop to Los Angeles and San Francisco.

Shanghai Airlines recibe su primer Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner

Boeing ha sumado un nuevo usuario de la familia Boeing 787-9 con la entrega a Shanghai Airlines del primero de tres ejemplares. Con la entrega del nuevo widebody, la aerolínea ha sumado la aeronave número a su flota.

Shanghai Airlines, filial de China Eastern, usará inicialmente el Boeing 787-9 en rutas nacionales como de Shanghai-Chengdu y Shanghai-Beijing y regionales a Japón y Corea del Sur antes de emplearlo en vuelos internacionales de largo radio a nuevos destinos.

Li Yangmin, Vicepresidente de China Eastern Group manifestó que “Estamos muy contentos de recibir el primer Dreamliner para Shanghai Airlines, así como para China Eastern Group. Con la presentación de estos nuevos aviones, China Eastern Group también lanzará oficialmente el sistema líder mundial de servicios de pasajeros de última generación. Confiamos en que todos estos esfuerzos nos ayuden a mejorar nuestros servicios de manera significativa y sabemos que a nuestros pasajeros les encantará”.

Flybondi ofrece empleados participar de las ganancias

Flybondi Líneas Aéreas anunció que compartirá las ganancias que tenga en Argentina con los empleados de la empresa, que son unos 500 en todo el país. «Con esta medida queremos comprometer a todos los empleados con nuestra cultura de cuidado de costos y mejora de productividad». No obstante, Cook adelantó que la empresa no producirá ganancias este año y que confía en que saldrán del pasivo inicial en 2019.

El Director Ejecutivo de la empresa, Julian Cook, explicó que los costos operativos de la aerolínea son entre un 60% y 70% en dólares, los cuales serán compensados con mayores ventas de pasajes. Todo se da en el marco de una actividad compleja que tiene una realidad sindical acorde, con seis gremios diferentes en escena.

En el balance de ocho meses de operaciones de Flybondi, consta que la empresa cuenta con casi 500 empleados, de los cuales hay 100 se sumaron en los últimos meses, cuando la empresa decidió tener un servicio propio de rampa en todos los aeropuertos a los que vuela, y dejar de contratar el servicio de Intercargo. Esto le permitirá, entre otras cosas, volar con normalidad el martes próximo, cuando todos los transportes paren por la huelga general convocada por la CGT.

Flybondi, que tiene previsto invertir en el país US$ 1.100 millones en los próximos cinco años, cuenta en la actualidad con una flota de cinco aviones que vuelan a 13 destinos locales y planea alcanzar las 28 aeronaves en 2021 con 10 millones de pasajeros transportados por año. En noviembre proyectan sumar rutas regionales a Punta del Este y Asunción.

Las aerolíneas de Estados Unidos comenzaron a aplicar aumentos tarifarios en las maletas chequeadas

Las tres principales aerolíneas de Estados Unidos: American Airlines, Delta Air Lines y United Airlines, comenzarán a cobrar US$ 5 dólares más en cada pieza de equipaje chequeada en los vuelos domésticos.
