El Aeropuerto Internacional Rosario/ROS ha recibido una amenaza de bomba el 26/04 por lo que la terminal aeroportuaria fue evacuada por prevención y tomando las medidas de seguridad pertinentes. Una amenaza de bomba en el Aeropuerto Rosario/Islas Malvinas desencadenó la inmediata evacuación de las personas que estaban allí.
La Policía de Seguridad Aeroportuaria (PSA) estuvo al frente del operativo. Cecilia Boero, Vocera del aeropuerto, ha expresado que las operaciones fueron transitoriamente interrumpidas. A las 08:10 recibieron el aviso de evacuación. En ese momento la PSA activó el protocolo específico y tras casi una hora, la actividad volvió a la normalidad.

Continúan reclamos de venta tickets aéreos tras quiebre aerolínea
Alitalia sigue sin resolver los más de 5000 tickets vendidos pre-pandemia y la crisis del cierra de la aerolínea italiana. En este caso van a recibir la devolución del 100% del valor histórico del pasaje, en la misma moneda y por el mismo medio de pago que lo realizaron, ese es su derecho, afirma la profesional que lleva adelante varios casos. Los pasajeros pretenden recibir el dinero del valor actual del ticket, que es mucho mal alto, en parte, por la inflación y la devaluación; mientras que continúa la batalla de las agencias de viajes con ITA Airways que se rehúsan a vender sus tickets hasta que no se normalice la situación con los damnificados.

Aviación comercial muestra señales de reactivación
La aviación comercial en Venezuela se encuentra mostrando señales de una nueva etapa. Aunque todavía continúa en el letargo de lo que ha sido la otrora aviación venezolana, continúa sin vuelos a Colombia y rutas hacia Estados Unidos, pero el sector aéreo ha estado mostrando ciertos avances luego de años de paralización.
Un vuelo directo desde Lisboa aterrizó en Caracas el pasado 22/04, luego de que la aerolínea TAP Air Portugal anunciara la reactivación de esta ruta tras dos años de paralización contará con dos vuelos semanales (2Frq/S) a partir de Junio 2022, entre Maiquetía y Lisboa, Portugal. Otras aerolíneas han iniciado conversaciones para aproximar vuelos a Venezuela como Air France, Aerolíneas Argentinas y Avianca, de acuerdo a las declaraciones desde el Instituto Nacional de Aeronáutica Civil (INAC) y la Asociación de Líneas Aéreas Venezolanas (ALAV). El Presidente del INAC, Juan Teixeira ha resaltado la posibilidad de concretar un intercambio académico con la IATA para continuar elevando el perfil de los profesionales del INAC, y ofrecer el pénsum académico de los centros de capacitación de la institución al resto de la región. En ese sentido, Teixeira ha asegurado que la apuesta es hacia el crecimiento del sector que beneficie a toda la industria.
“Vamos por buen camino pero queda mucho por hacer. Los acercamientos hacia los gremios de aviación internacional, en 20 años se habían ido perdiendo y en los últimos dos años se han ido retomando, al mismo tiempo se ha hecho un trabajo importante entre aeropuertos, buscando conectar aeropuertos nacionales, ahora tendrán conectividad internacional, el de Barquisimeto, Barcelona, que las están recuperando. Se ha hecho un esfuerzo además para reconectar los estados entre sí”, comenta Rodolfo Ruiz, Abogado Aeronáutico.
Las principales aerolíneas internacionales, entre ellas Avianca, Lufthansa German Airlines, Air Canada, Latam Airlines, GOL Linhas Aéreas y Alitalia decidieron retirar sus operaciones de Venezuela, durante el mayor impacto de la crisis económica del país sudamericano en 2017 y las limitaciones operativas y de seguridad que afectaron al sector, que precisamente denunciaba en ese entonces, las deficiencias en las infraestructuras aeroportuarias. La pandemia en Venezuela desde Marzo de 2020 comenzaba a acentuar la ausencia de opciones para traslados hacia el exterior. El cierre de vuelos comerciales, con algunas excepciones como México, Irán, Dominicana y Turquía, obligaron a la población a hacer uso de estas únicas rutas para lograr usarlas como conexiones hacia otros destinos de mayor relevancia, bien sea Colombia o Estados Unidos.
Pocas se mantuvieron presentes en el país, bajo el mandato de Nicolás Maduro, y algunas de las rutas a destinos internacionales cercanos como República Dominicana o Aruba, fueron cubiertas por líneas aéreas nacionales. Conviasa, la aerolínea estatal sancionada por Estados Unidos, fue activando levemente rutas hacia países aliados y ahora cuenta con al menos quince destinos internacionales, al que se le sumará a finales de año la aerolínea Qatar Airways para los únicos vuelos directos hacia al Mundial de Qatar 2022, desde América Latina. Para Rodolfo Ruiz, la razón detrás de la falta de activación de vuelos a Colombia continúa siendo política, mientras que para Estados Unidos depende de los acuerdos que puedan alcanzarse entre ambas administraciones gubernamentales, que recientemente sostuvieron un encuentro de alto nivel tras cuatro años de sanciones económicas, y cuyos resultados están sujetos a la disposición del oficialismo por sentarse nuevamente en la mesa de negociación en México.
“El hecho de que casi todo se maneja en divisas ayuda a que las aerolíneas vuelvan a vernos como una opción, sigue habiendo un recelo igual de parte de algunos, como el caso de Iberia, que pese a contar con autorización del INAC decidió no volar en verano y arrancar sus operaciones firmes después de esa temporada. TAP también está muy precavida. Se supone que también estarán midiendo el mercado, sin embargo vuelos como el de Copa Airlines a Barcelona (Venezuela) son buenas señales”, explica uno de los agentes de Ithaca Travel.
