Acuerdo Kenia-Sudáfrica creación aerolínea panafricana
Los primeros mandatarios de los países de Sudáfrica y Kenia se encuentran gestionando el proyecto para la creación de una aerolínea panafricana. Las aéreas Kenya Airways y South African Airways están colaborando para formar una aerolínea panafricana, informó el diario Kenyan Wall Street Exchange.
El Presidente de Kenia, William Ruto, y su homólogo sudafricano, Cyril Ramaphosa, están discutiendo el plan a un alto nivel. «Hemos acordado que ese acuerdo debe avanzar, ya que presenta una oportunidad para que Sudáfrica y Kenia trabajen juntos para construir una aerolínea panafricana», dijo William Ruto. «Estamos comprometidos a garantizar que el acuerdo que se firmó entre nuestras dos aerolíneas siga adelante. Hay mucho trabajo en marcha a nivel técnico. Esperamos asegurarnos de que el acuerdo que se firmó finalmente genere una aerolínea panafricana», dijo Ramaphosa.
En Noviembre 2021, las aerolíneas South African Airways y Kenya Airways firmaron un marco de asociación estratégica para discutir la formación de una aerolínea panafricana para 2023.

El lanzamiento del Cohete Space Launch System (SLS) de la NASA con la nave espacial Orion a bordo del lanzador móvil en la Plataforma de Lanzamiento 39B están programados para iniciar un nuevo intento para ellanzamiento programado el Miércoles 16 de Noviembre de 2022. Los equipos comenzaron caminatas e inspecciones en la plataforma para evaluar el estado del cohete y la nave espacial después del paso del Huracán Nicole por el Estado de Florida.
La NASA continúa apuntando al lanzamiento de su misión Artemis I desde el Centro Espacial Kennedy de la agencia en Florida a la 01:04 a.m. EST, el Miércoles 16 de Noviembre de 2022, con una ventana de lanzamiento de dos horas para la primera prueba de vuelo integrada de la agencia de su cohete Space Launch System (SLS) y la nave espacial Orion.
Los equipos realizaron evaluaciones exhaustivas en el Complejo de Lanzamiento 39B a partir del Jueves 10/11 por la noche, inspeccionando de cerca SLS, Orion, lanzador móvil y otros activos relacionados con la plataforma para confirmar que no hubo impactos significativos del huracán Nicole, que tocó tierra a más de 70 millas al sur de la plataforma de lanzamiento. Las inspecciones físicas aumentaron el monitoreo remoto a través de sensores y cámaras de alta resolución realizadas durante la tormenta por un equipo en un lugar seguro en Kennedy.
Los ingenieros del Sistema de Lanzamiento Espacial han realizado un análisis detallado para confirmar que los vientos sostenidos y máximos experimentados durante la tormenta no tienen efectos adversos en la resistencia estructural del cohete. Si bien los diferentes vientos máximos fueron medidos por sensores a diferentes alturas en la plataforma, todas las mediciones se mantuvieron por debajo del 75% de los límites de diseño de SLS, que también son intencionalmente conservadores. Los datos de las pruebas con hardware real durante la serie de pruebas estructurales y las pruebas modales, así como otras evaluaciones y modelos, proporcionan confianza de que hay margen más allá de las calificaciones de diseño.
Los técnicos también están trabajando para arreglar varios artículos menores de la tormenta. La mayoría de las reparaciones implican masilla suelta o cubiertas contra el clima. Un umbilical utilizado para proporcionar aire de purga, o condiciones ambientales adecuadas a la nave espacial Orión, estaba fuera de posición. El cordón umbilical mantuvo la purga durante toda la tormenta y se ha reposicionado para permitir una retracción adecuada en el despegue. Los ingenieros también han retirado la tapa dura sobre la ventana del sistema de aborto de lanzamiento instalada antes de la tormenta e inspeccionarán la ventana para confirmar que está en buenas condiciones para el lanzamiento.
Actualmente, como parte de la preparación normal del lanzamiento, los ingenieros están en el proceso de encender elementos de cohetes y naves espaciales para confirmar que todos los sistemas estén en buen estado. Los controles de salud motorizados continuarán hasta el Sábado 12/11. Los ingenieros planean realizar las pruebas finales estándar relacionadas con el software y el hardware requeridas antes del lanzamiento, el Domingo 13/11. El equipo de gestión de la misión Artemis I se reunirá el Domingo 13/11 por la tarde para revisar los preparativos para el lanzamiento.
Artemis I es el primer paso en la próxima era de la exploración humana. Junto con socios comerciales e internacionales, la NASA establecerá una presencia sostenible en la Luna para prepararse para las misiones a Marte.

NASA‘s Space Launch System (SLS) Rocket launches with the Orion spacecraft aboard the mobile launcher at Launch Pad 39B are scheduled to begin a new attempt for a scheduled launch on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Crews began walks and inspections on the platform to assess the state of the rocket and the spacecraft after the passage of Hurricane Nicole through the State of Florida.
NASA continues to target the launch of its Artemis I mission from the agency’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 01:04 a.m. EST, Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022, with a two-hour launch window for the agency’s first integrated flight test of its Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and Orion spacecraft.
Crews conducted extensive assessments at Launch Complex 39B beginning Thursday 11/10 night, closely inspecting SLS, Orion, mobile launcher and other platform-related assets to confirm there were no significant impacts from Hurricane Nicole, which made landfall at more 70 miles south of the launch pad. Physical inspections augmented remote monitoring through high-resolution sensors and cameras conducted during the storm by a team at a secure location in Kennedy.
Space Launch System engineers have performed a detailed analysis to confirm that the sustained and peak winds experienced during the storm have no adverse effect on the rocket’s structural strength. While the different maximum winds were measured by sensors at different heights on the platform, all measurements remained below 75% of the SLS design limits, which are also intentionally conservative. Test data with actual hardware during the structural test series and modal tests, as well as other evaluations and models, provide confidence that there is scope beyond the design qualifications.
Technicians are also working to fix various minor items from the storm. Most repairs involve loose caulking or weather covers. An umbilical used to provide purge air, or suitable environmental conditions to the Orion spacecraft, was out of position. The umbilical cord maintained the purge throughout the storm and has been repositioned to allow proper retraction on takeoff. Engineers have also removed the hard cover over the launch abort system window installed prior to the storm and will inspect the window to confirm it is in good condition for launch.
Currently, as part of normal launch preparation, engineers are in the process of powering up rocket and spacecraft elements to confirm that all systems are in good working order. Motorized health checks will continue until Saturday 12/11. Engineers plan to perform the final standard software and hardware related tests required prior to launch on Sunday 11/13. The Artemis I mission management team will meet on Sunday afternoon 11/13 to review launch preparations.
Artemis I is the first step in the next era of human exploration. Along with commercial and international partners, NASA will establish a sustainable presence on the Moon to prepare for missions to Mars.

La Autoridad de Aviación Civil de Colombia ha anunciado que el próximo Jueves 24 de Noviembre de 2022 se realizará una Audiencia Pública en la que se presentará a los interesados en el incremento de la oferta aeronáutica para el país. En el marco de la audiencia aeronáutica nacional, JetSMART Airlines Group solicitó autorización a Aerocivil Colombia para establecerse como nuevo operador aéreo nacional de Transporte Público Regular, para prestar el servicio doméstico de transporte de pasajeros, carga y correo en 111 rutas entre los aeropuertos de Bogotá, Barranquilla, Apartadó, Arauca, Armenia, Bucaramanga, Cali, Cartagena, Medellín, Cúcuta, Leticia, Montería, Neiva, Pereira, Pasto, San Andrés, Yopal, Santa Marta, Valledupar, Villavicencio, Riohacha y Florencia. Aerorepública (Copa Colombia Airlines) solicitó la operación de las rutas Bogotá, Medellín, Cali, Cartagena, Barranquilla, Armenia, Panamá, Puerto Príncipe (Haití), Managua (Nicaragua). Además, cuatro Sociedades solicitaron a la Aerocivil presentar en audiencia pública la ampliación de la oferta de servicios aéreos: dos para la operación no regular de pasajeros, una para ambulancia aérea y una para trabajos aéreos especiales.
“Esta es una excelente señal de confianza en el mercado aéreo nacional y en las proyecciones de crecimiento de la conectividad aérea nacional e internacional. La intención de la chilena ultra low cost es solicitar la autorización necesaria para operar vuelos domésticos regulares. El plan estratégico de la compañía consiste en una flota de doce aviones de Airbus A320NEO (12), con sede en Santa Fe de Bogotá, Colombia, que a través de esta Audiencia Pública, solicitarán autorización para iniciar operaciones de pasajeros y carga. Gobierno tras proceso compra marca Mexicana de Aviación
El Presidente de la República de México ha anunciado que comprará la marca Mexicana Aviación. El Gobierno mexicano se encuentra negociando con trabajadores y jubilados de la extinta aerolínea Mexicana de Aviación para comprar la marca, confirmó el mandatario. En su conferencia de prensa matutina, el Presidente dijo que la aerolínea dirigida por el Ejército ofrecerá vuelos comerciales bajo la denominación de la emblemática compañía aérea. “Ya estamos en trato con los trabajadores de Mexicana, tanto activos como jubilados, y se está buscando ya un acuerdo para que la nueva linea aérea se vuelva a llamar Mexicana de Aviación. Eso no les gusta nuestros adversarios, pero esto no es de gustos. Tenemos que ir avanzando. Se va a adquirir, se va a hacer un avalúo de la marca, del emblema y se va a tener una empresa para que haya más vuelos”, dijo el Presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador (AMLO).
Al ser cuestionado sobre el avión presidencial comprado por Felipe Calderón y que alcanza un costo de MEX$ 6.000 millones de Pesos Mexicanos, AMLO dijo que aunque hay ofertas, no se puede vender por debajo del precio, por lo que está decidido que la aeronave sea de la nueva aerolínea que operará la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional. El Presidente explicó que la Oficina de Naciones Unidas de Servicios para Proyectos UNOPS no puedo conseguir compradores para la aeronave, por lo que la unidad, un Boeing 757-200 será afectado a la flota de la resurgida aerolínea. El mandatario señaló que la empresa Grupo Aeroportuario, Ferroviario y de Servicios Auxiliares Olmeca-Maya-Mexica S.A. de C.V, que también estará a cargo de la operación del Tren Maya, utilizará el avión presidencial y rentará diez aviones más para dar el servicio. “Se está haciendo el análisis económico, de viabilidad y se contempla el avión presidencial, entregarlos a la empresa que va a manejar estos diez aviones, que no se van a adquirir, sino se rentan”, dijo el Presidente mexicano. Grupo Aeroportuario, Ferroviario y de Servicios Auxiliares Olmeca-Maya-Mexica S.A. de C.V también estará a cargo de la operación del Tren Maya y los aeropuertos Felipe Ángeles, el de Tulum, el de Chetumal y el de Palenque.

Durante la 14ª Exposición Internacional de Aviación y Aeroespacial de Airshow China, la Feria de Promoción de la Zona Económica del Aeropuerto Internacional de Chengdu, celebrada el 9 de Noviembre de 2022 por el Distrito de Shuangliu de Chengdu, ha cosechado siete proyectos de la industria de la aviación con una inversión total de más de ¥ 8.000 millones de Yuanes.
En la feria de promoción, se firmó, estableció y abrió una letanía de proyectos entre el Distrito de Shuangliu y la Sociedad China de Aeronáutica y Astronáutica, Guangzhou Hangxin Aviation Technology, Longjiang Airlines, Kuehne & Nagel Cargo Transportation Agency, Loongrise Avionics, Tianli Times Aviation Technology, se establecieron y abrieron en la ciudad de Zhuhai y Shuangliu. La inversión total de siete proyectos superó los ¥ 8.000 millones de Yuanes, según el Gobierno del Distrito de Shuangliu.
Girando en torno al «Full Life Circle Aircraft International Forum», un próximo evento en 2023, el Distrito de Shuangliu de Chengdu comenzó el plan de solicitud global y se unió a industrias como Airbus Group para invitar a empresas afiliadas globales a intercambiar sobre temas como operación y mantenimiento de aviación, servicios de reacondicionamiento y comercio de materiales de aviación, mejorando así la influencia de Chengduen el mapa de aviación global.

Este proyecto es el primer proyecto de reciclaje de aviones invertido directamente por Airbus fuera de Europa, con una inversión total de ¥ 6 mil millones de Yuanes. Dividido en dos líneas de negocio, este proyecto consta de la línea de negocio MRO (Mantenimiento, Reparación, Revisión) y la línea de negocio USM, gestión y comercialización de material aéreo de segunda mano, y tiene como objetivo llevar a cabo negocios de comercio y distribución de materiales aéreos de segunda mano desmontados en todo el mundo. Tras el Proyecto de Servicio del Ciclo de Vida de Airbus, la industria de la aviación en el distrito de Shuangliu ha agregado otro proyecto de cooperación afiliado a Airbus: AMECO y Airbus comenzarán el negocio de Avión de Pasajeros a Carguero (P2F) del A330 en Chengdu, y el plan de trabajo del primer carguero A330 se iniciará en 2023. Así lo ha confirmado el Gobernador al solicitársele mayores precisiones a los anuncios hechos en el marco de la Fiesta Nacional del Algodón en su acto inaugural el Viernes 11/11 por la noche.

The Italian Government recently injected € 400 million Euros into the public airline ITA Airways, providing the company with the necessary capital to boost its growth plans in the short term. Takeover talks at ITA continue, with Lufthansa now back on the scene following the expiry of Air France-KLM Group’s period of exclusivity.
ITA Airways plans to add 39 new planes to its fleet next year 2023, while deprogramming older models. The Italian airline will welcome the new aircraft, which include nine wide-body Airbus A330s (9), allowing it to expand long-haul services and thirty Airbus A321NEO narrow-body and Airbus wide-body A330-900. The airline welcomed its first Airbus A220-300 in October 2022: the aircraft operated its inaugural service on 10/16 with a flight from Rome/ROM—Genoa/GOA. ITA has more orders for the Airbus A320NEO/A321NEO, Airbus A220, Airbus A330 and Airbus A350. The current Airbus fleet of the Italian airline currently consists of 66 aircraft: four new Airbus A220 (4), seventeen Airbus A319 (17), thirty-one Airbus A320-200CEO (31), eight Airbus A330-200 (8) and six Airbus A350-900 (6).
ITA Airways expressed its pleasure to add more modern aircraft to its fleet in the near future: «ITA Airways has signed all the commitments foreseen for the increase of its fleet in 2023: thirty-nine new generation aircraft will join the fleet next year, including nine wide-body aircraft (A330-900) and thirty narrow-body aircraft, while at the same time, the previous generation aircraft will be phased out. By the end of 2023, the company will have 50% of the new generation aircraft, for a total of 96 aircraft in the fleet, thanks to the arrival of 39 aircraft, including nine for the long haul». The airline adds that its fleet upgrade will help it increase AASKs (available seat kilometers) by 73% compared to 2022, while its capacity on long-haul routes will grow by 107%.

Il governo italiano ha recentemente iniettato 400 milioni di euro nella compagnia aerea pubblica ITA Airways, fornendo alla compagnia il capitale necessario per dare impulso ai suoi piani di crescita a breve termine. Continuano i colloqui di acquisizione di ITA, con Lufthansa che torna sulla scena dopo la scadenza del periodo di esclusività di Air France-KLM Group.
ITA Airways prevede di aggiungere 39 nuovi aerei alla sua flotta il prossimo anno 2023, deprogrammando i modelli precedenti. La compagnia aerea italiana accoglierà il nuovo velivolo, che include nove Airbus A330 wide-body (9), che le consentiranno di espandere i servizi a lungo raggio e trenta Airbus A321NEO narrow-body e Airbus A330-900 wide-body. La compagnia aerea ha accolto il suo primo Airbus A220-300 nell’Ottobre 2022: l’aereo ha operato il suo servizio inaugurale il 16/10 con un volo da Roma/ROM—Genova/GOA. ITA ha più ordini per Airbus A320NEO/A321NEO, Airbus A220, Airbus A330 e Airbus A350. ITA Airways ha espresso il piacere di aggiungere nel prossimo futuro aeromobili più moderni alla sua flotta: «ITA Airways ha firmato tutti gli impegni previsti per l’aumento della sua flotta nel 2023: trentanove aeromobili di nuova generazione si uniranno alla flotta il prossimo anno, inclusi nove velivoli wide-body (A330-900) e trenta velivoli narrow-body, mentre, allo stesso tempo, la generazione precedente sarà gradualmente eliminata. Entro la fine del 2023, la compagnia avrà il 50% degli aeromobili di nuova generazione, per un totale di 96 aeromobili della flotta, grazie all’arrivo di 39 aeromobili, di cui nove per il lungo raggio”. La compagnia aerea aggiunge che l’aggiornamento della sua flotta la aiuterà ad aumentare gli AASK (posti chilometrici disponibili) del 73% rispetto al 2022, mentre la sua capacità sulle rotte a lungo raggio aumenterà del 107%.

ITA Airways vuole diventare la compagnia aerea più ecologica d’Europa entro il 2026 attraverso l’uso di aeromobili più efficienti.
