Dictan conciliación obligatoria y Latam funcionará normalmente

El ministerio de Trabajo dictó la conciliación obligatoria ante el anuncio de la Asociación del Personal Técnico Aeronáutico (APTA) de un cese de actividades por 24 horas del personal técnico de la empresa aérea Latam. De esta manera, la actividad de la compañía no tendría modificaciones durante el transcurso de la jornada.

El gremio que nuclea al personal técnico había anunciado la medida de fuerza en reclamo por el incumplimiento de acuerdos salariales y otros convenios alcanzados, sumado al recorte de personal técnico de mantenimiento.

«Llegamos a esta medida por el incumplimiento al acuerdo pactado en las paritarias más las violaciones de los puntos convencionales con el cierre de varios sectores de mantenimiento técnico, que nos agrava la situación», dijo Jorge Álvarez, secretario general de APTA. «Estamos en contra del achique de personal y consideramos que eso no acompaña al crecimiento de la empresa, más allá de que hayan entrado más aviones al país», aseguró el gremialista.

El incumplimiento salarial al que se refiere Álvarez está relacionado con la forma del pago de las paritarias: «Hemos llegado a un incremento parecido al de otras empresas, pero lo van a pagar con bonos y en cuotas. No esta tanto la cantidad sino la forma de pago«. Sin embargo, el gremialista señaló que el motivo principal del reclamo es el achique del personal técnico de mantenimiento. «Entendemos que la condición económica de la empresa no sea buena, pero no creemos que sean estas las medidas que se deben tomar», aseguró.

El paro estaba estipulado por 24 horas e iba a cumplirse desde las cero horas de hoy miércoles. Según habían anunciado desde APTA, consistía en un cese de actividades del personal técnico aeronáutico y despachantes de aeronaves de Latam Argentina. De esa manera, los aviones pertenecientes a esta aerolínea estarían paralizados durante todo el día.

No obstante, Álvarez había confirmado que el gremio acató la conciliación obligatoria y el llamado a negociación por parte del ministerio de Trabajo.

The strike was stipulated for 24 hours and was to be fulfilled from the zero hours of Wednesday today. As they had announced from APTA, it consisted in a cessation of activities of aeronautical technical personnel and dispatchers of aircraft of Latam Argentina. That way, the planes belonging to this airline would be paralyzed throughout the day.

Nevertheless, Álvarez had confirmed that the guild adhered to the obligatory conciliation and the call to negotiation by the Ministry of Labor. A\W
