La Corporación Aeronáutica Unida de Rusia (UAC) estudia firmar un contrato con la aerolínea bandera de Rusia, Aeroflot, para suministrarle 20 aviones de pasajeros Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100) a mediados de este año, informó el presidente de esta corporación, Yuri Sliúsar.

Sliúsar indicó que «las condiciones importantes, de hecho, se acordaron y este año ya tenemos previsto el suministro de 12 aviones SSJ100 a Aeroflot: a mediados de este año lo firmaremos (el contrato), y en la segunda mitad del año los suministraremos».

El presidente de la UAC indicó que otras ocho aeronaves se suministrarán en 2017. De momento 57 aviones SSJ100 están en servicio comercial de otras nueve compañías aéreas rusas, y 27 aviones de este modelo se emplean por las compañías extranjeras.

Sukhoi Superjet 100 es un avión comercial de fabricación rusa, con capacidad para 98 pasajeros y un alcance de hasta 4.400 kilómetros. Su primer vuelo se realizó en mayo de 2008. 

Aeroflot will buy 20 Sukhoi SSJ100

The Russian Aviation Corporation (AUC) is considering signing a contract with Russia’s flagship airline Aeroflot to supply it with 20 Sukhoi Superjet 100 (SSJ100) jets in the middle of this year, Yuri Sliúsar said.

Sliúsar said that «the important conditions were in fact agreed and this year we have already planned the delivery of 12 SSJ100 aircraft to Aeroflot: by the middle of this year we will sign it (the contract), and in the second half of the year we will supply them» .

The president of the UAC indicated that another eight aircraft will be supplied in 2017. At the moment 57 SSJ100 aircraft are in commercial service of nine other Russian airlines, and 27 aircraft of this model are used by foreign companies.
