A partir de la próxima semana el Aeropuerto “Almirante Zar” de Trelew, Chubut, permanecerá cerrado hasta abril por mejoras en las instalaciones que vienen siendo paulatinas desde hace un año.

Con esta finalización de obra estimada para el 2 de abril se realizará la inauguración del Corredor Atlántico, que unirá diariamente las ciudades de Mar del Plata y Ushuaia, con escalas en Bahía Blanca, Trelew y Comodoro Rivadavia.

Mientras el aeropuerto de Trelew se encuentre cerrado las operaciones comerciales se trasladarán al aeropuerto de Puerto Madryn, situado 58 kilómetros al norte mientras que las de carácter oficial se derivarán al Aeroclub Trelew.

Son aproximadamente 10 vuelos diarios entre arribos y partidas que pasarán a operarse temporalmente en el Aeropuerto “El Tehuelche” de Puerto Madryn. A diferencia de otras ciudades en las que se buscaron acuerdos terrestres para no perder turismo, entre estas dos ciudades patagónicas no habrá transfers gratuitos.

Trelew Airport will be closed until April for works

As of next week, the «Almirante Zar» Airport of Trelew, Chubut, will remain closed until April for improvements in facilities that have been phasing for a year.

With this work scheduled for April 2, the Atlantic Corridor will be inaugurated, which will link the cities of Mar del Plata and Ushuaia daily, with stops in Bahía Blanca, Trelew and Comodoro Rivadavia.

While the airport of Trelew is closed the commercial operations will be transferred to the airport of Puerto Madryn, located 58 kilometers to the north whereas the ones of official character will be derived to Aeroclub Trelew.

There are approximately 10 daily flights between arrivals and departures that will be temporarily operated at the Airport «El Tehuelche» in Puerto Madryn. Unlike other cities in which land agreements were sought to avoid losing tourism, between these two Patagonian cities there will be no free transfers. A\W
