Air India recibe primer A320NEO

Air India ha recibido el primer Airbus A320NEO de 14 aeronaves que la aerolínea alquilará a la compañía Aviation Lease and Finance Company (ALAFCO). El A320NEO es recibido por parte de Air India y se unirá a la flota existente de 66 A320, informó Airbus Group.

Por otra parte, ALAFCO compañía de leasing de Kuwait, recibe el primer A320NEO de un pedido de 85 aeronaves.

Airbus cuenta con una red de más de 45 proveedores indios, que suman 6.000 profesionales, que contribuyen directa e indirectamente a todos los programas del constructor. La familia A320NEO incorpora las últimas tecnologías, incluyendo los motores de nueva generación y dispositivos en el extremo de las alas, que en conjunto supone un ahorro del 15% de combustible desde el primer día y un 20% para 2020. Actualmente, el A320NEO es el avión de pasillo único de mayor venta en el mundo con más de 5.000 pedidos de 92 clientes desde su lanzamiento en 2010, con casi el 60% de la cuota de mercado. Hasta la fecha 70 pedidos del A320neo han sido entregados a 18 clientes.
