El diputado nacional del FPV-PJ, Rodolfo Tahilade, presentó ante el juez Sergio Torres una ampliación de la denuncia que había realizado a fines del año pasado contra Mauricio Macri, su padre, y distintos funcionarios del gobierno nacional, en el marco de la escandalosa entrega de rutas áreas a las empresas «low cost», Avian y Fly Biondi, vinculadas al primer mandataria y el vicejefe de Gobierno, Mario Quintana. En el escrito de ampliación de la denuncia presentado ante la Justicia, se sumaron a dicha investigación dos nuevos hechos donde las empresas aéreas vinculadas a la familia Macri se ven claramente beneficiadas.

Por un lado, la concesión realizada por el Ministerio de Transporte (a cargo de Guillermo Dietrich) de las rutas áreas de cabotaje e internacionales a empresas «low cost», donde según el documento de la JATA se dieron marcadas «arbitrariedades» y «beneficios» a las empresas Avian y Fly bondi – vinculadas al presidente Macri y al coordinador del gabinete económico Mario Quintana – en perjuicio de la línea de bandera, Aerolíneas Argentinas.

Además, la quita de los mecanismos de autorización de servicios no regulares y otros controles en beneficio casi exclusivo a la empresa AVIAN LINEAS AEREAS SA, continuadora de la empresa MACAIR JET SA, y sus empresas vinculadas, todo ello de propiedad del Presidente de la Nación y su familia, realizado mediante la Resolución ANAC 79/2017 dictada por el Administrador de la ANAC, el Ingeniero Juan Pedro Irigoin.

De este modo, la ampliación de la denuncia por beneficios a las empresas aéreas vinculadas al Presidente de la Nación y su familia, suma a la investigación lo actuado en beneficio de estas empresas por el Ministro de Transporte de la Nación, Guillermo Dietrich, el titular de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil – ANAC, Juan Pedro Irigoin y el Director Nacional de Transporte Aéreo de la ANAC, Hernán Gómez por infracción a los artículos 248 y 256 del Código Penal, y 218 del Código Aeronáutico.

En este marco, la justicia federal recibió esta semana una denuncia contra el presidente, su jefe de Gabinete Marcos Peña, y el ministro de Transporte Guillermo Dietrich, por un supuesto fraude al Estado.

El fraude se cometería con la transferencia de la aerolínea Macair, de la familia Macri, a la colombiana Avianca, también del Grupo Macri, que según la presentación existiría un posible conflicto de intereses por la promesa de acceso a frecuencias de vuelo.
