El Grupo franco-holandés AF-KLM están negociando una alianza con Alitalia para formar parte del grupo

Air France-KLM ha mantenido conversaciones con Alitalia para participar por la adquisición de la aerolínea de bandera italiana. Los vaivenes para la compra de Alitalia hasta el momento no han logrado avances concretos por parte de otros grupos inversores.

Los representantes de Alitalia se reunieron con ejecutivos de AF-KLM en París la semana pasada para analizar el interés de una posible adquisición en una oferta conjunta con easyJet, la aerolínea británica de bajo costo.

El arribo de AF-KLM marca un nuevo giro en las negociaciones del destino de Alitalia, un bastión clave para el control de los cielos de Italia.

Colapso y esperanza

La aerolínea italiana entró en bancarrota en 2017, luego de que los empleados rechazaran un acuerdo sobre salario y beneficios propuesto por la compañía, donde Etihad Airways era el socio mayoritario. Después del retiro de la aerolínea del Emiratos Árabes Unidos, el Gobierno de Italia que ha tomado el control ha estado negociando posibles interesados para la compra de la aerolínea Alitalia. Una potencial oferta conjunta de AF-KLM y easyJet se uniría a Lufthansa y Cerberus Capital Management.

Iberia Líneas Aéreas de España ha anunciado en la FITUR 2018 el comienzo de la nueva ruta del Airbus A350-900

En la Feria Internacional de Turismo 2018 en Madrid, Iberia reveló la primera ruta comercial para su nuevo avión Airbus A350-900 uniendo Madrid—JFK de Nueva York.

Los detalles de la fecha del vuelo inaugural no se han reportado. Iberia tomará dos Airbus A350-900 que llegarán en Junio 2018, de una orden total de 16 A350 que se entregarán hasta el 2021.

Iberia ha decidido incorporar el Airbus A350-900 sobre el Boeing 787, permitiendo observar un claro compromiso continuo con el constructor de aviones europeo con una flota casi homogénea de aviones Airbus.

Flybondi recibió la Certificación de Operador aéreo (AOC) para que la compañía de bajo costo comience sus operaciones en Argentina.Ha anunciado por adelantado la emisión de boletos para su debut comercial en Enero 2018. Flybondi actualmente tiene dos B737-800 en su flota.

Aerolíneas Argentinas expande sus operaciones a Porto Alegre y Curitiba

La aerolínea de bandera Aerolíneas Argentinas duplicará sus frecuencias a partir de Abril 2018 hacia Porto Alegre y Curitiba. La frecuencia será de dos vuelos diarios entre el Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza y el Aeropuerto de Salgado Filho de Porto Alegre.

Los vuelos a Porto Alegre, la operación se realizará alternando aeronaves Boeing 737-800 (Aerolíneas) y Embraer-190 (Austral), con capacidad para 170 y 96 pasajeros respectivamente. Los dos Airbus A330-300, anteriormente registrados como B-22101 con número de serie SN1357 y B-22102 con número de serie SN1378, están equipados con Rolls-Royce Trent 700 y recibirán el registro de Avianca N803AV y N804AV, respectivamente. Esta semana ha comenzado la Feria Turismo de España 2018

FITUR es la Feria Internacional de Turismo que se celebra en Ifema, Madrid, España todos los años. Consta de cinco días desde el 17 al 21 de Enero 2018. Los tres primeros días están reservados solo para profesionales que presentan las últimas propuestas, destinos y novedades del turismo mundial. El fin de semana del 20 y 21 de Enero FITUR 2018 abre al público en general con espectáculos y actividades.

En total esta edición, que ocupará 65.500 m2, supera las 10.000 empresas participantes de 165 países y regiones.

FITUR is the International Tourism Fair held in Ifema, Madrid, Spain, every years. It consists of five days from January 17 to 21, 2018. Gol ofrece frecuencias desde Aeropuerto Pampulha a Juiz de Fora (Minas Gerais)

El Aeropuerto Regional Zona da Mata Presidente Itamar Franco es un aeropuerto regional de Juiz de Fora, en el Estado de Minas Gerais, en Brasil. Actualmente la empresa Gol Líneas Aéreas opera en la terminal con destino al Aeropuerto de Congonhas, en São Paulo, con un vuelo diario. Para la capital minera, Juiz de Fora, serán dos frecuencias diarias empleando aeronaves Boeing 737-800.

La Agencia Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) autorizó a la compañía Gol Líneas Aéreas Inteligentes a ofrecer vuelos desde el Aeropuerto de Pampulha, en Belo Horizonte, con destino al Regional Presidente Itamar Franco. La empresa ha comenzado a emitir pasajes y los vuelos están programados para comenzar el lunes, 22 Enero 2018.

The Zona da Mata Regional Airport Presidente Itamar Franco is a regional airport of Juiz de Fora, in the State of Minas Gerais, in Brazil. Currently Gol Linhas Aéreas operates in the terminal to the Congonhas Airport, in São Paulo, with a daily flight. For the mining capital, Juiz de Fora, there will be two daily frequencies using Boeing 737-800 aircraft.
