Aeropuerto Arad beneficiado por ayudas a aerolíneas

La Unión Europea (UE) ha aprobado un plan rumano de € 1 millón de Euros a aerolíneas que inician operaciones en el Aeropuerto de Arad/ARW. La Comisión Europea (CE) ha aprobado un plan rumano para apoyar a las aerolíneas que inician operaciones en el Aeropuerto Arad localizado en el Oeste de Rumania, en el contexto de la crisis sanitaria mundial y el flagelo de la activación de los vuelos post-pandemia.

El régimen fue aprobado bajo el Marco Temporal de Ayudas Estatales. El aeropuerto está ubicado en la parte occidental de Rumania y sirve principalmente al Condado de Arad y la región. Según el régimen, las ayudas adoptarán la forma de subvenciones directas de hasta € 600.000 Euros por aerolínea. La medida estará abierta a todas las aerolíneas interesadas que inicien operaciones en el aeropuerto de Arad a través de un procedimiento abierto y transparente. El objetivo de la medida es apoyar la actividad de los operadores aéreos y la recuperación económica de la región en el contexto de la pandemia del coronavirus.

La Comisión Europea constató que el régimen rumano se ajusta a las condiciones establecidas en el marco temporal. En particular, la ayuda no superará el límite de € 2,3 millones de Euros por beneficiario y se otorgará a más tardar el 30 de Junio de 2022. La Comisión concluyó que la medida es necesaria, apropiado y proporcionado para remediar una perturbación grave en la economía de un Estado miembro, de conformidad con el artículo 107, apartado 3, letra b), del TFUE y las condiciones establecidas en el marco temporal. Sobre esta base, la Comisión aprobó la medida con arreglo a las normas sobre ayudas estatales de la UE.

The European Union (EU) has approved a € 1 million Euro Romanian plan for airlines starting operations at Arad/ARW Airport. The European Commission (EC) has approved a Romanian plan to support airlines starting operations at Arad Airport located in western Romania, in the context of the global health crisis and the scourge of post-pandemic flight activation.

The scheme was approved under the Temporary Framework for State Aid. The airport is located in the western part of Romania and mainly serves Arad County and the region. Under the scheme, the aid will take the form of direct subsidies of up to € 600,000 per airline. The measure will be open to all interested airlines starting operations at Arad airport through an open and transparent procedure. The objective of the measure is to support the activity of air operators and the economic recovery of the region in the context of the Coronavirus pandemic.

The European Commission found that the Romanian regime complies with the conditions established in the temporary framework. In particular, the aid will not exceed the limit of € 2.3 million Euros per beneficiary and will be granted no later than June 30, 2022. The Commission concluded that the measure is necessary, appropriate and proportionate to remedy a serious disturbance in the economy of a Member State, in accordance with Article 107 (3) (b) TFEU and the conditions laid down in the temporary framework. On this basis, the Commission approved the measure under EU state aid rules.

Aeroportul Arad a beneficiat de ajutoare pentru companiile aeriene

Uniunea Europeană (UE) a aprobat o schemă românească de € 1 milion Euro pentru companiile aeriene care încep operațiunile pe Aeroportul Arad/ARW. Comisia Europeană (CE) a aprobat un plan românesc de sprijinire a companiilor aeriene care își încep operațiunile pe Aeroportul Arad situat în vestul României, în contextul crizei globale de sănătate și flagelul activării zborurilor post-pandemie.

Schema a fost aprobată în cadrul Cadrului temporar pentru ajutor de stat. Aeroportul este situat în partea de vest a României și deservește în principal județul Arad și regiunea. În cadrul schemei, ajutorul va lua forma unor subvenții directe de până la € 600.000 EUR per companie aeriană. Măsura va fi deschisă tuturor companiilor aeriene interesate care încep operațiunile pe aeroportul din Arad printr-o procedură deschisă și transparentă. Obiectivul măsurii este de a sprijini activitatea operatorilor aerieni și redresarea economică a regiunii în contextul pandemiei de Coronavirus.

Comisia Europeană a constatat că regimul românesc respectă condițiile stabilite în cadrul temporar. În special, ajutorul nu va depăși limita de € 2,3 milioane EUR per beneficiar și va fi acordat cel târziu la 30 Iunie 2022. Comisia a concluzionat că măsura este necesară, adecvată și proporțională pentru a remedia o perturbare gravă a economiei un stat membru, în conformitate cu articolul 107 alineatul (3) litera (b) din TFUE și cu condițiile prevăzute în cadrul temporar. Pe această bază, Comisia a aprobat măsura în conformitate cu normele UE privind ajutorul de stat.

Aerolíneas incorpora nuevas rutas y corredores federales

La compañía argentina Aerolíneas Argentinas ha anunciado hacia Octubre de 2022 el incremento de cuarenta y cinco rutas aéreas federales sin pasar por Buenos Aires. La aerolínea dio a conocer este Miércoles 07/04 el esquema completo de corredores y rutas federales indicando que en 10/2022 llegarán a completar 45 rutas conectadas en inter-provincias. «Uno de los objetivos centrales es poder unir el país de forma inteligente, eficiente y con un espíritu verdaderamente federal», expresó el Presidente de la compañía, Pablo Ceriani. Entre los meses de Enero, Febrero y Marzo 2022 la mitad de los pasajeros fueron transportados por el interior del país, un índice alentador post-pandemia que genera entusiasmo y excelentes perspectivas entre los operadores aéreos.

Corredor Atlántico

En primer lugar, la empresa confirmó que retoma su Corredor Atlántico tres veces por semana (3Frq/S) a partir de Julio 2022 todos los Lunes, Miércoles y Viernes partiendo de Buenos Aires/AEP hacia Mar del Plata, Bahía Blanca, Trelew, Comodoro Rivadavia y Rio Gallegos, mientras que los retornos estarán programados los Martes, Jueves y Sábado. Hacia Octubre 2022 comenzará a funcionar una nueva ruta federal Trelew—Ushuaia, tres veces por semana (3Frq/S), permitiendo que la Ciudad de Trelew incorpore el nuevo inter-tramo como así también al incorporarse al Corredor Atlántico, mientras que Ushuaia suma una nueva opción para conectar a las ya activas rutas con Buenos Aires, Córdoba y El Calafate.

Rosario tendrá a partir de Julio 2022 seis vuelos semanales (6Frq/S) hacia y desde Bariloche y otros cuatro semanales hacia y desde San Martin de Los Andes, y en el mismo mes comenzará a operarse la ruta entre Salta y Bariloche con dos frecuencias semanales.

Hub COR

A partir de Abril 2022, el Hub Córdoba incorporó las rutas hacia y desde Comodoro Rivadavia y Posadas con cuatro vuelos semanales en ambos casos. Además, confirmaron que, de cara a la temporada de invierno, Córdoba conectará con Bariloche seis frecuencias semanales (6Frq/S) y con San Martín de los Andes con cuatro vuelos semanales (4Frq/S) a partir de Julio 2022, con lo cual el Hub Córdoba contará con diecisiete rutas activas, dos más que las que operaba en 2019.

Hub EZE

El Hub Ezeiza se encuentra aumentando vuelos desde Córdoba y Mendoza para conectar con arribos y partidas internacionales, mientras que en Junio 2022 se incorpora Tucumán al centro de distribución argentino.

Corredor NOA

Aerolíneas ha confirmado semanas atrás la confirmación que a partir de Julio 2022 un nuevo Corredor Turístico Norte entre Mendoza—Jujuy—Iguazú que funcionará dos veces por semana (2Frq/S) y otros dos días (2Frq/S) en el sentido inverso. Este corredor se complementa con el integrado por Mendoza—Salta—Iguazú que también opera dos veces por semana (2Frq/S).

Corredor Petrolero

El Corredor Petrolero continúa cubriendo las rutas entre Comodoro Rivadavia—Neuquén—Mendoza, integrándose a la ruta Córdoba—Mendoza con cuatro frecuencias semanales (4Frq/S).

Rutas regionales

Aerolíneas Argentinas ha incorporado la activación de la ruta regional NOA-Brasil que desarrollará a partir de Julio 2022 la línea Tucumán—Salta—Sao Paulo, tres veces por semana (3Frq/S), también desde Julio 2022.

Perspectivas Aerolíneas

Durante los meses de Enero, Febrero y Marzo la mitad de los pasajeros transportados lo hicieron desde el interior del país y más de un 20% viajó mediante el sistema de inter-tramos y corredores federales. La línea de bandera estará operando así, entre Julio y Octubre 2022, cuarenta y cinco rutas federales sin pasar por Capital Federal. «Uno de los objetivos centrales en materia de conectividad es poder unir el país de forma inteligente, eficiente y con un espíritu verdaderamente federal. Esto potencia muchísimo las cualidades de Argentina como destino turístico tanto para el visitante extranjero como para el local», dijo Pablo Ceriani, CEO de Aerolíneas Argentinas.

Regional routes

El fabricante europeo de aviones Airbus Group entregó entre 142 aviones en el primer trimestre, casi un 13% más que en el mismo período del año pasado, dijeron el miércoles fuentes de la industria. Airbus declinó hacer comentarios antes de los datos mensuales de pedidos y entregas que vencen el Viernes 08/04. Las cifras implican entregas en Marzo 2022 de 62 aviones, al menos algunos de los cuales provenían de almacenamiento a largo plazo, dijeron las fuentes. Airbus se encuentra en medio de los aumentos planificados de la producción de aviones de pasillo único, pero se enfrenta a una creciente preocupación por las cadenas de suministro de fabricación.

European constructor details production plans

European aircraft maker Airbus Group delivered 142 planes in the first quarter, nearly 13% more than the same period last year, industry sources said on Wednesday. Airbus declined to comment ahead of monthly order and delivery data due on Friday 08/04. The figures imply March 2022 deliveries of 62 aircraft, at least some of which came from long-term storage, the sources said. Airbus is in the midst of planned production increases for single-aisle aircraft, but faces growing concern over manufacturing supply chains.

Jefferies Analyst Chloe Lemarie this week estimated total quarterly deliveries of 139 aircraft but said production and demand challenges were under scrutiny. According to an Airbus court filing related to a legal dispute with Qatar Airways, as of March 2022 the aircraft manufacturer was producing fifty narrow-body units per month, including 27 A321NEOs. It plans to increase this to 61 a month by the end of 2022, of which 33 will be A321NEOs, according to the filing, adding that the planemaker ultimately aims to lift production above 70 a month by 2025. «This is clearly a challenging target, and the pressure on suppliers to keep up is high», said Chloe Lemarie.

Airbus has so far publicly committed to increasing production to 65 a month by the summer of 2023, without taking interim steps. He has expressed that he is asking suppliers to be ready for production of 70 a month by the first quarter of 2024, if the decision is made to ramp up production again, while exploring rates as high as 75 by 2025. Chief Executive Guillaume Faury said in February 2022 that Airbus was on a trajectory to reach 65 a month by the summer of next year. Higher rates beyond 2023 were still in the evaluation phase.

Dispute with Qatar

Analysts have stipulated that production of the long-haul wide-body A350 turns out to be in lower demand, with weaker orders, remains uncertain towards the near-term horizon, although Airbus this week reiterated its guidance. Airbus could delay a planned increase in A350 production due to Russian sanctions and the dispute with Qatar Airways, which refuses to take A350s in line for surface damage to the planes.

Airbus has begun efforts to remarket some of the A350s at the center of the dispute to new customers, including Air India, industry sources said. Airbus declined to comment. Air India did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Airbus has over twenty (20) A350s on order from Qatar Airways but is revoking them one by one which the airline refuses delivery for safety reasons. So far, three A350s have been canceled by Airbus, which says there are no safety concerns.

Qatar is suing Airbus for US$1 billion in compensation for the A350s, with Airbus countersuing to recover millions of dollars of credits related to the original A350 contract. The two parties will face each other in court on Thursday 07/04 when Qatar Airways will try to freeze an Airbus decision to revoke a separate contact to supply A321NEO. The disputed firms disagree on whether the deals for the two models are contractually linked.
