Low cost designa a Lucía Ginzo como Chief Communication

Flybondi ha designado a Lucía Ginzo como Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer. La creación de esta dirección sumará a la gestión de las comunicaciones internas y externas, el desafío de impulsar la ejecución de la estrategia de sustentabilidad e impacto social, fortalecer la reputación corporativa y el posicionamiento de la compañía en Argentina y la región. Con esta nueva designación, el C Level de Flybondi queda compuesto por 25% de mujeres en roles directivos.

Lucía Ginzo ingresó a la compañía aérea en el primer año de operación en el 2018 y durante cuatro años fue Gerente Senior de Comunicaciones Corporativas. Desde su inicio, el área llevó adelante la estrategia de comunicaciones externa e interna de la compañía con una impronta creativa, disruptiva y siempre llevando adelante el propósito fundacional de dar la libertad de volar.

Cuenta con un recorrido profesional de más de veinte años en los que gestionó la estrategia de comunicaciones y asuntos corporativos de grandes compañías y de startups. En su larga experiencia le tocó liderar diversos proyectos de innovación y transformación cultural, y gestionar en entornos versátiles y contextos de negocio con alta complejidad, logrando potenciar el crecimiento en las áreas de desarrollo. Durante trece años trabajó en distintas posiciones dentro del Grupo Roggio, puntualmente en el sector Transporte, y su experiencia se complementa en el sector de la salud, editorial y de medios de comunicación. En 2019, recibió el Premio Eikon a “Comunicador del año”, que destaca la gestión de los mejores profesionales entre las empresas y organizaciones.

Lucía Ginzo es Magister en Innovación y Sostenibilidad Empresarial por EADA Business School de España, realizó un Programa Ejecutivo en Change Management de la Universidad del CEMA, cursos de posgrado en Comunicación Institucional en la Universidad Austral y estudió la licenciatura en Comunicación Social en la Universidad de Ciencias Empresariales y Sociales (UCES). Además, es docente en diferentes posgrados de universidades del país.

Flybondi has appointed Lucía Ginzo as Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer. The creation of this direction will add to the management of internal and external communications, the challenge of promoting the execution of the sustainability and social impact strategy, strengthening the corporate reputation and the positioning of the company in Argentina and the region. With this new designation, Flybondi’s C Level is made up of 25% women in management roles.

Lucía Ginzo joined the airline in the first year of operation in 2018 and for four years she was Senior Manager of Corporate Communications. Since its inception, the area has carried out the company’s external and internal communications strategy with a creative, disruptive imprint and always carrying forward the founding purpose of giving the freedom to fly.

She has a professional career of more than twenty years in which she managed the communications strategy and corporate affairs of large companies and startups. In her long experience, she had to lead various innovation and cultural transformation projects, and manage in versatile environments and highly complex business contexts, managing to boost growth in development areas. For thirteen years she worked in different positions within the Roggio Group, specifically in the Transportation sector, and her experience is complemented in the health, editorial and media sectors. In 2019, she received the Eikon Award for “Communicator of the Year”, which highlights the management of the best professionals among companies and organizations.

Lucía Ginzo has a Master’s in Innovation and Business Sustainability from EADA Business School in Spain, completed an Executive Program in Change Management at the CEMA University, postgraduate courses in Institutional Communication at the Austral University and studied a degree in Social Communication at the University of Business and Social Sciences (UCES). In addition, she is a teacher in different postgraduate courses at universities in the country.
