Luego de que se encontrara una serpiente en un avión de Aeroméxico que viajaba de Torreón, Coahuila, a la Ciudad de México, la aerolínea informó que se está investigando cómo subió al vuelo la víbora que causó alarma entre los pasajeros y bromeó respecto al incidente.

“Estamos investigando, junto con las autoridades locales, la causa por la que la serpiente encontró su camino a bordo del avión, pues pudo haber sido de manera independiente o a través del equipaje de un pasajero” anunció Aeroméxico a través de un comunicado publicado en su página web. La aerolínea también informó que se están “tomado medidas para prevenir incidentes similares”.

Por otra parte, la estrategia creativa de la empresa aprovechó el incidente para bromear relacionando lo sucedido, con el reciente lanzamiento de su nuevo Boeing 787-9, el cual tiene pintado un diseño alusivo a la leyenda de Quetzalcóatl (serpiente hermosa).

La aerolínea aseguró que la especie no es venenosa y que aparentemente es de la región del sureste del país; sin embargo el temor de los pasajeros por la serpiente descubierta en pleno vuelo, causó que la noticia se volviera viral en las redes sociales luego de que publicaran un video de lo sucedido.“La seguridad de nuestros pasajeros es primordial, pues siempre buscamos garantizarla, incluso tratándose de una pequeña serpiente” concluyó la empresa en su comunicado.
