Con la conciliación obligatoria se buscó desactivar el paro anunciado por la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA)

El Ministerio de Trabajo dispuso la conciliación obligatoria por 15 días hábiles para destrabar el conflicto entre la Asociación de Pilotos de Líneas Aéreas (APLA) y la empresa Latam por un reclamo salarial. La determinación se tomó ante la inminencia de un paro gremial programado para hoy lunes.

APLA había convocado una huelga general para hoy a partir de las 12:00 hs en la empresa Latam Airlines por «incumplimientos salariales», según confirmó el titular del gremio, Pablo Biró, quien había ratificado la medida por incumplimientos por parte de la empresa aérea Latam Airlines debido a la falta de pagos salariales, lo que podrían afectar los vuelos de Aeroparque Jorge Newbery y del Aeropuerto Internacional de Ezeiza.

«Nos dictaron la concilación obligatoria por 15 días y nos convocaron a una nueva audiencia con la empresa para el 6 de diciembre, en un intento por acercar a las partes», reconoció Biró. En caso de no haber acuerdo, Trabajo puede prorrogar la conciliación por otros cinco días hábiles.
