El vuelo 2652 de Westjet despegó de Toronto, Canadá con 184 pasajeros, con destino a la isla paradisíaca Saint Maarten, en el Caribe donde el aeropuerto conocido por ubicarse junto a la playa, más precisamente en Maho Beach. Sabían que el aterrizaje podía ser peligroso y casi se convierte en una tragedia.

Los turistas que se encontraban en la playa fueron testigos de cómo el Boeing 737 pasó muy cerca del océano y casi cae sobre el agua, a los gritos por el asombro según puede relatarse en un video. Una hora después, los pilotos de la aeronave decidieron hacer un nuevo intento de aterrizaje que resultó ser un éxito.

Westjet Flight 2652 took off from Toronto, Canada with 184 passengers, bound for the island paradise of St. Maarten in the Caribbean where the airport known to be located by the beach, more precisely in Maho Beach. They knew that the landing could be dangerous and it almost became a tragedy.

Tourists on the beach witnessed how the Boeing 737 passed very close to the ocean and almost fell on the water, shouting for astonishment as it can be told in a video. An hour later, the pilots of the aircraft decided to make a new attempt of landing that turned out to be a success. A\W
