La Anac Argentina autorizó oficialmente a Gol a operar la rutas de VARIG
El Gobierno Argentino autorizó a la empresa brasileña Gol Líneas Aéreas a volar a Ezeiza, Córdoba y Rosario con aeronaves de gran porte para trasladar pasajeros y carga. La
medida fue oficializada con la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la Resolución 182/2017 de la Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC), con la firma del director Juan Pedro Irigoin.
Al tomar la decisión de permitir a la compañía brasileña volar desde ciudades del gigante sudamericano a Ezeiza, Córdoba y Buenos Aires, Irigoin modificó tres resoluciones oficiales de los años 2007 y 2010.
La resolución fue publicada en el Boletín Oficial y establece la sustitución de los artículos que otorgaban autorizaciones a Varig por los que autorizan la operación de los mismos servicios a Gol
La Administración Nacional de Aviación Civil (ANAC) oficializó la autorización a la aerolínea brasileña Gol para operar rutas entre las ciudades de Río de Janeiro, San Pablo y Buenos Aires, y entre Porto Alegre, Córdoba y Rosario, que anteriormente estaban concedidas a Varig,
Gol adquirió Varig en 2007 por u$s 320 millones, pero durante varios años mantuvo las operaciones de la aerolínea comprada bajo su nombre original.
La resolución de la ANAC fue publicada hoy en el Boletín Oficial y establece la sustitución de los artículos que otorgaban autorizaciones a Varig por los que autorizan la operación de los mismos servicios a Gol.
La Resolución 600 del 19 de setiembre de 2007 de la Secretaría de Transporte concedió la autorización para operar las rutas a Varig, y en la actual se la reemplazó por otra que posibilita a Gol a “explotar servicios regulares internacionales de transporte aéreo de pasajeros, correo y carga» en las rutas que unen Río De Janeiro (Galeao) y San Pablo (Guarulhos), con Buenos Aires (Ezeiza) y viceversa.
En tanto, la Resolución 477 del 19 de mayo de 2010 de la ANAC, permitió a Varig operar con equipos Boeing 737, lo cual también se reemplazó por la autorización a Gol para que realice esas operaciones.
Esa misma resolución avalaba a Varig para operar las rutas entre la brasileña Porto Alegre y las ciudades argentinas de Córdoba y Rosario, y ahora también reemplazada por la misma autorización a Gol.
Tras un largo proceso de reestructuración de la emblemática Varig, el 28 de marzo de 2007 Gol la compró por u$s 320 millones, y anunció que continuaría operando bajo su nombre original.
El nuevo propietario reestructuró radicalmente la flota, la red, eliminó la cabina de primera clase de la aeronave, y transformó poco a poco la marca Varig en el brazo del Grupo Gol especializado en destinos internacionales y de larga distancia.
El 29 de septiembre de 2008 Gol se fusionó con Varig y se convirtió en una línea aérea con dos marcas diferentes.
Pero en junio de 2009, Varig dejó de operar sus propios vuelos y comenzó a utilizar los números de vuelo de Gol, lo que llevó a que finalmente la marca fuera una sola, la de la aerolínea compradora.

On September 29, 2008 Gol merged with Varig and became an airline with two different brands.
