La República Argentina ha incrementado el factor de tráfico aéreo en Enero 2019

En Enero 2019 volaron 1,35 millones de personas en vuelos domésticos en Argentina, marcando un nuevo máximo histórico, según las cifras de ANAC. Este número representa un 14% más que el mismo mes del año pasado. De esas personas, más de 181 mil llegaron a su destino sin pasar por Buenos Aires.

Se registró además un récord de pasajeros domésticos en varios de los principales puntos turísticos: Córdoba, Iguazú, Ushuaia y El Calafate. Y en Ezeiza hubo una nueva marca en vuelos internacionales rompiendo la barrera del millón de pasajeros.

La Revolución de las Aviones sigue su marcha a medida que se van inaugurando nuevas rutas que conectan diferentes puntos del país entre sí o con el exterior. En enero Norwegian comenzó sus vuelos a Salta desde Aeroparque con una frecuencia diaria. Es la sexta ruta de cabotaje en Argentina para esta low cost. También en enero, Azul empezó a volar de Ezeiza a Viracopos, Brasil, y Avianca ahora conecta con Punta del Este.

Comenzaron los trabajos en la pista del aeropuerto de Comodoro Rivadavia para dejarla en óptimas condiciones y garantizar los máximos niveles de seguridad. También se instalará un nuevo balizamiento que mejorará la visibilidad, especialmente para los vuelos nocturnos, lo que redundará en aterrizajes y despegues más seguros. Durante las obras el aeropuerto permanecerá abierto y los aviones utilizarán las calles de rodaje para las llegadas y las partidas.

El Aeropuerto de Viedma sumó una nueva autobomba al Servicio de Salvamento y Extinción de Incendios (SSEI), que es ahora categoría 6 y podrá prestar servicios a aeronaves de gran porte, como los Boeing 737-700 o Embraer E190. En 2018 ANAC recuperó 16 autobombas para distintos aeropuertos del país dando a las líneas aéreas la posibilidad de operar más destinos y frecuencias para que más argentinos puedan viajar.

Seguimos invirtiendo en infraestructura y tecnología para que el sector aerocomercial continúe creciendo. En este sentido, Invap proveerá e instalará en el aeropuerto de Paraná un nuevo radar que permitirá la identificación y el seguimiento selectivo de aeronaves, incluso en zonas de difícil cobertura. De la mano de INVAP, EANA está invirtiendo para modernizar 22 radares secundarios, fortaleciendo la seguridad operacional en todo el país.

En los aeropuertos de Salta y Tucumán ya funciona un sistema capaz de detectar rayos con una precisión menor a 175 m y enviar alertas al personal en tierra. El Servicio de Detección de Actividad Eléctrica en Aeropuertos resguarda la seguridad del personal y reduce las suspensiones por tormentas, evitando interrupciones innecesarias. Esta tecnología, que mejora la operatividad, ya funciona en Córdoba, Rosario, Aeroparque, El Palomar y Ezeiza, y se instalará en otros 18 aeropuertos este año.

Las obras en el Aeropuerto de Ezeiza continúan avanzando. Las obras del estacionamiento multinivel y del nuevo edificio de partidas. El estacionamiento tendrá 1.800 cocheras en 4 pisos y conectará directamente con el edificio de partidas para comodidad de los pasajeros.

In January 2019, 1.35 million people flew domestic flights in Argentina, marking a new historic maximum, according to ANAC figures. This number represents 14% more than the same month last year. In 2018 ANAC recovered 16 trucks for different airports in the country, giving airlines the possibility of operating more destinations and frequencies so that more Argentines can travel.

In this regard, Invap will provide and install a new radar at the Paraná airport that will allow the identification and selective tracking of aircraft, even in areas of difficult coverage. With INVAP, EANA is investing to modernize 22 secondary radars, strengthening operational safety throughout the country.

The Airport Electrical Activity Detection Service protects the safety of personnel and reduces the suspension of storms, avoiding unnecessary interruptions. This technology, which improves operations, already works in Córdoba, Rosario, Aeroparque, El Palomar and Ezeiza, and will be installed in another 18 airports this year.
