Gobierno de Argentina aprueba contrato ingeniería entre Aerolíneas y Boeing

El Ministerio de Transporte de Argentina aprobó la contratación de un servicio de desarrollo e ingeniería y provisión de componentes aeronáuticos de origen extranjero, con el objetivo de que Aerolíneas Argentinas pueda satisfacer la necesidad de incorporar una alteración mayor en las aeronaves de su flota Boeing.

El Artículo 16 de la Ley Nº 18.875 establece, respecto de los servicios de consultoría e ingeniería, que “se podrá contratar con firmas o profesionales extranjeros únicamente en casos excepcionales, aprobados previamente por resolución del ministerio competente, que sólo podrá fundarse en la falta de capacidad técnica local en el asunto del servicio o de la consulta, e imposible de suplir por vía de subcontratación, debiendo darse a publicidad el dictamen técnico correspondiente”.

Así, según la resolución 80/2019 publicada este Viernes, 15 Febrero 2019 en el Boletín Oficial, las áreas en cuestión hicieron énfasis en la necesidad de contratar un servicio de desarrollo e ingeniería y provisión de componentes aeronáuticos de origen extranjero, con el objetivo de que Aerolíneas Argentinas pueda satisfacer la necesidad de incorporar una alteración mayor en las aeronaves de su flota Boeing 737 Next Generation.

De esta manera, las áreas manifestaron que ARSA considera necesario extender el proceso de selección del servicio a oferentes extranjeros por el impacto estratégico y económico y la criticidad de la alteración mayor en relación a la seguridad operacional. Así, decidieron limitar el procedimiento “exclusivamente a oferentes locales podría implicar la exclusión de oferentes que resulten técnicamente competentes y a su vez más convenientes desde el punto de vista de la gestión del proyecto”.

En este sentido, la medida firmada por Guillermo Dietrich explica que las áreas expresaron que “las tareas de mantenimiento necesarias para la incorporación de las soluciones técnicas que se requieren, son de alto impacto en los sistemas existentes de las aeronaves afectadas y que no pueden ser llevadas a cabo por proveedores que no estén debidamente certificados”.

Aerolíneas Argentinas concretó un proyecto de transformación digital por el valor de US$ 30 millones de dólares

Aerolíneas Argentinas ha concluido la tercera fase del proceso que desarrollo digital, com la implementación de un programa de digitalización de sus equipos de mantenimiento que implicó una inversión de US$ 30 millones. A partir de esta semana los mecánicos del Hangar 5, el mayor de América Latina, cuentan con tabletas que les permiten agilizar los procesos de mantenimiento, minimizar tiempos y costos. Las entregas de tablets a empleados del área de Mantenimiento y Tripulación permitirá trabajar con mayor eficiencia en un nuevo entorno web de aplicaciones informáticas destinadas a mejorar la productividad de la compañía aérea. El uso de tablets permite hacer un seguimiento de todas las tareas de mantenimiento, consulta de planos dentro del avión sin tener que descender del mismo, y rápido acceso al historial de intervenciones realizadas. Toda esta información se integra con el software de gestión de mantenimiento, lo cual garantiza su trazabilidad.

De manera adicional, se deja de hacer el registro en libros que debían llevar un doble sello ante cada intervención en las aeronaves. Hasta la implementación de esta herramienta, los mecánicos debían asentar cada tarea en libros de centenares de páginas que se encontraban en escritorios al pie de cada aeronave. Del mismo modo, los técnicos tenían que acercarse a computadoras ubicadas al lado de dichos libros para acceder a planos, lo cual tornaba poco eficiente su uso. Así, Aerolíneas Argentinas implementa el plan de trabajo en la digitalización del área mecánica de la compañía que inició hace más de un año atrás.

After the two airlines confirmed on Wednesday that they could potentially join to direct Alitalia along with the state railway Ferrovie dello Stato, the Ministry of Economic Development reported that the Treasury could end up having a share of more than 15%.

La aerolínea de bandera rumana Tarom Airlines y la mayor aerolínea rumana, Blue Air, anunciaron una asociación destinada a permitir que los pasajeros de cada una de las dos aerolíneas utilicen el vuelo de la otra dentro de la limitación de los asientos libres. FAA concede a Vietnam acceso al mercado estadounidense por primera vez

La Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), agencia estadounidense de seguridad de la aviación dijo en un comunicado el jueves por la noche que otorgaba a la República de Vietnam una calificación de Categoría 1.
