Air France-KLM confirma pedido de cuatro A350F
Air France-KLM Group ha finalizado su pedido con Airbus Group de cuatro (4) cargueros A350F de nueva generación, tras el compromiso anterior anunciado en Diciembre de 2021. Los cargueros están destinados a aumentar la capacidad de carga de Air France con los aviones de carga más eficientes y sostenibles disponible en el mercado.
El A350F se basa en el líder de largo alcance más moderno del mundo, el A350. El avión contará con una gran puerta de carga en la cubierta principal y una longitud de fuselaje optimizada para operaciones de carga. Más del 70% del fuselaje está fabricado con materiales avanzados, lo que da como resultado un peso de despegue 30 toneladas más ligero, lo que, junto con los eficientes motores Rolls-Royce, genera una ventaja de al menos un 20 % menos de consumo de combustible y CO2 sobre su competidor más cercano actual. Con una capacidad de carga útil de 109 toneladas (+3tn de carga útil/11% más de volumen que su competencia), el A350F sirve a todos los mercados de carga y es, en la categoría de grandes cargueros, el único avión carguero de nueva generación listo para las normas mejoradas de emisiones de CO₂ de la OACI. Lanzado en 2021, el A350F registró veintinueve (29) pedidos y compromisos de cinco clientes alrededor del mundo.

Air France-KLM confirms order for four A350Fs
Air France-KLM Group has finalized its order with Airbus Group for four (4) new generation A350F freighters, following the previous commitment announced in December 2021. The freighters are intended to increase Air France‘s cargo capacity with aircraft from most efficient and sustainable charging available on the market.
The A350F is based on the world’s most modern long-range leader, the A350. The aircraft will feature a large cargo door on the main deck and a fuselage length optimized for cargo operations. More than 70% of the fuselage is made from advanced materials, resulting in a 30-tonne lighter take-off weight, which, together with efficient Rolls-Royce engines, creates an advantage of at least 20% less fuel consumption. of fuel and CO2 over its current closest competitor. With a payload capacity of 109 tonnes (+3tn payload/11% more volume than its competition), the A350F serves all cargo markets and is, in the large freighter category, the only freighter in the new generation ready for enhanced ICAO CO₂ emission standards.
