Inaugura primer servicio transcontinental estadounidense

Breeze Airways celebra su primer aniversario luego de sus comienzos el 27 de Mayo de 2021. El vuelo MX1, un número único especial y apropiado para conmemorar el evento histórico estableciendo la ruta Tampa—Charleston empleando la aeronave Embraer E195, matrícula N190BZ. Un año después, ha comenzado el servicio transcontinental por primera vez ha inaugurado el servicio transcontinental a San Francisco utilizando el Airbus A220, que se convertirá en su tipo principal.

Breeze es un transportista que se centra en ciudades pequeñas y medianas y rutas no atendidas en viajes de ocio. Actualmente, unos sirve a treinta y un aeropuertos que conforman la red de la aerolínea. Charleston es el más atendido, seguido de Tampa, Norfolk, Hartford y Richmond.

Breeze Airways celebrates its first anniversary since its inception on May 27, 2021. Flight MX1, a special and appropriate unique number to commemorate the historic event establishing the Tampa—Charleston route using the Embraer E195 aircraft, registration N190BZ. A year later, it has started transcontinental service for the first time, it has inaugurated transcontinental service to San Francisco using the Airbus A220, which will become its main type.

Breeze is a carrier that focuses on small and medium cities and routes not served in leisure travel. Currently, some serve thirty-one airports that make up the airline’s network. Charleston is the most served, followed by Tampa, Norfolk, Hartford and Richmond.

As of early March 2022, Breeze added thirty new nonstop routes involving ten airports that were new to its network. These included San Francisco, Los Angeles, and San Bernardino on the West Coast and, further inland, Las Vegas. Two months later, Provo, not far from Salt Lake City, materialized with five initial routes. No signs of planned international service yet. Breeze started San Francisco on 05/25, an important step in the development of its network. Richmond to San Francisco was the inaugural airport pair (and also Breeze’s first coast-to-coast route) followed by Charleston-San Francisco on May 5/26 and Louisville-San Francisco on May 27.

All three routes use the A220, marking the type’s introduction into commercial service for the Breeze. Operating 2 times per week, they originate and terminate in Tampa to increase aircraft utilization to four sectors per aircraft. For example, planes run Tampa-Louisville-San Francisco-Louisville-Tampa. This summer, Breeze’s ten longest routes are as follows, driven from Providence to Los Angeles. It has a block time of 6h 15m to California. When it takes off in June, planes will route Norfolk-Providence-Los Angeles-Providence-Norfolk.
