El organismo gubernamental de la ANAC podría concretar la segunda Audiencia Pública de Rutas Aéreas, apoyado por el anuncio del Presidente de la Nación

Las líneas aéreas interesadas en solicitar rutas para operar en la Argentina están entre ellas: Norwegian Air Argentina, Royal Class, Amaszonas, Flyest, Avian, Alas Mediterráneas, Sky Airline, Azul Linhas Aéreas y la renombrada Southern Winds.

Todas estas compañías podrían solicitar audiencia para la próxima reunióncon el gobierno argentina. En tanto Avian podría presentarse para operar un hub desde Tucumán, pero antes debería esperar a que se resuelva la discusión sobre el “conflicto de intereses”. Flyest Líneas Aéreas pretende volar sobre las rutas de Sol, pero ahora bajo la firma española Air Nostrum. Alas Mediterráneas, una empresa cordobesa cuyo presidente y principal accionista es Claudio Ortiz Belgoff, empresario que compró la compañía en 2010. Fundada hace dos años atrás, la aerolínea nunca llegó a volar por cuestiones de permisos no otorgados en la era kirchnerista. La intención ahora es armar un hub en Córdoba para desde allí volar inicialmente con Saab 340 (aviones de la ex-Sol) a Buenos Aires, Río Cuarto, Rosario, Catamarca, San Luis y Santiago del Estero. Southern Wings, empresa fundada en 1996 por los hermanos Juan y Cristian Maggio, quebró por cuestiones político-judiciales. Los hermanos Maggio fueron sobreseídos en 2012 así petenden volver al mercado aéreo. En cuanto a la aerolínea Sky Airlines (Chile) y la brasileña Azul se encuentran en proceso de crear compañías en Argentina.

Aunque en la primera Audiencia Pública en Argentina, las cosas parecen no haber salido tan bien por los efectos de los resultados esperados en cuanto a las acreditaciones de avales por parte de las líneas aéreas, a esto se suman los escándalos de Avian (Avianca) y Flybondi pues el Gobierno decidió frenar la adjudicación por sospechas de conflicto de intereses. La tercera compañía que mejores resultados obtuvo en la audiencia tampoco parece tener los papeles en orden. Es que según se deduce del expediente 003391/2016 de la ANAC, la empresa Alas del Sur no puede acreditar la mínima capacidad técnica necesaria para las rutas que solicitó. Parece casi una empresa fantasma.

Although at the first Public Hearing in Argentina, things do not seem to have worked out so well due to the effects of the expected results in terms of accreditation of endorsements by airlines, to which are added the Avian (Avianca) scandals and Flybondi because the Government decided to stop the award for suspicion of conflict of interest. The third best-performing company in the audience does not seem to have the papers in order either. Is that according to the file 003391/2016 of the ANAC, the company Alas del Sur can not credit the minimum technical capacity necessary for the routes that requested.
