Norwegian Air Argentina estrenará próximo destino Tucumán
El CEO de Norwegian Air Argentina, Ole Christian Melhus, junto al Director de Comunicaciones y Asuntos Públicos de la empresa, Matías Maciel y los representantes de los gobiernos de la Provincia de Tucumán, formalizaron la audiencia, con el objetivo de presentar las oportunidades que ofrece Tucumán para el desarrollo del mercado aerocomercial.
Norwegian comenzó a operar en Argentina el 16 Octubre 2018 con la ruta Buenos Aires–Córdoba en dos frecuencias diarias y Buenos Aires–Mendoza(1Fq/D). Al final del primer trimestre, cuenta con 14 vuelos diarios y 6 rutas conectando Buenos Aires con las ciudades de Córdoba, Mendoza, Bariloche, Neuquén, Puerto Iguazú y Salta. El próximo destino Tucumán ya está en la agenda para volar pronto en Argentina.
El Director de Comunicaciones de Norwegian Air Argentina, Matías Maciel, expresó un balance positivo del desarrollo de la aerolínea en estos últimos meses. “El 7 Enero 2019 se cumplió la primera etapa que fue a partir de la incorporación del cuarto avión. De esta manera, estamos operando con cuatro aviones, una flota de Boeing 737-800 y todos de una antigüedad menor a los dos años” para todas las rutas que realizan desde Aeroparque como principal base operativa.
La flota de Norwegian a nivel mundial se compone de más de 160 aeronaves de porte mediano y grande, y de una edad promedio de 3,8 años, con los que opera entre 150 destinos de corta y larga distancia.
